My luggage was left at doha nd flight landed houston. Horrible experince i had this time.

The airport staff of Qatar airlines was UNFRIENDLY and UNHELPFUL. They all acted like we were bothering them. They gave no help in moving from one station to another. In general they gave an extremely bad first impression of Qatar airlines!!

However, they said that my final destination place won't accept my test. rather me waiting on the line that was not moving ahead at all, I could have sort things out some way. So, it would be nice if the crew would come to the passenger on the line just to make sure they have everything right."

Staying in a hotel is not a great option, because it takes 2 hours to get out of the airport, another 2 hours cushion to get back in time."

Seats in economy could be a little wider. Flight from Dubai to Maa had better seats. Everything else was good.

Die First Class von Emirates ist sagenhaft. Kann ich nur schwerstens weiterempfehlen. Die Kabinen, Toiletten/Duschen, das Personal, Essen und Onboard-Unterhaltung wird man nur schwer toppen können.

Shit happens, but (a) what about the quality of the goods and (b) how does the crew handle this? Crew/Service: Generally friendly, but the guy who served the red wine had no clue how to handle this: 1. Red wine on cloth is bad to clean 2. After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Flight delayed. Crew excellent. Airlines are struggling amid shortages of staff. Be prepared to have flights canceled or delayed.

Flights kept changing right up to the day before leaving—-finally requiring two connecting flights instead of one with all of us traveling alone to connect through a different city. The connecting flight changes were scheduled too close to the arriving flight time—-requiring another phone call and extremely long wait times to United. In all, we had to call United 6 times with flight changes THEY made. United and their partner companies (in our case Lufthansa) continually blamed the other provider for the scheduling problems. All flights we took on this trip were delayed. The flight staff was always good. The arrangements for the trip a nightmare.

Crew was friendly, but airplane it’s not comfortable.

THEN... the flight crew had been working too long and they had to send another crew which took 4 extra hours. 17 hours from Lisbon to Newark is unacceptable! It could have all been avoided with a larger plane."

Positiv: "I had THE WORST experience with ONE flight attendant leaving Paris CDG, flying to Chicago O’Hare. Flight #9334. On 7/26 @ 11:22am. I am hypoglycemic and the flight attendant skipped my line for food I acknowledged her three times and she ignored me so on the fourth time I raised my voice saying “excuse me ma’am” that seem to have irritated her or rubbed her the wrong way because her response was extremely unprofessional yelling at me and accused me of startling her. She compared my voice to the startle of 911 and caused a scene in front of the majority of the passengers. All I wanted was the food that was available for each passenger because she skipped My row. After talking to another flight attendant who claim to be a manager name Celeste who was wearing a visible name tag along with every other flight attendant except for her, I asked her for the name so I could write up a review she refused to give me her name saying it was against their policy to give up first names even though it’s clearly on everybody’s shirt except hers she removed it or covered it up w/ her apron even though Robert Robert was wearing an apron with his name tag outside of his apron like he should the attendant that gave me problems took off her name tag and covered it with an apron that was a violation of dress code. A simple apology is all I asked for but she refused to apologize and the managers only response was “I can’t make her apologize” Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect on a flight as I am a frequent flyer to Paris on United everybody else and all other flights was extremely helpful and courteous. This woman started ranting and raving about 911 and getting people nervous for no reason. I will be writing a formal letter to the corporate office. I just barely got home and wanted to write this review because it ruined my experience in 9 1/2 hour flight experience. It was also very embarrassing for me and my family, as other customers were bothered by this and had to listen to this. I was trying to speak over the air conditioner and after the third time of her not acknowledging me that is one I raise my voice politely by saying “excuse me ma’am”. I am a frequent united flier. Furthermore I have scoliosis and I’m handicapped our flight got delayed by 3 furthermore I have scoliosis and I’m handicapped our flight got delayed by 2 1/2 hrs. By this time my back was throbbing and when I talked to the gentleman upfront he told me to write a letter for some type of compensation regarding everything I have been through. Here are pictures of the lady who is out of dress code the flight attendant and also out of line dealing with plus dealing with customers she’s obviously unhappy with her job and should not be in the customer service industry as I know for being a businesswoman myself owning my own salon I deal with customers all day and I know my number one job is to make sure my customers are happy I am not ."
Negativ: "I had THE WORST experience with ONE flight attendant leaving Paris CDG, flying to Chicago O’Hare. Flight #9334. On 7/26 @ 11:22am. I am hypoglycemic and the flight attendant skipped my line for food I acknowledged her three times and she ignored me so on the fourth time I raised my voice saying “excuse me ma’am” that seem to have irritated her or rubbed her the wrong way because her response was extremely unprofessional yelling at me and accused me of startling her. She compared my voice to the startle of 911 and caused a scene in front of the majority of the passengers. All I wanted was the food that was available for each passenger because she skipped My row. After talking to another flight attendant who claim to be a manager name Celeste who was wearing a visible name tag along with every other flight attendant except for her, I asked her for the name so I could write up a review she refused to give me her name saying it was against their policy to give up first names even though it’s clearly on everybody’s shirt except hers she removed it or covered it up w/ her apron even though Robert Robert was wearing an apron with his name tag outside of his apron like he should the attendant that gave me problems took off her name tag and covered it with an apron that was a violation of dress code. A simple apology is all I asked for but she refused to apologize and the managers only response was “I can’t make her apologize” Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect on a flight as I am a frequent flyer to Paris on United everybody else and all other flights was extremely helpful and courteous. This woman started ranting and raving about 911 and getting people nervous for no reason. I will be writing a formal letter to the corporate office. Negativ: "3 row seats such a tight squeeze"
Negativ: "Entertainment während des Fluges nur gegen Aufpreis mittels Kreditkartenzahlung möglich"
Negativ: "I didn’t need a second breakfast at 10am, I’d much protégée- a better lunch."
Negativ: "- knapp unter 6 Std Flugzeit und nur ein Mini-sackerl bretzen zum Essen - für jedes Gepäckstück wird kassiert"
Positiv: "Flug hat Minimumkriterien erfuellt. Puenklichkeit und Sicherheit. Getraenke wurden offeriert."
Negativ: "Ich bin klein und fand es beengend. Das überraschendste war aber das komplett fehlende Unterhaltungsprogramm. Nicht mal ein gemeinschaftlicher Monitor. Dies bei einem 4h Flug. Info über vorhandene Service( entertainment und food ) im Flug wäre wünschenswert."
Positiv: "Business Class entsprach voll den Erwartungen, nur das erste Mal war der Flug rückwärts"
Positiv: "Prinzipiell ok aber nicht First Class Standard, wie gebucht"
Positiv: "No one died."
Negativ: "The boarding was he'll at best."
Positiv: "Flights on time"
Negativ: "Luggage arrived 2 hours late on separate flight"
Positiv: "Siehe Bewertung in den Kategorien. Essen ok, Boarding entspannt und ein guter Flug für den Preis (sehr günstig)"
Negativ: "Nicht sehr viel Platz, zu wenige Getränke über den Flugzeitraum, Personal nur mäßig freundlich, kein Boardentertainment am Platz nur über zentrale Lautsprecher aller 4-5 Reihen (Flug durchgeführt von United)"
Positiv: "Guter Komfort und gute Beinfreiheit zu den Vordersitzen so dass man auch nach einem Langstreckenflug von München nach San Francisco entspannt ankommt."
Positiv: "The return flight served a small whole grain tasty sandwich for breakfast on the return flight. That was good."
Negativ: "I was delighted to spend the extra money to have the Lufthansa experience, riding on an airline considered in the top ten airlines out of 100, as opposed to United's ranking of 68, down from 60 the year before. I was extremely surprised to find that I, indeed, was scheduled for United. The double trip code was VERY inconvenient, found myself constantly having to call the other airline to book the seat, find the gate, find out about luggage limitations, etc. Not intuitive in any manner. Please don't confuse customers with your 7 point tiny type saying we're just kidding, you'll really be on an airline of our choice when the day comes!!! but you'll pay the bigger bucks!!! UGH."
Negativ: "... und alles kostet extra: Bordunterhaltung, Essen, Bier."
Positiv: "The crew were excellent and receptive to needs on the flight."
Negativ: "Baggage Claim was a nightmare. I did not receive a baggage ticket when I checked my bag in London. Part of that is my fault. I should have made sure I had one. It took an extra long time to get my bag. Everyone else had left the area from my flight and I approached the counter. The attendant at the counter was rude. She said she couldn't help me unless I had the baggage claim ticket. Which I get that, but it all comes down to how she said it to me. She went over to the carousel and said that my flights bags were still going around and at that time I saw my bag. I said there it is to her and she responds, well you can go get it yourself then. Just completely rude. It all came down to how she responded to me. I was freaking out at the prospect of my bag being lost and she responded as clipped and uncompassionately as possible."
Positiv: "Wir waren sehr knapp dran. Wir erreichten den Flieger nur, weil uns Airline Angestellte geholfen haben und wir durch den Flughafen gespurtet sind."
Positiv: "I don't love to fly, so I wasn't thrilled about a 7 hour flight. Actually, the flight itself went well, good food (for an airplane), staff was VERY nice, and boarding was easy enough. My issue unfortunately the people sitting behind me with 2 kids under age 3-4 years old. One of the kids screamed and cried for probably close to 5 hours. I didn't sleep at all. At one point, he cried for a continuous 2 hours while he kicked my seat. I felt like the staff should have asked if they could help, maybe suggest walking him around, etc. The child must have had ear pain, he cried constantly. I felt so badly for him."
Negativ: "The plane was late, I request wheal chair for my mother because she can't see for one eye no more and only 30% can see on her good eye and in Houston she was lost inside the aeroport because no one take care of my mother , yes lost for almost two hours, very very disappoint , I always book thru Kayak and never complaint, this time very disappointed , Glad my mother is okay"
Positiv: "This was one of the planes you are starting to hear about where the seats are spaced so close and are extremely narrow. This was redicolous for such a long flight. Hope the talked about law suit on this goes through this seating is unsafe. Plane we flew from Chicago to Grand Rapids was more comfortable and you could really see the difference in seat spacing and size."
Negativ: "It was on time."
Positiv: "I booked a basic economy seat & ended up on a small plane, that was fully booked. It had 2 seats on either side of the aisle but it was surprisingly comfortable."
Negativ: "The flight was short so thankfully I didn't have to pay for entertainment. It's a loser move to make the customers pay for everything; luggage, food & entertainment on my international flights, I always go for the companies that try to make the passengers comfortable and I'm going to think the same way on my local flights in the future"
Positiv: "Flights were on time and one even landed early."
Positiv: "Personal war sehr nett, das Boarding ging zügig vonstatten, Sitze gemütlich(für Kurzstreckenflug)"
Negativ: "Flug hatte 1 h Verspätung, keine Auswahl beim angebotenen Snack"
Positiv: "Boarding sehr zügig, Carry-on wurde unkompliziert in Frachtraum verbracht da sehr kleines Flugzeug"
Negativ: "Sitze eher sparsam bemessen, keine Auswahl bei Snack"
Positiv: "Staff are friendly."
Negativ: "Very small space. The entertainment app is very slow for buffering. Quite frustrated when watching movies/TV."
