Delayed because one of the bathroom doors wasn't working, 30 min later still wasn't fixed and ultimately they decided to go without it."

I tried to explain that I had no control over the situation. It fell on deaf ears. I was so upset and frustrated that I could barely speak. My miles are now lost as the entire round trip ticket was cancelled and I have no way to regain all those miles that I wasted. It was the first time Delta did not come through for me and I must say, it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I couldn't believe that there isn't some provision (there is if I had paid for my ticket) and have lost all those miles that I use to fly Delta. So much for customer service."

Negativ: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Negativ: "Its been a week. My trip has ended. I still do not have my bags. Terrible customer service."

Negativ: "fragte man sich leider auf diesem Flug. Keine Monitore mit den Infos zum Flug (wo sind wir, wie lange dauert es noch, etc...) Kannte ich so noch nicht. Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Negativ: "Didn't happen. My first leg to Athens was canceled which created a humongous headache since it ended up canceling my return flights. Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

Negativ: "Upon landing, we made it through customs. Each step of the way when our tickets were scanned, we we told our flight had already departed... Even though we had a 4 hour layover. Even the boards showed the 8:55 pmflight had already departed.... At 5pm. Finally made it to customer service and they gave us the gate number and confirmed the flight didn't leave until 8:55. Then the flight got delayed 20 minutes. No problem, but after boarding we sat in the cramped and poorly cushioned seats for 45 minutes before takeoff because the plane needed servicing. Air jets would not turn off and my husband, who had a window seat, was freezing due to cold air constantly blowing around his feet. When we got off the plane he could barely feel his feet."

Positiv: "New plane in the excellent condition. Leg room in economy not bad. Crew friendly and efficient. Boarding worked well."
Negativ: "The main meal was pretty dreadful. Grilled chicken with what I think was mashed potato, but it was difficult to be sure. Watery and tasteless. Accompanied bizarrely by a tomato sauce (which did taste of something). Hard to identify the ethnicity."

Positiv: "Alles gut, wie erwartet. Cool, dass Internet im Angebot war."
Negativ: "Klar, die Flieger werden immer enger... aber für die Umwelt ist es schon besser, wenn dafür weniger Flieger starten also beklage ich mich auch nicht so sehr drüber. Am Besten wäre es, wenn es mehr Züge gäbe für solche kurze Strecken."

Positiv: "My wife had injured her knee before our trip and was having difficulty walking. Air Canada provided wheelchair assistance every part of our airport transfers between Atlanta and Japan. Thanks so much !"

Negativ: "I thought I was getting a good deal compared to other airlines but was shocked later to learn I had to pay extra to reserve a seat. When this was added it actually cost more. No entertainment for an 8 hour international flight! Really? Only one checked bag for an international flight. I’ve experienced much better on other airlines."

Positiv: "Getting off the plane!"
Negativ: "They delayed the flight by almost 2 hours. Tried to make me check a carry on bag when the plane wasn't even at 50% capacity and one of the representatives was rude about it. Despite having a delayed flight and not many people on the plane, they still lost one of my bags. They also lied to me about taking care of my other friends who were coming from the same connecting flight as me but was hung up in customs. My friends were traveling with small children but were denied entry to the gate because they were a little behind. I could keep going but never again on Air Canada!!!! Never!!!"

Positiv: "Das Boarding und die Durchführung waren super. Das Personal sprach Französisch. Nicht alles wurde auf Englisch wiederholt. Getränke wurden NUR EIN MAL angeboten. Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Positiv: "One of the most spacious flight experiences I've ever had, enough room to stretch out for my 6 foot self. My checked luggage arrived safe and sound when I landed in Vancouver."
Negativ: "On my 5 hour flight from Toronto the air Canada rouge website wouldn't work on my laptop despite troubleshooting many times. I was connected to the wifi... but didn't gain access to the website. I would've liked to eat on the plane but having to pay $7+ for a sandwich alone isn't something I'm interested in. It would be nice to at least get a free snack while flying across Canada. Oh well, I guess I'll starve."

Negativ: "Half hr late"

Negativ: "Terrible experience. I bought 2 tickets for my parents from New York to Shanghai a month ago. But on the day of flight, Air Canada refused their boarding, stating that they did not have Canada visas, the fight would transfer in Montreal which needs Canada visa. I had never heard about it and it was never mentioned when I booking the tickets. I called the first customer service who was rude and not helpful. Finally, I found out that my parents had to transfer to Toronto, which does not need a visa. But in order to make the change, I had to pay Air Canada extra $1180, which were more expensive than the tickets self. At that time, I had no other choice. I am really upset. I want to warm all Chinese who don't have green card or Canada visa that do not buy tickets from Air Canada. Their customer service told me that they did not have the obligation to list this kind of information on their website. So if you choose Air Canada, you lose your money and deal with all the hassles by yourself. I will never use Air Canada in my whole life again."

Negativ: "On the way to Barcelona, We didn't have access to any online media during the flight because their wifi wasn't working properly and we couldn't download the app. On the return, we downloaded the app prior to boarding but the app failed to work properly!"

Positiv: "I prefer to fly Air Canada over the other airlines that fly between New York and Toronto because of the comfort and cleanliness in the aircraft and pleasant service."

Positiv: "The plane was comfortable, the boarding easy, the flight pleasant, good views."
Negativ: "Plane employees did not explain what the declaration card was meant to serve. I left mine on the plane by mistake, partly due to complete ignorance of its purpose. Please either put the purpose on the card or have your flight staff explain what passengers will need the card for, once they get to the next inspection point. Don 't take this for granted!! The long walk from the point of deplaning to the center of Pearson Airport was unexpected."

Positiv: "Not anyone's fault --- delayed due to Fog. Then on rout to Ottawa when they started selling food, they ran out of the main breakfast meals and or cheese plates by isle 19."

Positiv: "Air Canada is definitely good quality for the price! The crew is great and the overall comfort of their flights is great."
Negativ: "The long-haul transcontinental flights haven't been upgraded with wifi just yet, so a 12 hour business flight without internet. Also, it was hard to know how to upgrade my seat on the return flight; I would have paid for it but couldn't figure out how to upgrade when checking in."

Negativ: "Rouge legroom has gotten to the point of being dismal. The seats are thin and uncomfortable - don't even try reclining though, or you'll be in the face of the person behind you. I buy flight passes which are good on Air Canada as well but Air Canada has taken away all the non- Rouge flights and I am left with no choice. On a 5pm flight out of Toronto, all the hot food choices were gone by the time they were 8 rows into food and beverage service. I'm seriously thinking of moving my loyalty status to West Jet. If only they had flight passes."

Negativ: "Our return flight was delayed due to maintenance issues and then cancelled after 2 hours of waiting. We got re-scheduled for a flight due to leave 5 hours from when the flight was cancelled. We stood in line to get on an earlier flight (there were 3 earlier flights) and got wait listed on one. Thankfully, we got on that flight however, we were in the airport for 8 hours from 8am to 4pm for a 1 1/2 hr flight. Our original flight was supposed to leave around 10am. No flight re-imbursement was issued to us, and we only received lunch vouchers after we asked for them."

Negativ: "We never got on this flight because we were delayed due to an emergency landing. Couldn't get anyone to help us get home sooner than 24 after when we were originally scheduled to be home in Nashville."

Positiv: "The movie selection was very good."
Negativ: "The seats were so close to together that whenever the person behind me moved, I got hit in the back. Anything that was dropped on the floor was hard to get since they were so close together which also made it hard to get in and out of the seats. The main meal was fine, but the second meal was mediocre."

Negativ: "Flight left gate on time then had a power failure. Pilot said can't fly the plane without power. Had to pull in, reboot all computers (and add fuel????). It doesn't really make any sense. Also does not inspire confidence in the plane. Only thing I can think of is they weren't done fueling and pushed back to protect their "on time" stats. If true, that's lame."

Negativ: "We left late in a plane with little air, got to Nashville and had to sit for an hour on the runway in a hot plane due to hate not ready. Clearly not staffed properly as there were multiple open gates in plain sight."

Negativ: "Flight was delayed for 45 mins. The Toronto Airport Terminal B was hellascious. No AC. Then we had to turn around after we were half way to Nashville and change planes. Not a good way to end a great trip back from Europe."

Positiv: "Boarding a 10 hours flight without any form of entertainment is not fun. All the could manage was rent out iPad for cost of 10 dollars for to watch installed video. They also screwed up my itinerary without informing me"

Negativ: "the flight was delayed for an hour in a terminal where 4 other flights were scheduled to take off at the same time. the flight was delayed for an hour, and then I sat in the plane for another hour. The staff in the airport were super rude and didn't seem like they cared at all. There was nothing express about this flight."

Negativ: "Staff was a bit rude in at check in to get onboard as I was one of the last passengers to board the plane."

Negativ: "I was put in overbooking, and was concerned about not being able to get on the flight. Everything worked out fine in the end, but still did not appreciate this. Given the risk of not being able to board, I will likely not use this airline in the future."

When I said to my friend as she was running toward the gate that we didn't hear the announcements. The gate agent told me I was the only one because all the other passengers did. I told him that wasn't true. He would not look at me and repeated to go down the jet way or I would miss the flight. Meanwhile more passengers were running for the gate. The message board message displayed "preboarding". I was sitting in the gate area for 40 minutes."

Negativ: "We had confirmed reservations to go visit my daughter and son in law in Nashville. We had purchased tickets to see a concert in Nashville. We missed the concert and a full day of planned activities. We were bumped off the flight although we had confirmed reservations. So we decided to drive and incurred hotel charges. We will be driving back home and will incur hotel charges on the way home. We had to pay for gas and wear and tear on our car. This has been an awful experience."
