Auf 12 h Flug etwas wenig zu Essen.
The food was really good for a flight; the crew were genuinely engaged and service oriented.
Leider sind die Sitze etwas ins Alter gekommen, denke wäre wieder einmal Zeit die Kabine auszutauschen.
Boarding and the whole flight were flawless.

Swiss shouldn't operate another second until they have their customer service figured out. You can't reach anyone at the company. 0 accommodations for you in case you need to make changes.

Problems with the in-flight wi-fi (none) and the flight info (none). However, movies worked fine and the selection is exceptional.
Nice steady flight, on time, enjoyed the complementary snack and drink. Good work KLM

Everything could have been better. The customer service was horrible! My flight got delayed and that lead to domino effect of loosing reservations in my vacations.

On our flight down, we all had our own TVs allowing us to watch whatever, but on this flight there was only the drop down TVs, and there were a lot of crying children (which I also realize is completely out of your control, but didn't help in adding to our experience)."

Negativ: "A staff on the check-in counter requested me to show eTA of Canada. I tried to log in my e-mail account that received the eTA before. But IP address was Peru. So the e-mail service provider didn't allow me to log in. I suffered from proving that I received eTA. I had to spend much time on collecting and showing all the itineraries related to Vancouver. So I could never visit the VIP Lounge for Business Class passengers because of insufficient time.I had to go to the gate directly to avoid my flight. It was very hard time."

When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

The two flight attendants in this flight were quite good, Lindsey and Mike. They did a great job being proactive and engaged appropriately.

Then after another delay they realised that off loading people meant off loading their baggagge, total delay nearly 2 hours The hedset socket on the entertainment system did not work The USB port did not work THey ran out of food after serving three rows, loaded four sandwiches, no wraps and 2 cheese plates for a full evening flight that was over 5 hours in duration including the delays."

Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

Not sure how to improve this but the boarding area was too crowded and people were lined up for every zone even before they had started to announce boarding.
+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Negativ: "The same issue regarding no bottled water. Very turbulent flight. My bag and contents were damaged and Air Canada agent is stating that it is NOT covered!!!!!!!!"
Positiv: "Everything but most importantly the excellent service onboard with some of the most caring and genuinely especially given that we were travelling with our four month old baby. And what a comfy plane the 787-9 is!"
Negativ: "I’m nitpicking but the check-in experience was well inferior to the excellent airport and in-flight experience. The agent seemed to treat us as more of a nuisance than a client with special needs (4-month old baby). A little smile would go a long way to fix this."
Positiv: "It was OK but it had to be better than the flight to Canada which was delayed 24 hours (just for bad measure). It's a cheap flight and AC warn that the "in seat" screen is no longer provided so criticism on this basis is a bit silly. I noted that the free iPads in Premium Economy provided more films but they were so dated!!! Food in PE was much better as was the general service. It cost quite a bit in the "Auction" but it was worth it I think."
Negativ: "This relates to the outward trip when we only found out at the check-in that the plane was postponed to the following day. OK, we were put up in a hotel for the night but 24 hours there was not the best day of my life. I wasn't too impressed with the hotel."

Negativ: "Originating flight was delayed, so missed connection in Montreal and had to be rerouted. After going through 5 airports to reach our final destination, we finally made it - without our luggage!!! To make matters worse, the complete and extreme lack of empathy on behalf of Air Canada's customer service desk was less than appreciated by us.... As it turns out, Air Canada was aware all along that we would miss our connection; however, they still had us board our originating flight. The gate agent should have been conscientious and informed us that the delay was ongoing with our flight being number 22+ on the tarmac to take off, thus guaranteeing our missed connection. They should have rebooked us on another flight from our original destination vs rebooking us upon arrival in Montreal to miss further connecting flights. Very disappointed!!!!! Based on this experience alone, never again will I or my family travel Air Canada."
Positiv: "Das Boarding und die Durchführung waren super. Das Personal sprach Französisch. Nicht alles wurde auf Englisch wiederholt. Getränke wurden NUR EIN MAL angeboten. Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Negativ: "The food was terrible and the staff were in there own world and not particularly polite. Hand luggage was not managed so the bins were rammed. Some people had 3 pieces of large hand luggage. Food was the worse I have had on any flight. I would rather pay and have something edible. On 2 of my 3 flights the staff were so wrapped up in there own life's, they did not manage to finish the safety checks before taking there seat. Overall a poor experience."

Positiv: "I never got in my flight home for my aunts funeral and to get back to work because nothing on your website warned or notified me that I needed a visa just for a connecting flight on Air Canada so not only did I lose my money I was denied my flight denied the chance to be at my aunts funeral and get back to work. So my honest opinion is that I am extremely disappointed and deeply saddened by this evtire ordeal now I have to spend more money to purchase another ticket with another airline to go home. Negativ: "They ran out of the food, and many people were left with no choice for dinner. Food was just okay. Crews weren't very helpful when boarding. It was hard to find a spot for my carry on luggage. I waited for someone to come over and help me find the spot, but no luck."

Negativ: "They had known about a mechanical issue all day and did not notify anyone until 1 hour before departure. They ultimately had to get another plane but only after >4hr delay. Seems to me like delay could have been avoided or at least predicted so we could have made appropriate arranements. Big domino effect of inconvenience on the last day of the year makes for very bad experience."

Negativ: "The crew needs to learn how to effectively execute the meal/drink service. It takes entirely too long. Also, on an international Flight, over three hours, you don't provide a snack!? And the small cup of soda we get takes over an hour for some people to get. The seats are entirely too close. I'm 5'9 and my knees were digging into the seat in front of me. Then the guy in front of me reclined and I had absolutely no room. I had to turn to the side. We didn't board until around the time we were supposed to depart. We were over a hour behind schedule. They held the plane to get a passenger's bag off because he was stuck in customs. Unless it's a funeral I need to get to, I'm not flying Air Canada again."
