A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. The flight from Rome to Ams was delayed. The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

They didn’t enforce the Canadian government laws on face mask requirements for flights to Canada (applies to domestic and foreign or international airlines).

Wish they could board by zones in Punta Cana. Priority Boarding is not recognized. Almost a free for all. Not really Air Canada’s fault.

Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

It would speed up onboarding and off loading and would not create the danger of suitcases falling on people's heads when they are put in the overhead bins."

Positiv: "Flight from Windsor to Toronto wa good. The connecting flight was cancelled and the next flights was over booked so we had to over night in Toronto. Then get up at 530 to get the 6am hotel shuttle in order to get back to airport for our 8am flight. They seem to always cancel the 9pm flight from Thunder Bay to Toronto because not full enough."

Negativ: "This is not an Air Canada flight, is a Rouge flight, meaning there is no service, no screens, not even blankets on board. I didn't know that until after confirming my reservation, and it makes all the difference. For a low cost flight, the service is ok, but it shouldn't be advertised as Air Canada at all."

And it was hard to hear which zone they were boarding since the passengers were so noisy. there should've been lanes for the different zones so they could usher us all in orderly. It was a chaotic mess without lanes. There was no entertainment if you didn't download their app onto your electronic device. No snacks were offered either. I didn't pay for a meal but it would've been nice to have some pretzels or something like that. The controls for the lights, and attendant call button were on the hand rest. It was very uncomfortable since it was a raised section, and more than once I turned on the light without meaning to do so. I won't fly Air Canada Rouge ever again, if I can help it."
