Leider gibt es heute für unsere Business Class Gäste nichts zu essen! Die Stewardessen schämten sich, die Eco feixte!

Leider wurde unser Gepäck vom Mumbai Flug nicht auf den Basel Flug gebracht, so dass wir ohne Gepäck in Basel ankamen. Auch wurde diese Information wohl erst spät nach Basel gebracht,da wir dort ewig auf unser Gepäck gewartet haben bis wir informiert wurden. Das trübt den ansonsten sehr guten Flug.

Wie beim Hinflug auch beim Rückflug Verspätung von fast einer Stunde. Auf Nachfrage zunächst keine Informationen und unfreundliche Antworten. 50 Minuten im Flieger warten müssen bevor der Start erfolgte. Erst auf Nachfrage gab es zur Überbrückung ein Wasser. Schade, dass man als Gast immer darauf Selbstverständlichkeiten aufmerksam machen muss. Dabei möchte LH angeblich immer ein Wohlgefühl an Board vermitteln. Das behaupten sie zumindest immer in der Durchsage. Enttäuschend.

Boarding und Deboarding völlig unkoordiniert. Keine klaren Ansagen der Crew.

Das Boarding dauert schließlich auch unendlich lange/ Maschine war komplett ausgebucht. Besser wäre gewesen, von hinten nach vorne die Maschine zu füllen, nicht kreuz und quer durcheinander, bis jeder dann sein Gepäck verstaut hat - das kostete zusätzlich Zeit."

Heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Flug war pünktlich, trotz 25 min Taxi in LHR. Bequeme Sitze und sauber! Verständliche Durchsagen in angemessener Lautstärke (DE und engl), bin überrascht. Angenehme Kabinentemperatur (auch nicht selbstverständlich)"
Negativ: "Leider startet Lufthansa vom Terminal 2. Liegt ungünstig, wenn man mit Auto oder Bus an-/Abreist, weil erst der ganze Flughafen umfahren werden muss. 8kg Handgepäcksregelung ist echt nicht zeitgemäß und eine schickane. Mit Laptop, Tablet, Rasierer, Ladekabel und 1x Wechselkleidung knackt man das ganz schnell. Lufthansa Group ist bei manchen Flügen penibler als Ryanair! Es müssen ja keine 23kg sein, aber selbst KLM bietet 12kg."

Unfortunately, my injured ankle was kicked several times by a rushed crew member. It would be great if they could be a bit more mindful and watch where they are walking. Also, the breakfast before landing was spoiled when I discovered fungus in my butter after I had already eaten half of it."

Quick boarding was great. Seat cushions are hard and painful. Did not eat anything. Disappointed with the nonexistent masking policy. No snack options caused allergy poisoning. Bottled water would not spread the virus so easily

No service at full first class price. All in name of COVID.

Negativ: "We didn’t even have a pilot, had to call and find one because our pilot that was scheduled “forgot to call in sick”. We were already delayed by 4 hrs so this made it delayed by an hour more!"

Negativ: "I always have preferred American Airlines but they seem to have constant problems with the aircraft these days. This causes delays and missed connections. This in turn causes no breakfast or lunch or dinner opportunities. I travel with snacks in my bag at all times now just in case so I won’t get sick for lack of nourishment or water! This last flight I missed my connection altogether and had to take a shuttle home, then catch a ride back to the airport to pick up my luggage and then get my car to drive home. It was 4 hours past my expected time home."

One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway."

I know, there are much worse things in life, but an Airline that claims to be SOOO big and great, this is a total disgrace, seriously. And try to explain that to my kids-ages 9 and 10-who had NEVER flown a plane without individual screens (and my son has been already to 20 countries....yes, we fly.) Did I mention that the food is the worse in the industry in this airline? Give me now a reason to keep flying American, please...."

Super Besatzung wirkte auf mich gestresst ganzes Team war auch untereinander nicht harmonisch. Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."
Negativ: "Besatzung Bordunterhaltung Verpflegung,alles mit Kartongschachteln wurdest nicht gefragt was du willst. Wurde einfach wauf den Klapptisch hingeknallt. Alles in allem sonst ruhig sauber und in Ordnung."

After I got on the plane I asked one crew member if I have any chance to switch the seat to sit by the bathroom because I am very sick, but seems no one cares. They said there is nothing they can do and tell me to get back to my seat. The whole fight I was sick. It was a horrible no crews member were asked me how I felt. No crews member checked me if I were ok. I had fever and so sick. There were late. I never have any bad fight like this forever."

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Eventually tore out pages from magazine and stuck them in the window to get some shade. This is the second Air Canada flight in 2 months with electrical issues that I have experienced."
Positiv: "They were very kind and helpful when my daughter became unexpectedly ill during the flight, bringing cold wash cloths, ice etc, and they checked in on her regularly until landing. Much appreciated!"

Negativ: "The flight left an hour late with no explanation. Then when we arrived in Toronto we sat on the runway for another hour waiting to be able to disembark. At this point the crew became testy and offered no explanation while passengers were understandably aggravated."
Positiv: "Compared to the flight going the other way, this one was much more comfortable. I didn't have someone's seat back in my face the whole time, and was able to enjoy games on my own device. I like that both USB and normal power options were available, so I was able to play games and charge my phone so I could use it after landing. The food was passable as well, which was surprising."
Negativ: "It's unavoidable when flying between multi-lingual locations, but having movies and stuff pause three times for each announcement gets annoying. The rolls served with the meals were very dry. These are small nits, and the flight was generally enjoyable."
Positiv: "I was very pleased with the baggage claim team in Ottawa who took extra steps to ensure that a piece of my carry-on luggage that I forgot on the flight was returned to me safely and packaged with more care than I did for myself!"

Negativ: "It was interesting to me that the plane used for a 4 hour flight (this one) was smaller than a plane used for a 1hr flight. I was uncomfortable the entire time. this was a redeye flight, departing at midnight. the cabin lights stayed on for the first hour making it impossible to dose off. we were given a 'snack' of a disgusting chicken wrap slathered in mayo. it was inedible. oh, and accompanied by a large kitkat bar. I mean. Who came up with this combo? there were no screens, no in flight entertainment unless you wanted to run down your phone battery or rent an ipad for $10. I was truly disappointed."

Negativ: "Instructions on Air Canada's website when you Google "how early should you get to the airport flying Canada to USA" say you should get there 3 hours ahead of time. For a 6:40 flight I got to the airport at 3:40, as instructed, and checkin wasn't even open. Per Air Canada's website "You should arrive at the airport three (3) hours before your flight's scheduled departure time. Pre-board security screening for departures to the U.S. opens at 3:00 AM. Exception: 20 minutes for flights departing from Toronto City Airport (YTZ)." Check in staff told me I should have gotten there 2 hours ahead. This is very conflicting. Considering I was heading to a 10 hour trade show, believe me that hour of sleep I lost between 2:30 when I had to get up for this flight and 3:30 when I could have gotten up sure was missed. Correct and consistent instructions to passengers go a long way."

As a result I spent the night at Detroit and take the next day flight."

Negativ: "Initial plane had mechanical problem before we boarded, so we were delayed and sent to a different gate. Delays became incrementally longer, announcements were not as quick as they should have been -- e.g. I learned of the gate change from another passenger rather than the crew at the gate. Then, the flight we did catch was delayed in the air due to congestion at LaGuardia. AC was too cold for me. Admittedly some of these problems were well outside Air Canada's control, but the communication weaknesses were their fault."

nul I am satisfied because Jewish people were very noisy during the flight I AM NOT RACIST but they were extremely noisy and what impressed me was that the food served them at the beginning and the rest 1 hour late. The biggest problem was during the trip I was very scared the plane started shaking tremendously for a long time, this terrifies me a lot and I do not have to choose with this and I do not have to recommend it to anyone

They did not have food service. Said flight was too short. Same flight on Delta & they had food service! 🤷🏼‍♀️

The best

It was a pleasant trip, the space was good enough to stretch the legs and the front seat had at least a screen to see where the plane is flying, would definitely fly again with United Airlines.

No snacks but everything else was great.

The 5:50pm flight was late and therefore push everything out..."
Negativ: "No communication from United... the crew and staff was fine, it was just the lack of communication that was disappointing! Not to mention, I had my dog boarded at Doggy Daycare and I’d missed picking her up due to the late return back to LA."

They canceled my return flight last minute, and scheduled a new one over 24 hours later. Thus causing me to have to book a hotel last minute, as well as now being AWOL, since my Leave paperwork only lasted until my return date. Had to explain to the chief why I won't be at formation. I'm saving myself the trouble and never flying united again, even if I have to spend more money. United isn't even reimbursing me for the hotel. They basically told me to go f**k myself and file a complaint. They can eat a d**k."

Negativ: "Der Flug wurde um 6-7 Stunden verschoben, so dass ich keinen Anschluss Flug mehr hatte um nach Hause zu kommen. Der Service vor Ort war sehr schlecht, es hatte viel zu wenig Personal. Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"
