Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

We had to argue, beg, plead to go to Panama first and the to SJO so that we would arrive at 7. During the flight my friends entertainment screen was broken. He had to repeatedly ring for the flight attendents, only to be ignored every time before they finally moved him to a different seat. Overall terrible experience. None of the people we dealt with were the least bit caring or human about the situation."

Going back through securuitY was slow despite a special line for connectin passengers. Result-- missed flight by about 10 minutes and reschedule was for a flight 3 hours later. Luckily, bags never made it onto original flight so arrived with me on later flight. Inconvenient but understandable. Mexico City requires more than an hour (at least 1hr and about 40 minutes more) to make connections."

Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

They are new and have touchscreens that are actually well designed and can scroll etc. Resolution and sound are great, so I actually feel like I watched my movie and didn't just look at moving blurs with half the dialogue missing. Also the USB ports are great. And the brownie with the meal was delicious."
Negativ: "Only one meal on a >9 hour flight, plus one snack which was an uninspiring-looking rectangle of cold pumpkin loaf (it tasted good, but after 7.5 hours in the air it'd be nice to get something more appealing). Other airlines give two meals. It's ridiculous that Air Canada insists on being so stingy with the food."

Also the door wouldn't open for baggage upon arrival so we were delayed an hour?"
