Negativ: 1 day delay and flight was oversold by more then 100 seats. Although I had reservations a month in advance I almost did not get on the plane! I had to plead and beg to get two of the last 5 seats left on the plane and get my lawyer involved! Flight had no food, no entertainment, nothing! Old plane. First and last time I ever choose Dynamic International Airways.

Worst Travel Experience Ever
Negativ: Everything. Flight was delayed over 12 hours. Was not informed until we got to the airport. Once we finally got on the plane, NO FOOD WAS SERVED! International flight and no food! Plane was old, no tv or in flight entertainment, just a horrid experience. First time using Kayak as well.

Positiv: Great price, non stop options
Negativ: Flight was cancelled by airline several weeks after booking. The airline offered no explanation or help booking other flights. We had to scramble to find other airfare at a premium due to the late notice. I will avoid this airline in the future.
Positiv: Never got to fly with them. They offered no explanation or help finding new tickets to cancun. It cost me $600.00 additional to get to cancun due to having to purchase new tickets at such a late date. They never even notified us that they ceased flying to cancun.
Negativ: Dynamic stopped flhing to cancun shortly after i purchased my tickets. They never notified me and i ddcided go check up on them 4 months after i purchzsed my tickets and 2 mo ths prior to departure. When icalled thdm they admitted they no longer flew to cancun and did not in fact notify or rdfund my purchase money. They suggestdd that i apply for a refund nd aftdr they review my request if it was accepted 60 days later they would refund my money. I called my credit card compzny and they credited my account. I will not use your service again

Positiv: The plane arrived on time once it left the airport which was unlike the flight from JFK to Georgetown that had passengers seated for three hours after they boarded the plane while some check was going on.
Negativ: The Flight Attendants were not paying any attention to passengers and only a glass of water or soda was given after 2-3 hrs into the flight.Some passengers were not given anything to drink or eat and you can literally died of hunger after having to wait so long because some passengers arrived at the Airport three hours before to check in.
Positiv: I happened to fiND out by accident that Dynamic Air stoped all service to Punta Cana as of 8/21. No one bothered to let us know. We had to rebook flights with Jet Blue at a much higher price. Due to this we lost several guests who were supposed to attend my daughter's wedding. Wedding party had to pay alot more.

Negativ: There was no food or snacks on a 5 hrs flight, The bathroom was in disrepair and nasty. The aircraft was in poor shape, overall.

Negativ: Dynamic air is the most terrible airline company ever. They canceled my flight without notifying me and cost me tripe the amount I paid to get back home from a wonderful vacation. Can you imagine the stress that put on me traveling with my two year old. The thought of not having a flight home when I had to work the next day gave me so much anxiety, not to mention the $699 per person in a flight I had to pay. You will be hearing from my lawyer and rest assure the that dynamic will no longer be in business!

Negativ: I booked my flight in February to travel 8/25-8/31 received a email 8/12 cancellation of my flight. Call them and got no explanation to why my flight was canceled. Also sometime in May the changed my flight to leave 5am arrival 8am and return flight leaving at 10:59 at night. Horrible experience I will never book with this company. Don't be fooled by the affordable flight was not worth it. I was forced to cancel my birthday trip smh.

Negativ: The boarding took long. Then the crew people were rude. The didcomfort of sitting in those chairs was baf hurting our neck they dont provide blankets the a.c was too high up people were getting sick and they provided no food for 6 plus hours only cookies with lots of sugar and water
Negativ: Dynamic cancelled our return flight from Punta Cana!! We were left stranded in a foreign country and had to buy a VERY EXPENSIVE flight back on our own. No one did anything to help us. The flight we found left from santo Domingo 3 hours away!! Another expense for cab. They should give us a FULL REFUND including the extra expenses.

Negativ: Flight times changed 3 times before we left. Now that we are Punta Cana our return flight is cancelled and we have to find our way back. Shame on them
Cancelled flight just a couple weeks before trip.
Negativ: I booked this airline 4 months in advance for a destination wedding. I then received an email just a couple weeks before our trip saying the airline cancelled all flights from New York to Cancun effective immediately and my only option was to take a refund. The problem was, it was a 2 month wait for the refund and I only had 3 weeks before the trip. We did not have the extra money to lay out while waiting for a refund, and as a result had to miss a wedding in which my fiance was supposed to be a groomsman. I understand flight plans change, but was handled very unprofessionally to cancel flights already booked, considering the hundreds of other people who must have been put into the same situation.
Worst airline I've ever flown
Negativ: Plane was 12 hours late. The most unprofessional staff and crew like no one cares, just there for a paycheck. Showed up at airport for flight from NYC to guyana and was told to go home and come back the next day. Nothing works in the plane(crew call button, television or reading lights). Seats are old and very dirty with food and everything else on them. Even better was my flight from Guyana to New York as we were about to takeoff a passenger realized she was on the wrong plane so we had to return to the gate and let her out.
Negativ: Horrific.. every flight is delayed.. no representation, don't care about passenger.. planes are old and leg room is non existent. NEVER AGAIN

Negativ: Flight was cancelled on the 4th of Aug, Dynamic took hours to provide name of hotel,..i had asked to go eat& lay my head down while they decided at unacquaintance's place. I was told to go ahead that they would call to inform me. I gave my cellell number and also Iasked for their tel # to call just in Case. I called every 30 minutes or so til 11:25pm and no news. I placed my cell by my Head whilei fell asleep at my acquaintance's place nearby the airport. I never received a call. At 6 am I had to the leave that apt as he had to go work. I went by a shopping plaza with my suitcase, I had called numerous times the tel number I was given but no answer. I managed to make my way to The airport at about 1045AM to check with The Dynamic support staff. I was told the passengers were sent to The Westin Hotel. I had asked to be placed in a taxi to go and at least shower. I was told to that this isn't possible at and I was told to wait at the airport until The 12 midnight flight. I was appalled. I said this isn't acceptable, I said there has to be a hotel room under my name as I had checked in Last night when flight was cancelled. I couldn't stay at the airport from 11am until 12 midnight, I wasn't going to be given the hotel option nor food nor taxi.. So I proceeded to rent a car and get an inexpensive hotel room 30 minutes from The airport for 2 nights as I didn't know if they would cancel again. I took the rental for one night only. I hope to get reimbursed for one out of these two Hotel nights and The rental. Friday I showed up at 8pm for The 12 midnight flight to find out it wouldn't leave until 6am. I couldn't Wait That long without proper sleep or shower so I asked to be moved to the next day's flight, hoping to have That one be on time. I took a taxi, paid $35 US to Get there to the same hotel to sleep and leave Saturday at the 12 AM flight. Saturday I showed up again at 730pm for the12 midnigflight. Guess what?? The same situation. No flight until 6am the next day. It's currently Sunday 12:30 AM as write this seating on The floor of the airport since about 8pm. Waiting to be checked in for 6AM flight... Long story but there's much to tell about this horrible experience...my vacation became a nightmare.
Negativ: The y cacel my fligth 48 hours before flight, and reinstal the flight 12hours before flight, they didn't asing me in other airline, so I need to buy another ticket in United, so I ask for my money back, I can trust any more in Dynamics

Cancelled flight with out warning
Negativ: No accommodation from the airline me and my family slept in the airport.

Negativ: The flight was delayed by 2 hours due to a TSA document being sent to the plane on the tarmac, ridiculous. Even the public bus transport service in Uganda does a better job that Dynamic Airways do with the air services. Would not recommend to anyone, whatsoever.
Negativ: Delays in aircraft take-off due to ESTA custom approvals and delays due to mechanical faults. Both flights from LA to Cancun and back were delayed a minimum of 60 to 90 minutes.

Negativ: When I got to the airport they informed me the flights were canceled. I had to purchase new tickets with other airlines at really high cost. Dynamic is not compensating me for any of the expenses.
Positiv: Great flight for a cheap Price
Negativ: i found out less than 24hrs before my departure that my flight with dynamic did not exist. I had a booking for thursday july 7th, but when I went to check in flgiht did not exist. called dynamic and at first they said flight was scheduled then changed the story to they just cancelled it due to technical error and were going to contact me. they offered a full refund or taking their flight the next day. I needed to be in mexico that same day for a wedding so had no choice but to accept the refund and pay much more for a new flight out of a new airport. worst experience ever, and I know that if i hadnt called I would have been at the airport the mornign of the flight for a flight that did not even exist. I had friends flying the same flight they offered me for the next day and that flight was also cancelled as well their return flight. glad I went with a new airline. Also, i was told they would email me with confirmation of refund and have yet to receive anything from them, 1 week and counting. Ridiculous!
Positiv: Will never use them again. We get to the airport at the time we suppose to be only to be told that my flight have been changed. Something went wrong with dynamic .
An Okay Flight
Positiv: I enjoyed the crew and the pilot. The pilot of my flight took the opportunity every time it was necessary to inform the passengers on any issues that may make us uncomfortable as well as kept us informed about our flight time as we made our way to NYC.
Negativ: Upon take off, about 2 minutes into ascending, the plane faced strong turbulence which then caused the plane to drop a couple feet as it was ascending farther into the air. This occurred about 2 times and made myself and the other passengers uncomfortable. But, I do understand that the airline is not responsible for the weather.

Negativ: Terrible service. Four hour flight no food. Took forever to board, then we boarded and have to get off and board again. Hour late to destination
Positiv: I liked that I was assigned the seat I asked for, a window seat.
Negativ: I disliked that my flight was delayed about 4 hours, I hated that boarding changed from Gate 1 at JFK to Gate 4 and even after the gate was changed boarding was still delayed about 30 minutes. I did not like that the crew failed to keep the passengers informed every step of the way and I do not understand why Dynamic charges so much for a flight, yet do not serve actual food.
Over booked flight
Positiv: Flight was relatively cheap
Negativ: I arrived to the airport for the flight and here was about 10-15 people that they could not fit on the flight because the flight was over booked. At the check in counter, the staff did not have any answers and could not contact Dynamic for a resolution. We waited 4 hours before the airline could confirm that other flight arrangements could be made on another airline the next day. We left the airport at 12 am. The airline did not offer to put us up at a hotel and everyone had to make there own arrangements for a hotel, pay out of pocket, in a foreign country in the middle of the night. on top of it all, I paid dynamic for my check in luggage when I purchased my flight, but since I was put on a flight with another airline I had to pay again to check in luggage. Very poorly managed airline.
Cancelled without notice
Positiv: Empty seat next to me allowed me to stretch.
Negativ: Our outbound flight 403 from JFK to CUN was cancelled without notice to both travel agent (vayama) and passengers. We met with a couple families at the airport in the same situation. a lot of frustration and hassles. Dynamic did not send manifest to U.S immigration on our return trip so they were under staffed and had to manually typed in each passengers, causing a long wait time at the airport. The worst airline I've flown in my life.

Positiv: The food was decent
Negativ: Boarding was delayed over an hour. Because of duplicate seating assignment we were forced to sit in the crew seats in the back of the plane. These seats do not recline and have a lot less leg room than other seats. Last, upon arriving in JFK we were forced to stay on board the plane over an hour waiting to park and unload. The absolute worst flight I've ever experienced.
Positiv: It was a direct flight.so my misery was short.
Negativ: The flight changed. Then at JFK there was no indication on where to go. So people that were there early ended up in the back of the line by the time we were told where to go. The airline gave us $15 food voucher for this inconvenience. Not enough. Especially since the flight didn't leave at the time they changed it to. It was suppose to leave at 4:15PM it left JFK at 6:50PM. So most people got to the airport between 12-1PM only to wait for 6 hours before we left. 6 hours in JFK.
