Negativ: I had to pay extra for baggage, I had baggage on the booking, but upon booking it was only for 8 KG, and need to purchase more, The baggage cost was almost equal to the ticket, needs to be addressed on the home page, I pick with baggage and then booked the ticket, needs to show that it is not the same baggage as other flights, comparison is wrong.
Negativ: Only allowed 15kgs even though we had booked for 23 on the way to Santorini. Not sure where this discrepancy occurred but had to pay for extra weight.
Positiv: Crew and flight attendants were highly professional. Arrived early; short boarding time. Airport was clean and easy to navigate. Good places to dine.
Negativ: The web site is difficult to navigate, including the determination of luggage pricing and seat assignments only available at check-in.
Negativ: Three hours of delay for no apparent reason.
Positiv: Fast flight. Nice staff onboard aircraft.
Negativ: The boarding process at Milos airport is a bit slow but I guess that is to be expected in the islands.
Negativ: I have never been treated so horribly by another human as I was by the boarding gate agent. My luggage was a roller board that was approved by the check-in counter to go aboard. Upon boarding the woman refused to let me board stating my bag was too large. I was charged 60 euros.

Negativ: The repeatedly delayed our flight without further information, leaving us in the dark as to what was goin going on, the reason for the delay, and when the expected new time of take off is. Disappointing service. Could have been better handled by sky express staff.

Negativ: Sent the passengers but not your bags without telling us. Caused a great deal of trouble, time and anxiety as we had another international flight to catch. Would not fly them again.
Negativ: After years of checking in online well before a flight with other airlines an inability to do so for this sky express flight made me nervous that something was wrong or that I would be charged a fee to check in at the airport. Ultimately everything worked out once we arrived at the counter.
Positiv: Delayed 90 min and missed our connection

Negativ: It was terribly hot - everyone on the flight was fanning themselves with the emergency instructions and looking miserable. The individual air didn't work either. Felt like I was going to passout.

Negativ: If buying through Kayak, it isn't clear that SkyExpress has severe weight restrictions on luggage. You are allowed a small carry-on, but at the discounted fare, any checked baggage over 8kg is charged at 8 Euros per kg (around $4.25 per lb), which can add up to a large surcharge quickly.

Airport was a bit chaotic

Positiv: Fast check-in at counter, no line. Was invited to Sky Express lounge prior to boarding. Small plane meant a quick boarding with no issues.
Negativ: Flight was 20 min late.
Positiv: No pros. Will never travel with them again.
Negativ: The flight was an hour late and there was NO air conditioning on the flight. It was 87 degrees on the flight and we spent almost 2 hours in that heat on the plane between the actual flight time and just sitting on the runway for an hour. Nothing was done to accommodate for the heat. I’m 5 months pregnant and felt unsafe. Everyone on the flight was suffering. It was inhumane conditions. I will NEVER fly with this company again.

Negativ: Sky charges for every KG over 15kilos unless you have a special ticket. This option is not listed on kayak and the suggest you book thru sky. Problem is NOBODY BOOKS VIA SKY AND THEIR WEBSITE IS GARBAGE. YOU CANT EVEN CHECK IN ONLINE. The result is many rude, dismissive folks charging an extra 100 euros for something you will have no control over.
Worst airline and airport
Positiv: Thankfully no extra fee for baggage, although what constitutes as carry on for another airline, they require you to check.
Negativ: We were very delayed on the way leaving Mykonos and there wasn’t a single notification, update or apology. The plane had no air, was extremely hot and muggy, almost unbearable. On the other end, luggage delivery extremely delayed. Completely incompetent airline and staff. Never again.
Negativ: 20 minute delay with nobody at the gate and no communication about why we were leaving late

Negativ: I realize we’ve all heard the required announcements a hundred times but, if you are going to bother saying it, please speak more slowly and clearly.

False Baggage Weight Limit
Positiv: Short flight
Negativ: The tickets I purchased through Kayak stated we were allotted 23 kilo/bag, the standard for most airlines. We flew Sky Express to Santorini with no issues. It wasn’t until we were boarding to go back to Athens when the attendants for Sky Express told us the limit per bag was only 15 kilo, not 23. I spoke with someone in their management office at the Santorini airport and apparently they have different levels of tickets you can purchase, the highest allows the most amount of baggage weight. I explained to them that we had no issues flying into Santorini and showed them my e-ticket from Kayak that clearly showed 23 kilo/bag limit and they would not honor that. We wound up having to pay over $80 in baggage fees because we were lied to by Kayak. Thank you Kayak.
Positiv: Easy checkin, no issues
Negativ: Skyexpress is extremely disorganized and the flight was very old. The flight is very small and in a poor condition. The baggage policy is very unreasonable and I had to pay extra even though my kayak confirmation says 23 kg per passenger clearly! I showed the representative and they said to deal with it from the "vendor" I used to book! Very disappointed with sky express!
Waited on line at the airport for nearly 2 hours for the gate to open

Negativ: Ridiculous wait to get a boarding pass--standing and standing in line before they opened the desk. Santorini airport a nightmare. Old plane.... the letters of the airline's name were peeling off the plane. Flight was fine
Negativ: Flight Delayed
Negativ: Trip cancelled due to high winds. I was forced to keep my luggage on the plane for an hour after the cancellation then another hour to get out of baggage claim. Don't take those small planes, fly Aegean or Olympic who have bigger planes and the best pilots.
Positiv: Short time for boarding
Negativ: I had to pay extra charge due to lack of communication between the KAYAK and the S.A Then the KAYAK blamed me for paying this money even though I emailed them telling what happens exactly. I don't recommend using KAYAK for booking flights again
Good flight a bit turbulent
Positiv: Flight attendant was nice. Flight time was short.
Negativ: Flight was an hour delayed, I almost missed my ferry connection

Positiv: It was a very fast fight
Negativ: No air conditioning on a very hot day
Negativ: The airline closed the gates 30 minutes prior to boarding and wouldn't let us get in the plane. We missed our flight and had to find another way there. No refunds or credit
A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Negativ: I purchased 3 tickets through Hahn Air for a special trip for my daughters. I rechecked reservations before to make sure had everything in place, since I named my daughter Santorini afte the island. The day of the flight, we spent 2 hours waiting in line for this flight. The service was exceptionally slow and they kept letting other passengers who were on another flight ahead of us. When I got to the check-out counter we were told that our flight didn't exist and it was like we were ghosts in the system. Even after showing proof of our e-ticket confirmation, it didn't matter. We had to repurchase new tickets at high prices and wait the whole day at the airport to get to Santorini. My friends who were traveling with us had to go on without us and the expensive hotel I purchased for the trip was a waste. We didn't get off the island until 8 and arrived late in Santorini. The whole experience was a disaster.
Baggage rip off
Negativ: They charged us 6 euro per kilo for every kilo over the bad weight limit, but our ticket only allowed for a very small bag which we didn't know until we were at the ticket counter and it was too late. No one tried to help us or have any sort of customer service so we ended up paying a lot of money so that we didn't make other passengers wait on us to transfer weight.

Negativ: The check in agent was one of the meanest people I have ever met.
Their luggage allowance is a scum
Negativ: The ticket explicitely says luggage allowance is 23kg(50 lb). When we arrived to check-in the airline refused to honor it and said allowance is only 15kg. They made everyone pay €3 per each kg "overweight"
I never took it because the flight was delayed indefinitely
Negativ: I did not board my return flight to Athens with Sky Express because the flight never showed up. I had to pay out of pocket for another flight with a different airline to get back to Athens. While I was waiting to hear any updates regarding the flight status, the company provided minimal details about the status of our flight and spoke in a condescending manner to concerned passengers that had flight connections in Athens. I was told my flight would be reimbursed but I have no confidence in this company's management to expect reimbursement. I will warn other customers that this airline can cause great grievances and inconveniences. The company's service was atrocious and frankly unbelievable. If one pays for a plane ticket, one should be provided adequate service in a timely manner. I'm forgiving about delays but the plane never came.
Almost ruined our vacation
Negativ: Booked the flight with Hahn Air two months in advance to make sure everything went smoothly as it was a special trip for my 12 year old son and I. When we got to the check in counter we were told our reservation could not be found!! Even after I spent over $400USD for our tickets to Santorini. Thankfully, Olympic air had a flight later in the day and we were able to salvage our vacation. I had to spend a lot more money for the new tickets probably because it was last minute. Do not use Hahn Air systems to book your flight-you'll be left in the lurch with added stress and possibly a spoiled vacation.
Positiv: Sole cabin crew was very nice, polite. Seats were relatively comfortable with just enough legroom for a tall person. No food, no entertainment so left as 1-star (not because it was bad, just that it wasn't there for a 50-minute flight).
Negativ: Unavoidable delay in flight due to air traffic in Santorini was full, so delayed by an hour.
Anticipate needing extra time for Domestic check-i
Negativ: If you arrive in Athens on an international flight and are heading to Santorini, you must collect your bags, proceed through customs and then journey to a different area of the airport for domestic check-in. . Hahn's service was exceptionally slow, with only one window. if possible pay for your bags online. I wasn't able to find the option to do so. Airport fee to check 2 average size bags was 70 euro and required us to wait in another line just to make the payment. We gave ourselves 2.5 hours between flights and barely made the boarding for Santorini. Flight is approx 35 minutes. Service was good and seats were comfortable.

Negativ: Ich musste extra für Gepäck bezahlen, ich hatte bei der Buchung Gepäck, aber bei der Buchung waren es nur 8 kg. Und musste mehr kaufen. Die Gepäckkosten waren fast genau so teuer wie das Ticket, muss auf der Startseite aufgeführt werden, ich wähle mit Gepäck und buchte dann das Ticket, dass muss dort aufgezeigt werden, dass es nicht das gleiche Gepäck wie bei anderen Flüge ist, Vergleich ist falsch.
