When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.

Better food more confortable seats.

Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

Negativ: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

The round trip cost beat other airlines hands down, and it was a direct flight, and the flight times allowed me to get picked up to/from the airport(s) with ease. Little did I know that it was "low cost" because they nickel and dimes you for everything else."
Negativ: "I found out that to take luggage, buy a meal and reserve a seat, one way, was $45 for each thing. That would total $270 above the base fare of the ticket, which puts the ticket cost back with the rest of the options. I did not order food, since I usually don't eat much on the flight, but they would not even give me seltzer water because that was for people who ordered meals. Once on the flight, you had to pay for a blanket and headsets! it was a trans-atlantic nonstop flight! These things were not clearly identified before flying. I think that if the company was more transparent, I would have made other decisions. the stewardesses were alright. nothing special. I did feel in general that I was treated a little less than human. The whole lack of a meager snack and beverages...plus no blanket was a little odd. One woman was allowed to carry her dog in her lap the whole time, and they treated the dog really well. I guess there are always discrepancies in life, but that one irked me. That being what it is, the flight was on time, and my luggage arrived on time and in tact. Its all already in the past, which it would have been had I paid twice as much for the flight. But I paid half as much. So that is a win! Not sure if I would fly Norwegian again."
