The crew spoke Chinese to every Asian person. I even did not understand anything. So rude. If they don't know passengers’s nationality, they have to speak a common language in English. Their safety demonstration was uniquely done by dancer, which made it interesting to watch every time! I left my jacket on one of my flights, but they returned it to me when I boarded the next flight - I was gratefully surprised! They had complementary tooth brush/toothpaste, ear plugs and eye masks in the restrooms. I thought this was a good way to reduce passing out items not all passengers wanted. I could barely hear and understand the announcements in spite the fact that passengers were extremely quiet. Their choices of movies were very poor; it seemed that 3 out of 4 flights had similar options."

So, that might fill the vacancies in business and make me a faithful passenger. The disability assistance was very good in Bangkok and Taipei. Disability assistance was horrible(wheelchair) assistance in SFO. I had NO assistance for 90 minutes to obtain a wheelchair while .d waiting to board my departure from SFO . The same was true but worse on the return to SFO. I was let off the plane LAST and the wheelchair was not there and I waited. The wheelchair person parked me outside the gate and said NOTHING and walked away. After 15 minutes waiting for his return, I went on my own and nearly passed out waiting in the horrible immigration line. It took 120 minutes from leaving the plane to getting in my car at the airport. Ridiculoius and a violation of Americans with Disabilities ACT."

Teuer bezalter Business Flug mit bezahlten, reservierten Plätzen. ich reservierte 4A / 4G sowie 5A (1 pax for the two seater in C) Als Familie mit Kleinkind bekamen wir am Gate die neuen Plätze 1D, 3 A, 6A. Als Familie mit Kleinkind durften wir als erste in den Bus und waren so die letzten im Flieger. Als wir uns auf 1 D setzen wollte, sass da bereits eine dicke Frau, die ebenfalls 1 D elektronisch vorweisen konnte. Wir sollten uns laut FB irgendwohin setzen ... Statt Essen gab es nur (für die ganze Kabine) 1 Fl. Wasser und 1 Keks. Ausgeführt von Dolomiti.

Boarding für business class war etwas chaotisch. Flugbetreuung war sehr gut. DB als Zubringer war eine Katastrophe.

Lufthansa has crazy passport control policies

Leider gibt es heute für unsere Business Class Gäste nichts zu essen! Die Stewardessen schämten sich, die Eco feixte!

Gepäck kam leider nicht an und wir wurden erts nach langem warten informiert. Swissport team hat aber einen fantastischen Job gemacht und unsere Lost&Found Formulare mit uns ausgefüllt.

Wie beim Hinflug auch beim Rückflug Verspätung von fast einer Stunde. Auf Nachfrage zunächst keine Informationen und unfreundliche Antworten. 50 Minuten im Flieger warten müssen bevor der Start erfolgte. Erst auf Nachfrage gab es zur Überbrückung ein Wasser. Schade, dass man als Gast immer darauf Selbstverständlichkeiten aufmerksam machen muss. Dabei möchte LH angeblich immer ein Wohlgefühl an Board vermitteln. Das behaupten sie zumindest immer in der Durchsage. Enttäuschend.

Leider hatte die Lufthansa nicht genug Verpflegung an Board. Dies war schon auf dem Hinflug der Fall. Bereits ab Reihe 19 konnten die vegetarischen Speisewünsche nicht mehr bedient werden. Sehr schade bei einem 3,5 Stunden Flug, wenn man das Essen gedanklich eingeplant hat.

Das Boarding ist bei Lufthansa auch nach zwei Jahren Corona immer noch eine Katastrophe. Keine Ansage der Gruppen, so das alle gleichzeitig zum Boarding rennen. Das gleiche beim Aussteigen. Volle Gänge keine Ansage über einen geregelten Ausstieg. Leider kümmert sich die Lufthansa offensichtlich wenig um die Gesundheit der Passagiere.

Negativ: "Wie kann man in Zeiten von "Corona" das Flugzeug komplett voll belegen und dann mit "Vertrauen" und "We care for your health" werben? So bekommt man verlorene Kunden bestimmt nicht dazu, wieder öfters zu fliegen... :-("
Positiv: "Desinfektionstuch an Board erhalten."
Negativ: "Freundlichkeit einzelner Crew-Mitgliwder."
Positiv: "Nette Crew, bequemer Sitz. Leckeres Sandwich"

Personal führt lieber Privatgespräche und beobachtet einen, wie man verzweifelt nach Platz such, anstatt zu helfen."

Positiv: "On the first leg of flight - united, we were surprised by the stewardess' request. We have 2 small children. The stewardess asked the man to change the seat so we can have more room in the center seats. We are grateful for that otherwise it will be very uncomfortable long flight."
Negativ: "I am hoping for games but didn't find chess or any other games on the Lufthansa flight. Please add that on the flight otherwise I will stuck watching the movies the rest of flight."

Crowded: seat pitch small, seats narrow, flight totally full, toilets filthy by the end. IFE: English options boring (German options not subtitled), touch screen not responsive."
Positiv: "Wir sind First Class geflogen, hatten Sitze in der Mitte nebeneinander. Trotz des streckenweise holprigen Flugs hatten wir es sehr bequem. Freundlichste Betreuung während des gesamten Fluges. Wegen der Kaschmir-Krise wurde der Flug umgeleitet und dauerte ca 40 Minuten länger. Wir konnten den buchstäblich erstklassigen Service also länger nutzen. Die Flugbegleiterinnen hatten in der Ausnahmesituation alle Hände voll zu tun. Wir haben uns trotzdem bestens betreut gefühlt."

Zweimal wurde das Gate gewechselt und zwar nicht mal auf derselben Ebene, sondern sogar in einem anderen Terminal und der Flieger hatte auch noch mehr als 1 Stunde Verspätung. 2. Das Essen war für eine Businessclass und einen mehr als 2 stündigen Flug eine echte Zumutung. Kalte und geschmacklose Vorspeise."

Liegt ungünstig, wenn man mit Auto oder Bus an-/Abreist, weil erst der ganze Flughafen umfahren werden muss. 8kg Handgepäcksregelung ist echt nicht zeitgemäß und eine schickane. Mit Laptop, Tablet, Rasierer, Ladekabel und 1x Wechselkleidung knackt man das ganz schnell. Lufthansa Group ist bei manchen Flügen penibler als Ryanair! Es müssen ja keine 23kg sein, aber selbst KLM bietet 12kg."

Check-in Zürich: Rollstuhl war angemeldet, aber selbst auf Nachfrage fühlte sich niemand zuständig. Erst am Gate kam Unterstützung, aber da war es ja auch unvermeidlich (!?) Helsinki und Tromsö war vorbildlich!

Typischer inner-europäischer flug. Frühstück in der Business Class sehr rudimentär

Wir flogen Business Class Langstrecke auf dem A350. Das Bett ist etwas kurz und geht sehr spitz an den Füßen zu. Die bestellte Obstplatte war schwach.

At least a sandwich for passengers would be nice. Crew was fantastic. Take of on time, landing even better. We had a wonderful flight.

Pleasant flight, was delayed 3 1/2 hours

Kayak was terrible, I was told that I got 1 free checked bag, but when I got to the check-in counter I was told otherwise and had to pay for my checked bag!!!!

Ich habe auch mein Ticket (79 Euro ) mit der dB für eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 19 Euro tauschen können .. und die was nicht schuld und hat einen schlechten Ruf ;) gerne flexibler werden wenn Flexibilität von Passagieren erwartet wird . Habe flug verpasst, Anschluss von Brest war zu knapp (30') mit 10' Verspätung v Start

It was so helpful to be able to board the plane front and back. It makes it so much faster. It was also helpful announcements were made in French and English. I cannot thing of anything that would have made that short flight better.
