Food was better than I expected. Staff was friendly and professional

The flight didn’t take off on time and was late an hour. Upon landing at our destination we had to wait on board for another half hour. With two small children in tow, a huge inconvenience and totally not worth the extra money paid for a direct flight.

Seem genuinely displeased if they have to bother speaking any language but their own to communicate with international passengers. Customer Service i believe is merely a joke to the entire company. If i was a religious person i would pray no one ever has to use their feedback system or try to communicate with their customer service group by phone. Thats what i get for being American i guess, just higher hygiene standards and expectations on service for the price paid."

Never made it out of Boston, spent 8 hours at the airport only to get flight canceled and they lost my luggage. Missed a family party I had been planning on going to for over 3 years. Delta Airlines is an absolute joke. The airlines Industry is in shambles, it seems like it’s run by a toddler.

The seats were very tight and uncomfortable compared to other airlines. Cabin crew served the first meal one hour into the flight. And then we got nothing for 9 hours until they were ready to serve another snack. We went to the back and ask for some snacks as my child was hungry but they said they ran out. They never walked the isle to offer drinks or take trash. We did not see them for 9 hours. We paid for the high speed wifi and it didn’t work either. Last time I would fry with Air France based on this experience

Delta had to reassign seats since they rebooked us from another flight. We did that over the phone but then they lost that by the time we got to the gate. Didn’t have us checked in by the time we got to the gate. Not sure how that happened. And by the time we got to the gate the flight was full, they gave away our seats, and almost didn’t get on.

Delta terminal 2 gate 24B would not allow us to board the plane 3 minutes after main2 zone was called. We were forced to take a flight 4 hours later, waiting at the airport. And the female check in lady at the gate was rude and completely unhelpful. Delta service is poor at LAX

Plane was comfortable because it wasn't packed, so was able to have a seat empty in-between me. The entertainment offered was really good, the connecting to the Go-inflight WiFi was a bit difficult, but no biggie."

I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HOME AFTER 10A, WASN'T UNTIL ALMOST 2P.."

Very cramped flight, overhead bins were all completely filled, and passengers had to fly with bags by their feet which was not very comfortable for me personally.

I don't understand why they couldn't let me through or hold for me. It ruin my ground transportation reservation which I had to reschedule. The whole thing was frustrating and cost me more money that what i thought i was saving."

I disputes the charges with my bank and they immediately paid me back. Aeromexico, you are a joke and I hope your sceem to fraud people out of their money comes to surface soon."

Iberia doesn’t advertise as a low cost flight, yet, everything on board must be bought. They don’t even give you peanuts or water.

The flight was on time and very clean. I was a bit surprised that for a 10h flight we only got one good meal and then a sandwich for breakfast. Back in the day breakfast used to be eggs and fruit and what not… so… Also, sits at a bit tight back in economy class. A talk person has definitely problems sitting correctly

Auch hier keinerlei kostenlose Versorgung und viel zu enge Sitzplätze. Schade die Besatzung ist du nett und die Enttäuschung war schon groß. Keine Zeitung oder etwas Musik. Das Angebot muss wieder dazu kommen.

Der Flug war sehr angenehm, schade das es nicht mal ein Gls Wasser umsonst gab. Sie Betreuer bedauerten es auch und wir hatten die Möglichkeit dort etwas. an Getränke und Essen zu kaufen.

Nach Reihen aufstehen und dann im Bus gequetscht werden und ewig warten. Dann ewig lange Kontrolle der Impfung. Gepäck im Untergeschoss. Man musste dann das Gebäude verlassen, um zu den Mitwagenschalter zu kommen. Da haben es Ryanair Kunden bequemer!

War sehr voll und sehr eng. Maschine ohne USB ports :-(

Fast Komplett volle Maschine. Chaos und 10 Minuten Verspätung weil die Genies Kinder von der Warteliste Notausgangssitze gaben ... Man wollte dann ganze Reihen tauschen, da musste ich protestieren. Ich hatte Notausgang gebucht. Eine Toilette hinten ohne Wasser im handwaschbecken ... Wurde in MAD nicht repariert.

Ich hatte einen Notausgangs-Sitz gebucht! Die haben das Flugzeug gewechselt und ich sass dann hinter der Notausgangsreihe. Vor mir sassen welche, die auf der Warteliste waren und einfach irgendwo platziert wurden ... So kann man loyale Kunden verärgern!

Riesige Schlange beim Iberia Check-In in Madrid. Nur 2 Schalter geöffnet. Kein Personal. 2,5 Stunden vor Abflug da gewesen und trotzdem den Flug fast verpasst.

Glück gehabt, statt Iberia Express ist Iberia selber geflogen, mit einer lie flat Business Class. das war sehr angenehm!

Das freundlichste was man sagen kann, ist, dass alles pünktlich war. ansonsten so angenehm wie Busfahren!

Very unhelpful in locating me as a passenger

Iberia Express ist pünktlich und wenn man Glück hat, kommen die Koffer an und bleiben nicht in Madrid hängen! Ansonsten von Boadrding angefangen eine absolut chaotische, unsympathische Airline! Und oft recht teuer!

Iberia hat eine echte Business Class eingesetzt, mit lie flat Sitzen!

Unfreundliches Personal. Schlechter Kundenservice. Erhielt den Platz in letzter Reihe in der Ecke ohne Fenster. Gern hätte ich mir gewünscht dass mir dies am check in Schalter von der Damen gesagt wurden wäre. Da ich unter einer Clausophobie leide, hätte ich noch am Schalter um Umbuchung auf einen anderen Platz gebeten und die Mehrkosten dafür auf mich genommen. Vor das Boardpersonal war unfreundlich und bis überfordert und sagte mir die Maschine ist voll, ich hätte ja online zuvor einen Platz reservieren können. Ok, ich habe dazu gelernt. Auch dass ich so schnell nicht mehr mit Iberia fliegen werde, weil neben all der Tatsachen der Check-In Schalter und die BoardStewardess sehr unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert waren. Schade!

Die Crew von Iberia war in dem Hinflug und Rückflug sehr unfreundlich. Die wollen einem den Flug nicht schön machen. Sowie ist englisch nicht etwas das man bei Iberia sprechen muss. Wenn man nicht Spanisch spricht wird man nicht gleich behandelt.

The line reserved for baggage drop-off was used to prioritize check-in for a large group, making the benefit of online check-in meaningless! Also, the supervisor who intervened on my check-in issue lacked basic customer service skills!"
Positiv: "Seats we re super comfortable, better than BA or Swiss for example. Food and drink excellent, gain better than Swiss or Ba, not to say US carriers who are on a league of their own (worse). Flight arrived early."

Die Bordunterhaltung hat sich nach einen Monat nicht verändert."
