Gut gelegenes Hotel, um die ikonischen Suiten der kanadischen Rocky Mountain zu sehen
Praktische Lage, freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal.
Great experience and location
Nicely maintained hotel with clean rooms , good WiFi, nice pool and 3 whirlpools, and beautiful lobby and outdoor seating area. Convenient location and can walk to visitor center and stores and Best value dinner and good food at the Bill Pecos restaurant at the hostel across the street. Our family loved it and ate there twice
Beds were a bit too firm for our liking and no free breakfast but we had a mini fridge and got bagels from the grocery. Be aware that food prices are quite high in Lake Louise. Rooms were really expensive for the value but nothing comparable was available
Book well in advance and ask for up to date accomm
Newer rooms were beautiful. Close to the skiing at Lake Louise. Albeit disappointed with the room, management did eventually offer us a discount similar to that of the rest of our ski club.
If you book late, you'll end up paying through the nose for smaller, dated rooms. Literally end up paying a 5 star rate for 1star room. If you book early enough and know the hotel, you will pay a 3 star rate for a 5 star room. The older rooms are in great need of updating. Literally, repeat clients get the better rooms for less while one time clients pay more for dilapidated rooms. I don't think management gets this or cares. Albeit the hotel.was full, at least when we were there, people.that stayed in our area were dissatisfied. Better rooms were less money, up to date, spacious, new appliances, working fireplaces, granite countertops, quiet heating systems, drawers for clothes, space for toiletries, new mattresses. older rooms were more expensive, dated and dilapidated; peeling wallpaper, cracked tiles. Smaller.rooms, lower ceilings, old appliances, broken fireplaces, 80's vintage counters, heating system, if it worked, sounded like a jet plane taking off, lived out of suitcases, toiletries on toilet, cheap, dated furniture....
We look forward to staying here again, but I'll br
Great location! We had a wonderful view of the mountains from our room. Loved the overall feel and design of the inn. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable.
The only thing we didn't like was that our bed only had a thin sheet on top. There was no blanket or comforter. It would have been A LOT more comfortable if there was one.
One night stay with a free upgrade to a condo loft
I stayed here one night over a long weekend and really enjoyed my stay. Mainly, it was because they gave us a free upgrade from a 2 queen bed room to a condo loft, which had three singles, two queens and a queen-sized Murphy bed, along with a living room and kitchen. My parents were thrilled with the unexpected amount of space, so I must give props to the front desk for the upgrade, especially since now they have more space they need to clean up. The pool and hot tub were indoors and were under high ceilings. We didn't have breakfast here, but there was a dining option that looked cozy. Front desk reception was very friendly and helpful. Location of the lodging is pretty central to the Lake Louise Village/visitor's center.
The bathroom grout could use some cleaning to look more pristine
The location was good - close to Lake Louise Village
The room was very dark and not especially clean. The bathroom was in need of renovation and none of the plug sockets in the room worked. Overall it seemed a high price for poor quality. I would not return or recommend.
Convenient Location for Decent Price
As a younger and price sensitive group of friends, we were very happy with the location and cost. Really close to lake Louise proper, Moraine Lake, and walking distance from a small center with about 15 shops. ~45 minutes north of Banff, and ~2.75 hours south of Jasper.
We enjoyed every minute of our trip can't say anything bad about this whole experience.
Nothing to report bad
Good restaurant for evening meal, excellent servive, warm room
Poor and over priced continental breakfast.
reception area and staff breakfast very good and helpful
bedroom size cleanliness poor and very tired looking
Great privacy and great view
I loved the pool and spa. Also the luxury of the hotel and closeness to Lake Louise Village.
We booked a room with two beds, but only found one in the room. We went back to the reception to ask about the second bed, and were told that the second bed folded down from the wall. We thought they should have informed us of that.
we wee lucky to get an upgrade and found the room well laid out and vey comfortable
We had 2 separate nights at this hotel. We did not particularly like our room on the first night (when passing through from Banff to Jasper): looked like it needed a redecoration. But the room on the second night (when passing through from Jasper to Revelstoke) was excellent: smart, bright, clean, comfortable and looked like it had been redecorated!
Central location with many facilities
Walkways had old carpet and general noise was high
The welcome of one of the staff by the name of Emelie
