Negativ: "- I had to pay extra for lunch and (alcoholic) drinks. - The pasta was overpriced and tasted like nothing - At the destination we had to wait for 35mins in the plane, before we could get out."
Positiv: "The crew was amazing. The economic seat (I always prefer to select aisle seat) was OK for me."
Negativ: "I often prefer to take Air Canada flight for the departure to any international cities, because it hardly happened to have any cancelled AC flights during my Air flight dates in my past years trips."

Negativ: "A 1 hour flight, delayed. Meant I missed my entire flight and stayed I Ottawa International for 8 joirs"

Negativ: "fragte man sich leider auf diesem Flug. Keine Monitore mit den Infos zum Flug (wo sind wir, wie lange dauert es noch, etc...) Kannte ich so noch nicht. Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."
Negativ: "Air Canada needs to step up their game and get better in seat technology."
Positiv: "Nothing..you're going from one airline to another one... N the schedule is was changed without notice..."
Negativ: "First I get to the airport in Montreal to fly with Lufthansa.as I bought my ticket with Lufthansa.. ..made line for about 15 min they tell me it is not with them, it is with air canada..no reason why...so I did made line again..the hours of that fly were the same.. but when I landed in Geneva somebody is waiting for me to tell me my fly has been cancel..so I had to fly to Zurich instead and not only that I had a meeting today getting into barcelona but with the new schedule instead of arriving to 400 pm I ended up getting there at 730pm..and to add to this it is a 4 days trip so I already lost one..and I still not in Barcelona so will see what happens to my bag."

Negativ: "Klar, die Flieger werden immer enger... aber für die Umwelt ist es schon besser, wenn dafür weniger Flieger starten also beklage ich mich auch nicht so sehr drüber. Am Besten wäre es, wenn es mehr Züge gäbe für solche kurze Strecken."
Positiv: "Service was excellent - staff was very attentive, pleasant and helpful and seemed like they truly enjoyed their job. We will definitely use them again when flying from Montreal"

Negativ: "Early morning flights from Toronto to Boston are a bit bumpy usually. Pilots do their best to maneuver around those."

Positiv: "Das Boarding und die Durchführung waren super. Das Personal sprach Französisch. Nicht alles wurde auf Englisch wiederholt. Getränke wurden NUR EIN MAL angeboten. Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."
Negativ: "Kaum Beinfreiheit. Essen nur gehen Geld."
Positiv: "Great service from the staff and crew. Comfortable flight in every conceivable aspect!"
Negativ: "Flight delayed, did not leave Vancouver until after we were supposed to land in Portland. No tv or wifi"
Negativ: "Instructions on Air Canada's website when you Google "how early should you get to the airport flying Canada to USA" say you should get there 3 hours ahead of time. For a 6:40 flight I got to the airport at 3:40, as instructed, and checkin wasn't even open. Per Air Canada's website "You should arrive at the airport three (3) hours before your flight's scheduled departure time. Pre-board security screening for departures to the U.S. opens at 3:00 AM. Exception: 20 minutes for flights departing from Toronto City Airport (YTZ)." Check in staff told me I should have gotten there 2 hours ahead. This is very conflicting. Considering I was heading to a 10 hour trade show, believe me that hour of sleep I lost between 2:30 when I had to get up for this flight and 3:30 when I could have gotten up sure was missed. Correct and consistent instructions to passengers go a long way."
Positiv: "The flight attendants are usually nice and very helpful when we're traveling with our baby."
Negativ: "We take air Canada from NYC to Toronto a few times a year, and they often cancel flights when they're not full enough, which is annoying. Also the agents at the counter are not courteous."

Negativ: "They had known about a mechanical issue all day and did not notify anyone until 1 hour before departure. They ultimately had to get another plane but only after >4hr delay. Seems to me like delay could have been avoided or at least predicted so we could have made appropriate arranements. Big domino effect of inconvenience on the last day of the year makes for very bad experience."

Negativ: "Regarding Air Canada Rouge service: If you are over 6' in height your knees will not fit in the assigned space."

Negativ: "The checkin staff were not at there designated area on time and the flight was delayed for over an hour causing us to not be able to board our connecting flight from Toronto to Milan."

Positiv: "Really took advantage by jacking the prices on return flight changes caused by their cancellation of outbound due to weather Because I had two one way flights, the changes required for the return flight were my problem"

Positiv: "The stewards were very attentive and kind. My original seat was kind of squished and there were a few open seats on my flight. So a lovely stewards offered me another seat where I wouldn't be sandwiched between people."
Negativ: "I bought the tickets two months in advance, but they put us on standby list when we got to the airport. They over sold. I couldn't believe that. We were told that we should have paid to choose our seats!!!"
Positiv: "The crew are very friendly and helpful."
Negativ: "Seats are very small with little legroom. My husband is 6"1 and sat in a middle seat. His knees were jammed into the seat in front of him. Full flight so he could not be reseated. There is no entertainment system which was ok since it was a red eye flight. I've have flown on many local and international carriers and the space on this aircraft was amongst the smallest I've come across."
Positiv: "The crew was very nice and helpful. The in flight movies are good."
Negativ: "Boarding was a little hectic and unorganized. And although my luggage made it to my second flight, my friends luggage was left in Toronto. Now we are in Amsterdam and she has no clothes. My head phone jack was also broken and could barely be used."
Positiv: "You had the latest HBO shows"
Negativ: "Staff was a bit rude in at check in to get onboard as I was one of the last passengers to board the plane."
Positiv: "The food was good"
Negativ: "I was put in overbooking, and was concerned about not being able to get on the flight. Everything worked out fine in the end, but still did not appreciate this. Given the risk of not being able to board, I will likely not use this airline in the future."
Positiv: "The in-flight entertainment system was enjoyable, though somewhat confusing to use. The staff were pleasant and professional."
Positiv: "Nothing, I was rebooked for next day but was routed with connection through Chicago"
Negativ: "Flight was cancelled due to lack of crew and I was rebooked with a connection through Chigago. while Air Canada provided a room and food vouchers it took 2 hours to get bag and caused significant disruption to my plans. Very displeased."
