Weg mit der Maskenpflicht! Sonst alles gut.
Die Maskenpflicht könnte man aufheben! Ansonsten alles gut.
Dienstleistung wurde nicht geliefert wie gebucht und ich musste trotzdem Stornierungskosten übernehmen. Nie wieder.
Mehr MNS Kontrollen während des Fluges, einige Fluggäste haben Maske nicht korrekt getragen Getränke Service inkludieren. Erwarte ich mir bei einer Premium Airline

Negativ: "The seats are very uncomfortable on Austrian air. The only way I would fly them again would be if I had extra money for the exit rows with more leg room. Food isn't great, but no airline food is really great. Boarding was significantly delayed from what it said on the boarding pass, with no updates. But we arrived on time. Getting luggage after flight at Dulles took a really long time, but I think that is more of an airport issue as getting my luggage from another Austrian airlines flight to another airport was a breeze."

Also the giant plane felt like it was hard to maneuver during take off and landing. I would very much prefer a smaller plane. The touch screen in front of me was not always responding when I tried to tap the screen. The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."

Leider gibt es heute für unsere Business Class Gäste nichts zu essen! Die Stewardessen schämten sich, die Eco feixte!
Only reason I did bad on food and entertainment was because flight was a short flight.
Vegetarian option was below average with almost raw ravioli, seats were very small for a business class unlike lufthansa which had nice wide seats. Entertainment particularly indian was awful.
I know it’s covid time, but a small dry snack and a bottle of water would have been nice: ons doesn’t always have rime to buy food while transiting!.
Frankfurt - Paris ist der Business Class lohnt sich nicht - es gibt kaum einen Unterschied!

This flight was nearly empty so there was plenty of room and no problems. Everything on time or early.

Eine Whiskey Sorte war nur für ein Glas vorhanden und war bei einem rund neunstündigen Flug binnen 15 Minuten vergeben. Äußerst ärgerlich, wenn die gebotenen Alternativen keine sind."

Flight was efficient, left and arrived early. Good selection of entertainment, reasonable amount of seating space even though the flight was full. Only blemish was at check in, where the agent demanded to see our proof of vaccination in physical form (my wife didn't have hers). This was shocking because we had uploaded the documents for the round trip through the AC website, and received confirmation from AC. Eventually she settled for an ArriveCan receipt. Thankfully I had completed that process. Why do we need to submit proof of vaccination forms to AC if the agents are not able to use that information?
Crowded and uncomfortable. Chaos with overhead bin space. Staff are pleasant.
Would have been nice to have at least a snack or something on board.

This was an excellent flight with very few people on board. Only issue was the 30 minute departure delay and this was communicated well so we weren't left hanging. Traveler communications in Cancun airport aren't the best, but that isn't AC's fault.

We purchased food on board as it was a five hour flight from Mexico City to Toronto. The food was good with a variety of options, but it seems that Air Canada should update its policy to offer complimentary food service on longer flights."

Very tight aircraft to cross the USA in. No snacks as they ran out. limited video selection on the flight and too many commercials on direct TV. 1/4 passengers coughing and sniffling without masks. Flying home to high covid risk Oregon, no wonder it is endemic. At least I had 3 Lufthansa flights where they still require masks. This may help prolong my next round with Covid a week.

Negativ: "1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves."
Positiv: "On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency."
Negativ: "I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers."
Negativ: "Delay, nothing to eat, poor service !"
Positiv: "The on board staff was very nice. That's pretty much the only thing that I liked."
Negativ: "Just about everything. Not only were both flights delayed, one without notice, both the check-in and boarding processes were obscenely long with no obvious reason. On board, the staff was very pleasant but took almost 20 minutes to respond to a page and I only paged them one time. The screens for entertainment had a lot of trouble reading touch for both my seatmate and I and the selections were very limited. My seat did not recline which made for a very uncomfortable flight as I had hoped to be able to sleep. They lost one of my bags and somehow still have not found it more than 36 hours later."

Positiv: "Food was good. That is pretty much it. Well, Brussels airport shopping and food was good too."
Negativ: "I travel a lot, and I've used many airlines before. This was my first and last time I use Brussels airlines. The cabin crew is not friendly. The entertainment was poor. The checking process was horrible (the airport is not properly designed, managed, poor information systems) I will gladly go through the mad house in Heathrow, or long walks at Schiphol, but not interested in Brussels."

Negativ: "Paid extra to secure aisle seat booking, reconfirmed byne two days before flight, at check-in was reassigned to a middle seat, without explanatiob or apology. Had to be uncomfortably adamant about paid aisle seat reservation for them to put me in one of the several still available."
Negativ: "Rollator wurde nicht wie angekündigt am Flugzeug wieder bereit gestellt. Ansonsten alles prima."
Negativ: "To small of a choice to choose from. More options and also newer movies would have been better"
Positiv: "Checking in at Gothenburg was easy and staff was great. They went above and beyond to ensure that I could bring my hand luggage with me."
Negativ: "Flight crew could stand to learn some service tips from the ground and phone crews. No entertainment on a 2-hour+ flight with 2 kids..."
Negativ: "Boarding was unorganized. Halfway through the flight, the cabin smells like sweat everywhere."
Negativ: "Called and made a reservation directly with Air Brussels to make sure we got a bassinet seat for our infant and that did not happen. Old airplane and very bad customer service all around. Took over 2 hours to check in at 4am in the morning."

Negativ: "Super late due to poor management of runway construction in Brussels No entertainment in the cabin"

Negativ: "The flight left 30 minutes after it was scheduled to leave. In addition, when we landed, they weren't prepared for us. We had to wait for the stairs and shuttle to arrive to get us to the airport terminal. It was especially frustrating because we had nearly no time to get to our connecting flight. The hosts and hostesses were mediocre at best."
Negativ: "The lady at the gate was rude. I was in a group with small children, we were all family, she made me wait in line without my family."
Negativ: "The plane was changed and I was given a new seat on the last row without a window. When I complained I was told to move to a middle seat somewhere. In terms of service SN is like a low cost carrier. None."
Positiv: "On time boarding and the flight was in less time than expected."

Positiv: "The airline insisted I check my bag because it was 2lbs over the weight, but it was an empty flight. We had a transfer in Brussels where some how the tags on the bags were not there and we were without a luggage for 5 days. I feel that the Venice airport claim was horrible as they seem to misplace luggage alot and on our transfer flight they fave us the wrong carousel. The service on the plane was great. But that was it."

Positiv: "Check -in - very friendly staff Airport in Brussels was easy for making connection"
Negativ: "The food was at extra cost - and pretty expensive. Not even water was offered free of charge. Was surprised that the food was on sale - nothing was said about it in advance."
Negativ: "I never flew to Florence because the airline missed my connection and the next flight to Florence was not until nearly twelve hours later, so now I'm on my way to Rome instead. This ruined my rental car and lodging reservations, and I'm now fighting both those agencies because of this botched flight and poor service. Additionally, the plane was ungodly hot. So much so that the crew apologized for our over the PA. Nothing was done to fix it, but it was blamed on the plane only being on auxiliary power while we were parked on the tarmac for the hours. That would've been understandable, but it didn't get better when the jet engines were on, so that excuse turned out to be just so many lies."
Negativ: "There was not enough space for our luggage so we had to carry it for the whole flight, the crew didn't even care and there were extremely rude and not nice when we asked where could we leave our luggage, they said no. The flight was delayed for 90 minutes. TERRIBLE airline"
Positiv: "The crew was excellent. Flights were uneventful. Enjoyed the ability to watch a movie on the little TV that each seat had. Made the long flight feel much quicker."
Negativ: "On my flight from Dulles to Brussels, the seat cushion was pretty much worn out. Felt like I was sitting on concrete. My butt was pretty sore after the flight. Flight back was totally fine. But it was a small inconvenience. Everything else was great."
