I wrote a review to Delta already expressing my dislike of the fact that I could not get a seat assigned upon checkin or even at the airport until maybe 1 hr before my flight. The cabo representative (not part of the flight crew based from Los Angeles) was rude and not accommodating, so my wife and I had to sit separately, which was frustrating to say the least, given I had followed the entire online check in protocol, including uploading digital copies of my negative COVID-19 test.

Negativ: "Front gate person was very rude, inpatient and did not help us to print our new boarding passes that they gave in Barcelona. During boarding process, we had to wait aside until new boarding passes printed that could have been done over an hour earlier."

Earlier notification may have allowed me to remain in Atlanta a night or two longer with my family as opposed to having had to spend many additional hours sitting uncomfortably in an airport."

Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."
There was no flight. It was canceled. We were rebooked, but we are not sure if Kayak helped us or if it was SAS.
Flight was cancelled and re booked to a flight that didn’t make sense (couldn’t make connections, no luggage agreement between the airlines, and no support from SAS whatsoever once we got stranded)
Easy flight. Check-in as well as in-flight crew were very good. Comfort and cleanliness of planes was good as you would expect. Food was basic but tasty. No vegitarian option and no free alcoholic drinks in economy class. But overall was good experience and good value for money.

Coming through chicago is a nightmare. Customs are rude, everyone shouting, disorganized lines and horrible signage. Ticketing was horrible, rude agents, rude TSA, etc, etc.

If an attendant at the Frankfurt airport had not showed us, there was no obvious way to guess how to check a bag or get a boarding pass. So if you do not speak German fluently, ask an attendant as soon as you get to the check in area, and save yourself some walking and time."

I had to call the SAS headquarters in Stockholm before receiving any guidance on what to do next. All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

Positiv: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Negativ: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."

The two flight attendants in this flight were quite good, Lindsey and Mike. They did a great job being proactive and engaged appropriately.

Super Besatzung wirkte auf mich gestresst ganzes Team war auch untereinander nicht harmonisch. Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

Negativ: "The plane was incredibly hot and humid while we were on the ground. The stewardess told us we had a broken APU but would not tell us what that is or if it was actually a problem. Someone pressed the call button during the flight but the stewardess couldn't be bothered to get up and the call light stayed on the whole flight. Eventually the plane cooled some once we were airborne but stayed too warm. It got very hot once again when we landed."

This is the second time in 2 months that I watched the boarding go from Take Off at 4:40, nope 4:50, nope, 5:00, no, 5:30, no, 5:45, and finally 5:54. The first time it happened, I had to catch a connecting flight and my 2-hour layover became a race to the gate. I have an artificial hip and am 67 years old. I don't race. What I did like? Masterful crew that managed to calm a screaming child in seconds after he'd been screaming in the terminal for 20 minutes while waiting for the plane to board. He was overtired (as I imagine his parents were!) and the problem was sorted in a blink! Impressive!
Their business class on this Airbus flight was just Economy seats with the middle seat blocked off with a fixed table. No extra space at all. Food was ok but not worth the extra expense imo.
Am boarding pass hiess es Security wird am Terminal 1 in Wien sein. Leider bin ich den ganzen Weg hingegangen um nachher zu realisieren, dass es dich Terminal 3 war.
Die neue Business Class von BA ist sehr gut!
Die neue Business Class auf Langstrecke ist Klasse! Also die Kabine. Service wie immer sehr unterschiedlich. Board Bar (Self Service) war nach einer Stunde leer. Verpflegung war furchtbar! Es gibt keine deutschen Filme mehr :-(
There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!

Endlich in München, warten auf den Minnikoffer.... keine Informationen..... von den Angestellten des Flughafens an den für Koffer zuständigen BA Schalter verwiesen. Dort sprach man angeblich kein deutsch, in München am Schalter. In englisch war man dann nicht zuständig, der Schalter über dem stand abhandene Koffer.... Als ich deutlich meinen Unmut geäußert habe, wurde ich beleidigt. Nach einer halben Stunde endlich, kamen alle Koffer des London /München Fluges an. Auch mein gezwungenermaßen eingechecktes Handgepäck. Ich fand es schon während des Fluges nicht zeitgemäß alle Ansagen ausschließlich auf englisch zu machen. Es war ja ein innereuropäischer Flug, da möchte man meinen, die Sprache des Zielortes wird miteinbezogen."
