Couldn’t get through Immigration on a tourist visa because didn’t have Affidavit of support certificate
I loved both the ground and flight crews. They're so patient and willing to accomodate us and help solve problems. I only wanted to suggest if they can give us more new or not so new movies to watch.

It was a red-eye so I didn't sleep much. Maybe it was the airplane since I flew with ANA last year but with the 787. The difference is almost night and day."

Negativ: "The seats were quite narrow. Most of the rows behind had armrests that were able to raise and lower, but due to my seat selection, my row had the stow-away monitors in the armrests. The seats also didn't technically recline. The lower seat cushion merely moved forward, emulating a recline, but the seatback didn't actually move. It was not quite comfortable."

Positiv: "I had a headache and I asked for getting aspirin to one flight attendant. Later on, I found out that many attendants were aware of my situation and kindly checked-in regularly if I was OK. Excellent hospitality no matter what kind of class your seat was!"
Positiv: "This was my first time flying ANA (LAX to Haneda and back) and I have to admit it was surprisingly great. I am a pretty tall guy and found the room for my feet in economy to be more than adequate even though i found myself in a middle seat both flights. The flight attendants were extremely attentive, even as my flights were both overnight/red-eyes. The selection of movies available at each seat was pretty good and included your standard Hollywood stuff along with a decent selection of Japanese film, television, and various documentaries. Whether or not subtitles are available for non-Japanese speakers for Japanese language media was kind of hit and miss (I actually did browse around quite a bit), but I was impressed nonetheless. I would warn some western based travelers that they may not find the food to be all that appetizing. I chose the Japanese style option both flights (rice, miso, salad, fish), however I know that had I had any of my family members along for the flight they would have gone with the international option and they probably wouldn't have enjoyed it all that much."

Positiv: "The flight was less busy than usual (it was an Easter Sunday departure) and so service was a bit more relaxed and friendly than usual instead of just efficient. Left gate a few minutes early and arrived 20 min early in Tokyo. Flight time is pretty good - 8pm departure which gives time for a relaxed day sightseeing in Dusseldorf before going to the airport in the late afternoon, Arrival in Tokyo is about 2pm which would be a good time to check in to hotels and relax. Food was good - dinner after take-off and a brunch-type meal a few hours before landing. Entertainment system is also very good although I'd flown a lot recently so seen the films I wanted to see already. Sometimes ANA are just "good" but this one was the best one I've flown recently."

Certains passagers ne portaient pas de masque et ont ignoré les rappels des membres de l'équipage. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait plus de respect des règles. Grand souci des membres de l'équipage de satisfaire les passagers. Peu d'espace pour les jambes.

Ich hatte noch nie so einen schlechten Buisness ( comfort ) Flug auf einer Langstrecke..... Hatte ein Internet Zugang gekauft, der nie funktioniert hat, nie wieder Lufthansa auf einem Langstreckenflug solange sie eine Buisnessclass haben
Aufgrund eines fehlenden "Middle Names" (2. Vorname) auf dem Ticket wurde uns der Flug verweigert.

Das Frühstück ist sehr lieblos . Keine Brotauswahl und ein schlecht präsentiertes Omlette. TV Auswahl eher mäßig.

Boarding für business class war etwas chaotisch. Flugbetreuung war sehr gut. DB als Zubringer war eine Katastrophe.
The in flight display for entertainment was very bad. There was something wrong with the touch screen. Another passenger in the same row had a similar experience. The continuation of technical problems were quite disappointing. I paid extra money to choose to fly with this carrier and it was definitely not worth the cost. I would suggest to roll the dice with a different company.

Food was just OK, barely. Outside of special diets which you need to order in advance, there were no choices. For regular meals, dinner was a light pasta dish with no meat or fish. Breakfast was more like a sugary snack, a muffin and a tiny fruit cup.
They wouldn’t let me board. I had to go to the ticket agent 2 times. They canceled my original flight and rebooked me for the next day. Lost my Luggage

Our bag was not put on the plane and we still don’t have it 12 days later. It ruined our vacation and they didn’t even try to help. They wouldn’t answer the phone when we called them every day. Go with another airline if at all possible.
On time and even earlier arrival!! The food is poor and really a downer, LH was never a great but now they hit a new low point…

Negativ: "Landung mit Stop übermässig stark gebremst. Bin jahrelang selbst in Bremen gelandet mit viel grösserem Flugzeug. Nie Problem gehabt. Mopedflieger von Cityline brauch so eine Bremsung nicht total unkomfortabel für die Pax"
Negativ: "People in economy who have no common sense and put their seat all the way back into the personal space of the person sitting behind them. They should not be able to recline that far. If they need that much room take first class."

Negativ: "Plain was very warm. Boarding in Frankfurt was on the tarmac and because I was traveling with someone who required wheelchairs it made boarding a huge pain."
Positiv: "Nachdem der Personalveranwortliche an Bord die Überforderung der einen Flugbegleitung festgestellt hat, ist er sofort mit eingesprungen und es wurde alles besser, schneller, freundlicher und entspannter erledigt."
Negativ: "Im Gegensatz zu meinen bisherigen Flügen mit der Lufthansa in der Business Class war diesmal eine Flugbegleitung für 12 Passagiere alleine zuständig, was bei zwei Kleinkindern und einem "anspruchsvollen" Passagier bereits zu einer ansatzweisen Überforderung geführt hat (Essen und Getränke wurden äußerst zeitverzögert gebracht, Schwimmweste und Anschnallgurt für Kleinkind wurde in zwei Gängen gebracht und der Gurt erst kurz vor der Startbahn der Mutter übergeben. Eine Whiskey Sorte war nur für ein Glas vorhanden und war bei einem rund neunstündigen Flug binnen 15 Minuten vergeben. Äußerst ärgerlich, wenn die gebotenen Alternativen keine sind."
The actual flight was ok. But was a mess before departing AMS. My previous flight was late, so missed my connection in AMS. Then I spent over two hours getting things settled to get another flight. I was unable to complete my request online, and no one at KLM in AMS wanted to help. They kept giving me the run-around until I finally convinced them K was stuck without their personal help. It added a lot of stress (and about 5 more hours of transit time) to my overall journey.
Super Crew / Great Entertainment System
Food and service were excellent. Some of the crew were wonderful.
The flight was delayed at least one hour. The bathroom inside the aircraft was really dirty. On the other hand the cabin crew was really nice.
Es gab einen Snack und gute Getränke. Besser Service als bei manch anderer Airline
Baggage drop-off könnte schneller sein, die FlugbegleiterInnen könnten freundlicher sein
Negativ: "Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again"

At airport HAJ I've heard that's usual that baggage can't arrive in one our! So I didn't understand why this flight was offered by KLM!"

Negativ: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Negativ: "Dass der Flug sich verspätet hat, hat mich persönlich nicht sehr gestört. Wenn aber jemand danach weiter fahren muss, oder einen Termin deshalb verpasst, könnte etwas nervig sein."

Negativ: "Leider muss man sagen dass das Boarding zu lange gedauert hat und manche Probleme mit dem Anschlussflug hatten. Noch dazu kummt dass mindestens 5 oder 6 Personen ihren Koffer nicht mehr bekommen haben unteranderem auch eine Freundin von mir was natürlich sehr ärgerlich ist."

Negativ: "Not able to charge my digital devices. When serving beverages and food, the same flight attendant missed me a few times. That was annoying but other attendants were very nice."

Negativ: "No outlets to charge digital devices, and need more bathrooms on board. I was able to sleep most of the 11 hour flight so I did not take advantage of the entertainment."
