Later on, when we getting off the airplane she even helped me to stroll my carry on out to the airplane because I was carry too many stuffs with me and my daughter being so tired of the long flight so I have to comforted my daughter . The stewardess saw that and helping me a hand . I wish every airlines has someone like this crew member . Thank you so much for the awesome service on Japan Airlines."

Positiv: "MH389 on 10-Jun'17, cabin crew member (王怡芳), has been very attentive, provide excellent service."
Negativ: "Pudong airport ground stuff requested for Singapore identity card; soft copy was presented, both identity and re-entry permit issued by Singapore government. They were not clear, hesitate, call around. By the time they found out what is required, we already spent close to 90 minutes. If it is not due to flight delay, we left with very little time to clear the immigration, security screening and locate where the gate is."

Positiv: "There was nothing positive about the experience on this flight. With exit row seats had to stow luggage back in overhead holds which meant having to go back on landing, retrieve bag & for get way back to seat. Not Airlines fault but no gantry available on arrival. Up and down runway until available (20min) before we could exit."

Check-in at KLIA was pretty dismal in terms of the process - simply had no idea where to go even though I was in Business class."
