They wouldn’t let me board because Japan changed their entry policies and I did not get notified. Had to wait another day, pay rebooking fees and miss my family that I haven’t seen in 4 months. TERRIBLE!!

Super Crew / Great Entertainment System

24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.

Problems with the in-flight wi-fi (none) and the flight info (none). However, movies worked fine and the selection is exceptional.

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

Delayed by 30 min at departure and then delayed in the air from landing for almost an hour

If there is an exit row seat available after the cabin door closes, the flight attendant should not have a problem when I request it. But, her answer was, you need to arrange that with the gate agent. Duh, the door is closed.

WiFi didn’t work. But they let me pay for it, $50, before the pilot reported the WiFi had to be rebooted. I planned to do computer work on the flight and this put me behind so I’ll be doing work tomorrow while also supporting my son in surgery at the hospital. I will not be flying United again for awhile even if they advertise cheaper flights with similar amenities.

The in-flight entertainment console was broken and was unusable during the flight. It would work for 5 minutes then glitch and the screen would flash until you stowed it away and waited 10 minutes to try again."

Lastly, I was disappointed with the i flight paid wifi service where other carriers offer free 1hr service and/or inflight movie on your personal device."
