Eine Ablage im Mittelgang ging nicht mehr zu während des Fluges. Eine Stewardes hat dann mittels eines Schraubenziehers diverse Befestigungen nachjustiert, danach ging die Ablage wieder zu. Meine Frau hatte einen Rollstuhl für Heathrow bestellt, welcher bei der Ankunft nicht da war. Angeblich musste die Maschine ausserplanmässig an einem anderen Ort andocken. Das Handgepäck wird anscheinend nicht richtig geprüft beim Check-In. Mehrere Leute hatten so schwere Koffer dabei, dass sie 2 Leute brauchten um diese in die Ablage zu wuchten. Das Video-Angebot ist sehr dürftig und auch speziell für Deutsche Sprache kaum vorhanden. Auch die Screens sind absolut nicht mehr der technischen Möglichkeiten der Zeit entsprechen."

They didn’t bother to check and announce the gate of major connection flights like some other airlines would do. Dort sprach man angeblich kein deutsch, in München am Schalter. In englisch war man dann nicht zuständig, der Schalter über dem stand abhandene Koffer.... Als ich deutlich meinen Unmut geäußert habe, wurde ich beleidigt. Nach einer halben Stunde endlich, kamen alle Koffer des London /München Fluges an. Auch mein gezwungenermaßen eingechecktes Handgepäck. Ich fand es schon während des Fluges nicht zeitgemäß alle Ansagen ausschließlich auf englisch zu machen. Es war ja ein innereuropäischer Flug, da möchte man meinen, die Sprache des Zielortes wird miteinbezogen."

Negativ: "it is ridiculous that i should have to pay 75 euro for my first bag. additionally, BA doesn't even give you free refreshments anymore!!!! When every other airline does better than BA on these fronts, why would I ever fly with them again?"

Die Sitze funktionierten zum Teil nicht mehr einwandfrei und die Unterhaltungselektronik war nicht mehr up to Date. Hier muss BA sicherlich bald Ersatzinvestitionen tätigen um gegenüber anderen Fluglinien nicht ins Hintertreffen zu geraten"

I would go back to flying west jet. They had the same size planes and way more comfortable seats."

Negativ: "1) For a four hour flight it's sad that we were not even offered a snack we didn't have to purchase. After being delayed for more than 2 hours many of the passengers were hungry by the time we boarded. 2) The flight attendant passed my row without offering me a drink and when I asked I was given room temperature apple juice and not given any ice."

Negativ: "Not the airline's fault but our flight got cancelled once we were already in the take off track due to bad weather in NYC (heavy rain!!!???) Having gone through US customs and the long way of security and check in and all. We were carrying 7 big bags as we were moving into the US and handling those many bags was a nightmare, we had to do it two days in a row!!! I lost a night booked in a hotel in NYC as I didn't know if we were getting a later flight until just too late to cancel. Very confusing to get to the right place to rebook, even Air Canada employees seemed confused. Rebooking agent took ages. We had paid for preference seats and finally we got terrible last row seats in the rebooked flight. We haven't been refunded since!! Delays and more delays on the rebooked flight again."

Positiv: "Boarding by zones worked efficiently and boarding was quite smooth. Flight was smooth as well."
Negativ: "First time flying this airline and I was surprised to see TVs on the plane though they had a smaller selection than other airlines. They made an announcement at the gate before boarding that anyone with a US passport had to complete an info card. I feel that was an inefficient way to collect that information as people who arrived after the announcement did not complete it. The card seemed a bit pointless."

Positiv: "The flight was comfortable, the food was good and the in flight entertainment options offered a good variety of recent releases."
Negativ: "It was late. Again. Each of my Air Canada flights have been late and boarding was a mess."

Positiv: "In flight entertainment was enjoyable was able to stream music and shows on my phone which helped the time fly by. Comfortable flight relatively smooth and comfy seats."
Negativ: "Having to pay extra for a blanket or pillow? That's something I've never heard of. Crew was inattentive as I asked for someone to come by and collect my trash but no one ever came."

Negativ: "I was put in overbooking, and was concerned about not being able to get on the flight. Everything worked out fine in the end, but still did not appreciate this. Given the risk of not being able to board, I will likely not use this airline in the future."
