Negativ: flight was late, missed connection, unfriendly staff, lost our luggage, no reasonable attempt to get our bags to us, 5 days later still no luggage
Positiv: On time departure, boarding process and affordable price, easy boarding pass via email
Negativ: No complaints
Positiv: The professionalisms of the crew
Positiv: Arrived only about 10 minutes late. Quick baggage handling.
Negativ: On-board Wi-Fi didn’t work. Gate assignment was unclear until 45 minutes before flight. Difficult to manage trip online to purchase check in baggage.
Positiv: Timely take off and arrival.
Negativ: In-plane Wi-Fi never worked.
Positiv: Good crew. Short flight. Easy travelling.
Negativ: Free drinks...and not having to exit the plane via the ground through the elements. It was a cold and somewhat rainy day, so having to walk on the tarmac was unexpected.
Positiv: Crew was great and friendly. USB charging in seat worked, thanks!
Negativ: Unexpected 40 euro bag fee - then they lost my bag, and all the Iberia numbers to track that bag are disconnected. Exceeding unprofessional.
Negativ: At the San Sebastián airport, we were told we needed to board a bus to DRIVE to Pamplona yo catch our flight. Two hours of my life has been wasted.
Positiv: We had two smooth and on-time flights (Valencia
to Madrid and Madrid to Porto.)
Negativ: It would be nice if Iberia had a direct flight from Valencia to Porto.
Negativ: The flight was canceled and I was rebooked with 2 stop overs. There was no airport support or telephone support due to the early hour and I had to buy new flights in order to reach NY. Never again SAS!
Negativ: Flight delayed by 2 hours missed my connection from Madrid to London as well as from London to Vancouver. Staying an extra night in London and had to buy a new return ticket
Positiv: It was comfortable, lots of buses and stairs to get on aircraft

Negativ: Not cancel our flight without giving us a warning other than “minor change” email
Positiv: Flight attendants were very kind
Negativ: Had to pay an extra 100 to bring my luggage back with me. I had checked before I brought the tickets to make sure of this. Of course the baggage does not appear in their system when I went to check in for my flight back. I can't say I won't fly again with them but I'll be looking elsewhere for sure.
Positiv: The crew was very attentive and food selection Am was excellent.
Negativ: Nothing really...was a great trip overall...but the Manchester airport needs more staffing.
Positiv: The diverse amount of films available to watch on the plane.

Taking was delayed
Positiv: Lost my suitcase and delayed 1 hour 45 minutes not happy.
Negativ: I could’ve arrived on time and with my suitcase

Negativ: No delay reported on airport terminals. Flight was delayed an hour. Poor airport communication. Herded into a crowded waiting area and then had to wait in heat. Deplaning people would not let you out to aisle.

Positiv: The amount of time traveled was nice and short.
Negativ: The chairs were uncomfortable and we were moved to the back of the plane when we originally sat in front. We were not asked to be moved, but forced. We also waited 40 minutes at the ticket counter.
Positiv: Crew sprach nur Spanisch und Englisch, und das auf einem Lufthansa-Flug
Negativ: Great experience. A little delayed, but smooth once we started the process. Highly recommend!

Negativ: Boarding is long and a lot of time is spent in the bus waiting to get to the plane. Better traffic management on the airside would be beneficial to reduce bus idle time when loaded with passsengers

Negativ: Seats reclined in front leave little room for the passenger behind. If the traveler is large, it is excruciatingly tight on your legs

Negativ: 1 1/2 hours of delay without any explanation of the reason or any apology (verbally or maybe free beverages on the flight). They don’t care about their passengers at all!
Negativ: I was unable to make it to Amsterdam due to missing my connection
Negativ: They did not offer any food at all.
Worse flight ever
Positiv: To land safely at last
Negativ: Starting by a long delay to take off, more than an hour. A crew inefficient, inattentive and very slow. I have low blood sugar issues and I had to wait 3 hours to order some food, despite multiple demands. I was at the point to faint. Madrid airport is a nightmare. In the future, I'll avoid both Norwegian Airlines for transatlantic flights amd Madrid airport.

Negativ: when booking this flight it was not very clear that check-in luggage was an extra charge and at the airport they charged $60 instead of $30 online the day before
No food or drink
Negativ: Not even a cup of water on an hour and a half late. Peanuts and a soda pop would’ve been a nice gesture.

More delay. Alltogether 3 ½ hrs.
Negativ: No info when rebooked flight would be arriving. No info about additional delay. Flight from SFO to HAM via CPH more than 3 ½ hrs delayed. SAS did not volunteer to inform about European travelers rights and reimbursement features.
Positiv: Flight attendants were courteous, friendly and helpful.
Negativ: We were urged to check through carry-on luggage at the last moment while others came on the plane with much larger pieces of luggage. Getting on and off the flight with stairs, bus and steps in the airports is not convenient. Worst of all we missed a train connection in Toulouse because incoming passengers from Madrid were mixed up with passengers arriving from outside the EU causing us to stand in a long queue for immigration control. The flight was ok but much time was wasted at the end.

Negativ: I purshase checkin bag thru Kayak app , when i check in airline said there was no checked bag included , even when i had paid fo it at kayak app , airline refuse and endedup paying $90 euros, contacted kayak manage by orbitz own by expedia to complain . Waiting on results
