The check in process at Hyderabad airport is ready slow and need immediate attention to correct it. It took 1 hour 40 minutes for me to complete this process.

Manila to Dubai business class aircraft is too tight. Tv remote not directly connected. Difficult to maneuver from the seat. Need to go to screen to tap. Was looking for the health kit given everytime we take business class to Europe but no longer there. Food at lounge was mediocre. Crew was friendly and helpful. Flight was smooth.

Qantas and Emirates flights were awesome, the timing of dimming lights to encourage sleep was great and the food service and timings were perfect. bathrooms were clean and enough legroom in economy

Die First Class von Emirates ist sagenhaft. Kann ich nur schwerstens weiterempfehlen. Die Kabinen, Toiletten/Duschen, das Personal, Essen und Onboard-Unterhaltung wird man nur schwer toppen können.

Food: Chicken with peppers average, no good taste Drinks: had to broken cups, one on the top (changed that), one at the bottom with a hole in it. Red wine spilled all over my trousers and pullover. Shit happens, but (a) what about the quality of the goods and (b) how does the crew handle this? Crew/Service: Generally friendly, but the guy who served the red wine had no clue how to handle this: 1. Red wine on cloth is bad to clean 2. After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Positiv: "This was AA flying for Quantas and it was all very nice; the taste of the food left something to be desired, but it was all decent portions and we were fed three times. The staff was terribly accommodating and friendly. The entertainment was top notch! The flight was smooth and was as comfortable as a 12 hour flight can be. After the hellish experience I had at both O'hare and LAX, it was a lovely way to end/begin the trip."

Positiv: "I have a nut allergy and there are no nut free meal options to select prior to my flight. Worse still the attendants didn't bother to check the meal ingredients, something that was offered to me by the budget airline Fly Dubai."
Negativ: "The reason for an OK overall is that I left a personal item on the flight. I contacted the airline an hour after my flight landed and they showed no urgency to recover my item that had a lot of value to me. If they could have pages the cleaning crew on the ground, I'm sure I would have recovered my notebook. Instead they told me to check 4 hours later. When i did check 4 hours later, they told me to check in 2-3 days. When i checked in 2-3 days they asked if I filed a report. Which I wanted to on the same day but was told not needed. Very disappointing ground services."

Overall, not a good experience as I hoped it would be."

Positiv: "Cheap but much better than the Southern China airlines trip we took a couple of years ago. Airbus entertainment system worked, meals were hot, tea and beer flowed freely, seats were packed but not as tightly, restrooms stayed clean. Sit on the right side to enjoy views of Alaska and Japan coastlines and twilight fishing vessels."

It’s a basic flight now bells and whistles

Essen war nicht so doll, das Sandwich zum Frühstück war schon fast eklig. Service war gut und man hat uns mit unser 1 jährigen Tochter auch umgesetzt, wo 3 Sitze nebeneinander frei waren

A pre historical 747-400 in which the entertainment systems were not working. Service is what all India leg of flight of all foreign aircraft. Hopefully, TATA will turn around Air India soon. After paying the airfare needn’t be treated as second class citizen.

Boarding für business class war etwas chaotisch. Flugbetreuung war sehr gut. DB als Zubringer war eine Katastrophe.

Leider gibt es heute für unsere Business Class Gäste nichts zu essen! Die Stewardessen schämten sich, die Eco feixte!

Das Essen war für eine Businessclass und einen mehr als 2 stündigen Flug eine echte Zumutung. Kalte und geschmacklose Vorspeise."
