I tried many times to call CSA LA office using toll free and regular number, but could never speak to a human. Last November 7 I missed my flight home due to the Thai King's motorcade causing the road I was on to be closed for more one hour. I arrived at the CNXairport nearly one hour before the scheduled departure time, only to find CSA check in counters already closed. CSA Bangkok made me pay for a one way ticket home on Nov 8 even though all 3 flights were not full. I arrived well I'm advance and checked in. CSA began boarding 30 minutes before the time shown on my boarding pass and closed the aircraft doors shortly aftethe boarding time listed. No wonder I missed my Nov 7 flight! I wrote CSA LA a letter including the receipt for the one way ticket and requested a refund or at least a reply or home call. I never received a reply. I have flown CSA/Delta from Detroit, MI to Chiang Mai, Thailand 5 or 6 times in the last 3 years. It seems they don't care about customer loyalty. In the future CSA will not be my first choice and I will pay somewhat more to fly another airline."

Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

Negativ: "I specifically never choose American Airlines because whenever I do there are problems. I chose Iberia, not American Airlines and I got switched to it. Sat at the gate for 2 hours after my flight was ALREADY delayed because they didn't load our luggage under the plane correctly and it wasn't safe to fly. I will be calling American Airlines to file a complaint."

Food was subpar for an AA flight, especially international. Entertainment system has many defects and problems, for example "search" is useless. Uninspiring and forgettable film choices as well. The knob to control air flow was broken which made it chilly. To finish as I started, a more engaged and pleasant crew could have made all the other things more palpable and acceptable. They were just too cold, like the temperature in the cabin and distant."

Missed the flight, have to rebook a 3 hour later departure, move the meeting and take a flight back 4 hours later that has a layover and adds about 2.5 hours more on the return leg. Not to mention having to pay for the new seat."

Despite flying on the Saturday after Thanksgiving they only had one mixed security line open. When I asked TSA they said they simply weren't staffed to have a Precheck line open. Everyone was working diligently but this happens every time we fly United out of Newark. Traveling with 2 small children it is incredibly frustrating to have to go through the full security line, take off our shoes, and take all of our electronics out of our bags."

Negativ: "United overall was a complete disaster. They overbooked the flight, so it got delayed until the next day, but not before the involuntarily checked my carry-on due to no more space. When they delayed the flight I asked to get my bag back, but they assured me it would be on the American Airlines flight they transferred me to. Guess what...it wasn't. And now I'm stuck in Portland with nothing but my wallet, keyes and phone, and a small bag of toiletries given to me by American (which should have been United's responsibility). This is the FOURTH trip with United where they have screwed me over with either baggage loss or itinerary issues. NEVER using United after this trip. Next time I book, I'd rather just go with the next price up if it means not flying with them!!"

Negativ: "Der Flug wurde um 6-7 Stunden verschoben, so dass ich keinen Anschluss Flug mehr hatte um nach Hause zu kommen. Der Service vor Ort war sehr schlecht, es hatte viel zu wenig Personal. Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"
