The flight attendants did a exceptional job the entire flight providing attentive service.

The flight crew directed me to the wrong aisle during the boarding process. Reaching my seat while pulling my luggage around was a hassle for me, as well as for the other passengers. One of the crew members almost refused to let me bring my carry-on onboard because they thought it wouldn’t fit in the overhead cabins. I use this bag for all my travels, and when it came to storing it above my seat, it fit. 2 other luggages fit alongside it without issue. That person made unnecessary hassle for me and left me feeling uncomfortable at the possibility of having to pay extra fees because of their incorrect and unneeded opinion. The entertainment was extremely limited with about 10 movies available, as well as 7 shows. This was a 15 hour flight, so it would have been nice to have more options.

One of the flight attendants was incredibly rude. She knocked into me five times and never apologized once. She spoke harshly to several other people as well. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name.

Die Pünktlichkeit bei Swiss lässt zu wünschen übrig. Jede Woche mindestens 45 Minuten bis zu zu 105 Minuten Verspätung sind ein absolutes NoGo!

The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."

Flight delayed due to incoming flight problems. Slow boarding, no beverages on board, wanted to charge for coffee.

Only reason I did bad on food and entertainment was because flight was a short flight.

Wenn man schon genug für den Flug bezahlt kann man auch wenigstens umsonst Unterhaltung haben wie z.B. die Filme. Finde ich etwas unverschämt, dafür zu bezahlen müssen.

Leider hatte die Lufthansa nicht genug Verpflegung an Board. Dies war schon auf dem Hinflug der Fall. Bereits ab Reihe 19 konnten die vegetarischen Speisewünsche nicht mehr bedient werden. Sehr schade bei einem 3,5 Stunden Flug, wenn man das Essen gedanklich eingeplant hat.

She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."

It was hard to believe that the airline staff would tell us nothing, as somebody knew what caused the delay and if it was likely that the flight would go, right??!"

Negativ: "The staff at the gate at Charles de Gaulle were bonkers, so incompetent that they looked like a Saturday Night Live skit, creating chaos while the boarding passengers tried to act like grown ups and keep their cool. They called over 50 passengers up to the desk by name, gave us no reason, and we milled about in confusion. A passenger in a wheelchair who clearly needed someone to push him was told repeatedly to wait while they did NOT call for help, until someone threw a small fit on his behalf... Then they loaded all the wheelchair and pre-boarding passengers dead last. Passenger lists and boarding pass stubs were repeatedly dropped on the floor, passenger confidentiality was disregarded, and the desk staff alternated btwn arguing openly among themselves and not communicating with eachother at all. Totally unprofessional."
Positiv: "Modern Boeing, seats are comfortable enough, good selectiom of movies and tv shows and the snacl bar service was on point."
Negativ: "A little delayed before boarding. We took off 25 minutes late (1sr flight) and 50 minutes (1nd flighr) But it seemed it was because of paperwork."

Negativ: "Information about system for ordering food was very problematic. I was not informed that I needed to order food 3 online days in advance. I tried to order it while checking in online because I realised only at that point that it was likely I would have to order in advance...I was charged but did not receive what I ordered. One crew member was nice, the others were not. When checking in at the airport the staff desk attendant was very rude. Too many hidden costs. Paying for extras like food and luggage does not make the price economical."

Negativ: "The flight was over an hour late. Seats are definitely small. Food/beverages were stupidly priced."
Positiv: "Norwegian is bare bones, but this flight on the Dreamliner is very comfortable. It ‘helped’ that the delay meant lots of people cancelled and there was a lot of spare space on board."
Negativ: "It’s a long flight with no drinks... but with Norwegian you know what you sign up for! Water is $3. The 5 hour delay left something to be desired, but Norwegian texted me early so I knew not to head to the airport."
Positiv: "All in all a great flight both there and back. I'd recommend this airline without hesitation. I didn't have a single issue with them. Great plane with all the new gadgets etc, love that the windows could be dimmed for sleep/watching movies. Lots of leg room, bonus for me was that both flights I had nobody next to me so I was also able to lie down! Shopping system worked great, every time I ordered I received my food/drink within minutes. Boarding was carried out in number order and worked well as they give themselves loads of time. There was no backlog of passengers waiting for that one person (there is always one!) to arrange their overhead space perfectly!! Would definitely fly with them again."
Negativ: "Seats are too small and uncomfortable. Food was stale and I was not given an option because they ran out of the beef by the time they got to my seat."
