1 Stunde Verspätung aufgrund fehlendem Personal beim Flughafen HAM

Our flight from Zürich to Los Angeles was canceled on the day we were supposed to leave. We found out only when we were at the check-in at the airport in Rome. So we could never fly home and now we had to be rescheduled to 22 July. By Lufthansa. And we never heard back from chat deal or you a KAYAK we tried to contact you over and over and now we’re incurring extra expenses to spend three more days in Rome. This is not acceptable. We would like someone to get in touch with us and I can guarantee you that if we don’t find out support from your in any way in regards to this situation we will never use your services again.

Auf 12 h Flug etwas wenig zu Essen.

Leider sind die Sitze etwas ins Alter gekommen, denke wäre wieder einmal Zeit die Kabine auszutauschen.

The space for economy was reasonable. The flight was delayed 2 hours, changed gates 3 times, the food was mediocre, the entertainment was outdated, the worst part of the flight was the service by the crew , total lack of hospitality, bad manners, lack of care.

Not canceling my flight

We flew in the First class.The flight attendants were kind of ok. They were pleasant but no water or drinks were offered pre flight nor they were checking on you.. The food was better on this flight than the previous one (awful!) The wait for the luggage was unacceptable. The agent forgot to put the priority tag on our suitcase and the result was that we got our luggage in the latest group. So our arrival experience was negative. I don’t understand why I should spent so much money for mediocre service from United if I can use the other airline and don’t let me started on United seats. I probably will check out a different airline next time. 1. First class seats 2. First class food 3. First class check-in service (Denver, CO) 4. Priority Baggage claim Can’t wait on service. Fly attendants on a way from IAD to Denver were great, on the way back they were so-so. Why pay for the first class if you don’t have according service .

Enjoyed it

Flight delayed. Crew excellent. Airlines are struggling amid shortages of staff. Be prepared to have flights canceled or delayed.

Flights kept changing right up to the day before leaving—-finally requiring two connecting flights instead of one with all of us traveling alone to connect through a different city. The connecting flight changes were scheduled too close to the arriving flight time—-requiring another phone call and extremely long wait times to United. In all, we had to call United 6 times with flight changes THEY made. United and their partner companies (in our case Lufthansa) continually blamed the other provider for the scheduling problems. All flights we took on this trip were delayed. The flight staff was always good. The arrangements for the trip a nightmare.

The food could be better

I’m glad this flight had a snack service as this flight generally only has non-alcoholic beverage service. The Canadair regional 200 jet is one of the worst aircraft experiences you can ride, but it’s better than flying the Dash 8.

Wie bei einer Billigairline alles. Business Class lohnt sich nicht. Nur der Mittelsitz bleibt frei und es gibt Essen aus dem Napf. Maschine sehr voll und alles sehr eng. beim Einchecken wollten sie 51 € für Sitzplatzreservierungen, die a) im Tarif inkludiert sind und b) hat uns Brussels Air selber umgesetzt! Trotz Silber Status konnten wir Fast lane in Berlin nicht wahrnehmen!

Negativ: "Brussels airport staff at pass control needed to acknowledge departure concerns to prevent plane delay of takeoff. Many passengers missed their connection in Chicago because of our delay boarding due to pass control wait and lack of help."
Negativ: "The flight and its crew did well but I will NEVER use it again if it has to transit in Brussels. We were bussed to the T terminal ( ‘incidentally’ where were all the AFRICAN flights transit) were we had a 5 hour layover, which is fine with me, but the terminal has no restaurant or any decent stores."

Negativ: "The transatlantic flight from JFK took off about an hour late and we missed the connecting flight. This was very disappointing since half of the people on our flight were gong to Munich and I would have expected the airline to hold the plane for an extra 15 - 20 minutes so we could have made the flight. Instead, an almost empty plane must have taken off on time and we are only able to fly to Munch 5 hours later. Unacceptable from Brussel Airlines / Lufthansa. They should not sell this connection as a flight to Munich or should have held the plane."

Negativ: "Lack of any real help with lost luggage. Man on the phone in Brussel asked for File complaint numbers and found nothing. Absolutely no information whatsoever. He gave us a number to call in Florence, which was automated. File number was requested but not found. For all we know our luggage may have been thrown away. Completely unacceptable. Never ever use Brussels Airline."

Negativ: "the cabin crew refused to serve any drinks until they served food and they were only serving front to rear, rather than front & rear to middle. as i was sat right at the rear of the plane it meant i didn't get anything to drink for 30-40 minutes. i thought delta were poor on that front but these guys were ridiculous. as for the food: i don't expect much from airlines but i don't consider cake & toblerone to make a breakfast, even if it was served with orange juice."

Negativ: "On my flight from Dulles to Brussels, the seat cushion was pretty much worn out. Felt like I was sitting on concrete. My butt was pretty sore after the flight. Flight back was totally fine. But it was a small inconvenience. Everything else was great."
