Am Online bagage drop off äußerst zurückhaltender Service. Der elektronisch gebuchte Sitzplatz wurde nicht auf der jetzt ausgestellten Bordkarte übernommen, sondern ein willkürlicher, weit entfernter Platz. Die Dame am Schalter konnte auch keine nebeneinander liegenden Plätze für mich und meine Frau buchen. Das sollten wir mit den Passagieren ausmachen, die würden vielleicht tauschen. Und ein Blick auf den Sitzplan, das ist leider verboten. Bei so einer Kundenorientierung kommt die Lufthansa üblen Billigfliegern gleich. Vielleicht sind dort die Flightattendents jedoch weniger hochnäsig."

Negativ: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

Negativ: "LATAM is an absolutely horrible airline with horrible customer service. They changed the itinerary more than 3 times. I contacted KAYAK to help and you (KAYAK) did not help stating "that is the Airline's fault". This may be true. But if you are going to take my money for the tickets, please also take the time to address my concerns and solve the problems created by the company that you work with."

Negativ: "There was no one at the ticket kiosk located by TSA and no sign that said they would be back or to go to another booth. After waiting 10 minutes I️ went upstairs and found a chaotic mass of people checking in at the actual open kiosk. The check in process was not clearly defined and even after spending 30 minutes checking a bag I️ still had to care my checked bag down to another TSA check line. In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."

Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Positiv: "These were all LH code shares with Air Canada. Checkin and boarding at CDG 2A is the best you can do there. Only a short walk from checkin thru immigration and security to the gate. Also Air Canada checked my bag to HNL. There were US immigration and customs, small scale and quick, in Vancouver but no requirement for baggage inspection unlike awful LAX. For future trips between HNL and Europe, I am flying Air Canada via Canada."

Negativ: "Poor Customer service! My baggage arrived later on the same day I had arrived..., but I didnlt get it till 2 days later. There were or apology or announcement about the reason of my flight delay (2 hrs). I was told by a customer rep on the phone a few days before ny flight that I didn't need eTA to transit, but I needed it! I had to obtain it at the airport counter on the day of my flight.. I was very close to miss my flight.... Due to the delay, many customers missed connection flights, but there was no clear guidance to where to take care of the matter... I was ery disappointed.."

Negativ: "We had a 5 hour delayed flight. We received no notification that our flight would be delayed so we were stuck waiting on the airport for 5 hours, which forced us to cancel evening plans with friends that night because the flight landed in Vancouver at 3am the next morning and we didn't get to our Airbnb until around 4-5am. The crew seemed disorganized."

Negativ: "To begin, our flight was delayed an hour into Toronto. We asked the flight attendant about our connecting flight and they said they would find an answer. It ended up that we landed just as the flight was scheduled to leave. Why they could delay pur flight but would not hold another flight by 20 minutes is very questionable. Then we got to customer service, the rep told us that we could only get on the next flight going out tomorrow at the same time which meant 24 hours lost. Of our vacation- which hotels already booked and tours already booked. When I asked if there was anyway we could get in earlier the service person told me "I should be grateful because some people have had to wait multiple days to get to their destinations." When we finally did board the flight the next day we were not served any food, no snacks, and no drink for the entire overnight flight."

Negativ: "There were no TVs or Audio Jacks for entertainment for such a long flight. They did have an iPad available for a cost."

Negativ: "The temperature fluctuated like crazy. Upon entering it was fire hot. Then became ice cold then fire hot again. It felt like there was something wrong with the plane. The plane also lqasnt cleaned before we boarded. It just landed with another flight then we boarded."

Negativ: "Hour late departure. Old people travel to Sarasota, AC should consider that in boarding."

Positiv: "The plane was comfortable, both flights each way were on time and the crew was very friendly and accommodating."

Negativ: "Our connecting flight from Toronto to Thunder Bay was cancelled. AC put us in a hotel for the night. Thanks for the $15 dinner voucher. Almost paid for the salad. Then we had to get up at 530am to get the 6am hotel shuttle in order to get back to airport for our 8am flight. They seem to always cancel the 9pm flight from Thunder Bay to Toronto because not full enough. And the last flight is over sold so we have to stay the night in Toronto. Then don't offer the 9pm flight. Passengers have other commitments in their life's. We don't need AC to just hold us over for the night because one of their flights is have empty."

We had long layover on return flight in Toronto and airport and Air Canada personnel were not very helpful or accommodating. When we asked for a suggestion on where we could go in the airport to kill several hours (eating, drinking, watching TV), were were told by many that the airport is bad and we're given conflicting or poor answers. Intimately the advice given put us having to go thru security and Custims again (even though we already had) and that process was extremely disorganized and time consuming."

Negativ: "#1 Boarding was total mayhem. Why do airlines insist on boarding the plane from front to back? Wouldn't it make sense to start at the back and work your way forward? People are NOT able/aware that they need to get out of the wispy and it creates a bottleneck. If the BACK becomes 'zone 1' and you progress forward, boarding passengers are out of the way and boarding can progress smoothly! Worth a try? #2 cart blocked the aisle for 90% of the flight and it was impossible to get to the bathroom. An elderly gentleman had gotten up before service began, and he was stuck out of his seat for close to 45 minutes as the flight attendants wouldn't back up to let him pass. Perhaps the timing of this could be adjusted in the future."

(she was miserable). then she printed our a boarding pass without seat assignment. we then had to go to gate agent who told us we had to wait a couple of minutes. we returned to the gate agent who again said we had to wait .(she was miserable too!!) all the while, for 2 days, we thought of that poor man assaulted on the united flight as they forced him out of his seat and off the plane. was this going to happen to us??? we sat and watched many many crew members board, crew that did not work on the flight. finally we were given out boarding pass with a seat assignment . HATE UNITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
