Delayed

This crew could have made an effort to deliver the passengers to the Vienna on time or to delay departures of the plains that the passengers were connecting to. There is no excuse for what they did to us.

Barely let my wife and 2 children in. The check in lady said you have to arrive 4-5 hours before flight depature and almost did not let them fly. Thankfully another attendant helped out.

Eine Whiskey Sorte war nur für ein Glas vorhanden und war bei einem rund neunstündigen Flug binnen 15 Minuten vergeben. Äußerst ärgerlich, wenn die gebotenen Alternativen keine sind."

Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."

Customer service at our arrival gate was extremely slow. Baggage claim closed before my daughter’s luggage was released and it was lost until the next day. Our connecting flight was booked incorrectly do we had to spend the night in Frankfurt. Our 13 hour flight took 29 hours. The food was awful."

As I gave up, I was also informed there was no more room in the overhead bins, so not only did I end up sitting in the middle (which I loathe), but also with my carry-on under my feet. I’ve always been a fan of Lufthansa, but I’m a little disappointed this time around."

Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past

Very cramped flight, overhead bins were all completely filled, and passengers had to fly with bags by their feet which was not very comfortable for me personally.

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

Negativ: "Flight was delayed about an hour! I felt like a simple apology about us being held up wasn’t enough. They could have offered all passengers at least a free beverage. Does customer service exists anywhere anymore?"
Negativ: "The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."

Everything stated above is a reflection of leadership not taking ownership."
Negativ: "The terminal was vary fare, no one to ask you supposed to keep some body at main terminal to guides us where to , I should say every body suffered today"

Positiv: "For a trip lasting less than 2 hours, an agent told me a small personal bag was allowed. After waiting on a huge line to board my plane, turns out I had to shove my bag into my carry on luggage because I was misguided by the EasyJet agent entirely. Awful service in comparison to line lengths and rules, idiotic overlook by staff and generally subpar airline service."
Negativ: "Staff agent said a tiny carry on purse was allowed (mine was so small that it could’ve easily slipped into the pocket of the back of the seat in front of me). When I was ready to board I was rushed to stuff my bag in my carry on despite being told previously it was allowed. Also an incident where another passengers water bottle spilled onto my carry on (no doubtedly) because he was forced to stuff the tiniest of all things into his carry luggage) was handled very poorly by staff, with annoyance that we brought it to attention."

We boarded a bus to the plane which was also dreadful. We were in very last row. The only positive was that the flight was short!"

EasyJet flight was cancelled from Paris to Nice incurring and additional 417 euro flight with Air France and 250 euro TAXI from Toulon to nice. Absolute absurdity as there were no other flights to Nice for 2 days. Easy jet then OVERBOOKED me from Nice to Paris. I had to fly Air France AGAIN, an additional 380 euro and I missed my connecting flight from Paris to jfk costing me an additional $800USD. How is this even allowed? WORST company to have ever existed, they must go out of business, contacting BBB and getting the word out on this disgusting company."

Nie wieder EASYJET Werde jedem abraten."

Negativ: "My wife and I were traveling to Paris for our Honeymoon. Due to traffic, an accident, and a flat tire, it took us 3 hours to get to the Airport, even though it was a 1 hour ride. We were not allowed to check our luggage on to the plane because we were 1 minute late. Our flight was scheduled for 18:00 and the cut off for the luggage check was at 17:20. The EasyJet employees were very rude telling us we were late, despite the fact that there were people checking their bags on to that flight as we spoke. We will never again use EasyJet. Completely ruined our Honeymoon."
