For audio output, Bluetooth option should be added to allow customer use their own premium headphones and save airlines expense and carbon credit of disposable headphones.

I live overseas and but had a valid U.S. visa for my travel, but couldn't change planes without applying tor a temporary resident visa which takes longer to obtain than the time before I needed to fly. Very upset and disappointed. Will certainly avoid purchasing from Air Canada again."

Positiv: "The flight from Frankfurt to Chicago arrived late, had to collect bags and clear customs which delayed transfer, had to go from one end of the airport to the other on a train which operated very slow which delayed transfer, had to then clear TSA security checks which were very slow and again delayed transfer. Moving at the max speed we were capable of, we arrived at the opposite end of the airport too late to board and were left behind. United was not very sympathetic, although provided ticket for next morning flight. The entire experience was very disappointing following what was a decent tour of Italy."

I tried to pull my laptop out to watch anything else, but the seat was too small to open a 15" laptop."

Negativ: "Original flight was delayed one hour and forty minutes to to flight traffic in lax. I was fortunate enough to get a flight to sfo to get my connection to Santa Barbara. The main complaint is that united help desk said flight traffic had been delayed out of lax for the past 3 days. I should have been informed earlier I would have save end mealot of stress"
