All was well on this flight.

I love that they have a lot of selection of movies and different channels. More snacks selection

2hr delay. Other airlines were all flying out on time so maybe it was staff shortage? When we eventually took off, we went from Cancun to JFK in 3 hours. Fast once in the air.

Flight attendants are so overworked so when I see the their frowning faces barking orders at us I just try to be sympathetic but really, the days of happy flying seem gone.

Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process."

Essen war nicht so doll, das Sandwich zum Frühstück war schon fast eklig. Service war gut und man hat uns mit unser 1 jährigen Tochter auch umgesetzt, wo 3 Sitze nebeneinander frei waren

There was no flight!! This flight was non-existent and I had no cancellation info or change provided for me. I had to scramble to take trains to the next city to make my international flight.

First, when we arrived at the Jacksonville airport they told us our flight was canceled and that we need to pay over $500 more per person to put us on the other flight!!!! Scammers

Very short layover, made worse by flight from Barcelona parking on the tarmac and long distance to the gate. No consideration made for elderly passengers having to find gate and walking the long distance. Arriving at the gate , huge crowd of passengers going through one turnstile. There should have been a separate gate for people with higher boarding priorities.

The crew was good to me but I could see one short hair air hostesses was very rude to a fellow passenger. She behaved very condescending towards him and I could see at one point he even got upset saying that she cannot treat him like this. It was uncomfortable to watch that. The business class seat was uncomfortable. Please make sure atleast the business class is better in condition. Thanks

Auf die Frage in der Business Class, ob es ein bisschen wärmer gemacht werden könnte, da es von unten kalt zieht, nur die lapidare Antwort, das käme wahrscheinlich von der Aussentür und die Temperatur wurde nicht höher gestellt. Also ein Flugzeug, wo es durch die Tür zieht. Na, ja, schlimmer geht's eigentlich kaum noch.

Like: The flight attendants Do better: be on time. You informed us of a 25 minute delay…..that turned into over an our….probable cause - under staffed baggage handling to load the plane. In Newark we waited in excess of 30 minutes to see our luggage so we could transfer to our next domestic connection. Result - missed connection. Probable cause - under staffed or poorly functioning baggage handling.

Für einen Linienflug ok. Hygiene voll in Ordnung. Alles in Allem schon ganz gut.

I like everything

Horrendous experience from start, and still waiting for the only checked bag that despite of six hours of layover in Miami was never transferred to the right plane to JAX. Attempt to change flights or seats were hindered by kayak lack of service and call center run around. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE KAYAK OR AMERICAN AIRLINES!!!!

Head flight attendant was wonderful.

Flight was fine. Crew was very efficient. Problem was that we had to take this flight as we had to lay over a night in Dallas due to mechanical delays. We had first class tickets from the delayed flight and got put in the very last row of the replacement flight. Still don’t know what reimbursement we’ll be getting.

No drinks or snacks. Otherwise good flight.

During the flight there wasn't much turbulence so that's a plus for me, the snack was pretty good, the attention and amability from the flight crew was incredible.

Negativ: "Missed my connection due to excessive delay at Heathrow"
Positiv: "I didn’t like the crew on board .. everyone else was good, there was a flight attendant on my flight very rude, I asked if it was possible to get an additional snack, and she looked at me, she told me something that I didn’t understand , she placed an extra snack on my tray.. then she picked it up and took it away from me … that was extremely rude .. I am a 71 years old woman and I was never treated the way the attendant treated me"
Negativ: "You need to provide a better customer service to your passengers, you need to train them and evaluate them to treat passengers with respect, if they have a job it is because we people use your airline not the other way around"
Negativ: "Someone stole flight attendants wallet, the plane was fairly empty but they still crammed us in the back. Had to wait for police to board plane to find out who stole wallet."
Positiv: "One member of the crew who focused on the back of the plane was pleasant and kind during a one hour delay on the tarmac."
Negativ: "One member of the crew who focused on first class passengers complained about having to pick up trash, having to stay in Birmingham, and was just unpleasant. The AA system was down in Charlotte which effected everything. The attendant at the gate was very, very short with several passengers. There was not enough AA ground crew at our destination to allow us to embark. They couldn’t move the jetway and unload bags at the same time so we just had to sit there for 30 minutes. At 12:30am."

Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

Negativ: "7pm flight, received flight delayed notification at 11am that day. How do you anticipate a delay 8 hours prior to a flight. Delay allowed me about 10 minutes to sprint through the lovely Charlotte airport. To finish off my trip, American Airlines manages to misplace my carry on that was required to be tagged and stowed. I handed it to the individual right outside the plane to be stowed. How does the bag not get in the same plane?!?"

Negativ: "There was no one at the ticket kiosk located by TSA and no sign that said they would be back or to go to another booth. After waiting 10 minutes I️ went upstairs and found a chaotic mass of people checking in at the actual open kiosk. The check in process was not clearly defined and even after spending 30 minutes checking a bag I️ still had to care my checked bag down to another TSA check line. In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."
