Major mistake in rescheduling causing us to miss flight

Negativ: "Wir hatten uns für den teureren Direktflug entschieden - dieser wurde zweimal geändert, letztendlich hatten wir einen Stop in Orlando und sind viel früher losgeflogen als ursprünglich geplant - was zur Folge hatte, dass die Kids quasi nicht geschlafen haben weil wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen und zu allem Überfluss wurden unsere Sitzplätze geändert - in die Reihe vor dem Notausgang, an der sich nicht mal die Lehne zurückstellen lässt... also extrem wenig Platz wenn der Vordermann seine zurückstellt..."

Negativ: "The connecting flight from Atlanta to NY was rescheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes later, boarding for the delayed flight started late, closed doors were another 20 minutes late, spend another hour or so waiting for confirmations, during which no AC is on because of a malfunction on the plane with the electricity unit. Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I have another flight with SkyTeam coming up and I do hope it won't be as unpleasant as it is a much longer flight."

The agent was rude and refused to listen. My mother who was three people in front of me in another line Carried the same bag on with no issues . Be consistent

Negativ: "They forced me to ceck my trolley because i had a suit with me!!! And the airplane wasn’t even full. Even worst they allowed some pieces of “hand luggage” that were double the maximum allowed size"

Negativ: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Negativ: "I flew out on KLM on what felt like a new plane. Amazing service, seat, temperature, entertainment and food. In stark comparison Air France’s plane was old, too hot, poor entertainment choices and system and average food which for the French was surprising!"

Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Flight was delayed 45 minutes, came to LA - broken gate, 30 minutes later re-parked to the new gate, total close to 2 hours late.
The flight was on time. I missed some food, at least a snack I only got a cup of orange juice.

Negativ: "1) we lined up to board on time, and then were told one crew member was late- 2 hour delay. 2) because several dozen aeromexica employees were on the flight and boarded first with tons of carry on luggage, all passenger carryons had to be checked, 3) upon arrival at ord at 1am, over 2 hour wait for luggage, with no explanation by staff"

The Wi-Fi didn't work at all. It was extremely frustrating.
Great flight was early each flight. I was even upgraded to first class for free

Negativ: "Flute gate changed 35 min prior to boarding to a new gate that was a 10 min walk. That was stressful. The flight ended up being delayed 20 min as well."
Negativ: "AA needs to standardize their WiFi. Sometimes it is boingo, GoGo, or Panasonic or something other. Each has a different way of logging in. It is way too complicated. Sometimes you can watch on the iPad in a browser, other times you need a flash player or the AA app. Have a common way of at least accessing the internet, otherwise it can take 10 minutes to log in if switching from a GoGo yo Panasonic service. It is just too difficult and buggy. I am glad I don’t actually pay for the internet."

Positiv: "Flugzeug war ein altes Flugzeug meine ich. Durchdas es nicht voll besetzt war hatte ich einen 3er Sitz für mich alleine. Super Besatzung wirkte auf mich gestresst ganzes Team war auch untereinander nicht harmonisch. Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."
Negativ: "Besatzung Bordunterhaltung Verpflegung,alles mit Kartongschachteln wurdest nicht gefragt was du willst. Wurde einfach wauf den Klapptisch hingeknallt. Alles in allem sonst ruhig sauber und in Ordnung."
Positiv: "Dass ich sogar einen Kaffe und einkleiner Snack in Form von kleienem Keks bekam. Ich war vorbereitet, dass ich nichts erhalte.Hatte etwas zu Essen dabei. Freundliches Personal Bordunterhaltung nur bezahlbar und übers Laptop oder Handy Hatte Auflade Möglichkeiten beim vorder Sitz.."

Negativ: "8 emails from Kayak and 1 from AA warning of flight delay. But gate agents did not know anything about this and boarded us on schedule. So we sat for 90 minutes until the new aircraft was 'repaired'. Failed by a mile to make the connection. And I suppose I should have paid first-class fare, as then I would have made by connection?"
Positiv: "Comfort, promptness, and food."

Negativ: "The seats were still to small and my shoulders were in the aisle. Are they getting smaller?"

Negativ: "Crowded seats in the back of the plane, Low quality and bland snack options"
Negativ: "Keine Boarungerhaltung, unfreundliches Personal, grosse Verspätungen und enge Sitze. Und dies alles für Interkontinentalraketen Flügen. Alles schlecht bei American Airlines. Nie mehr."

Negativ: "Freezing, one hour wait on the tarmac before takeoff meant one hour delayed arrival. No TVs in seats, no meals on six hour flight."

Negativ: "Der Flug hatte 30 Minuten Verspätung und mein Koffer traf mit einem eheren Flieger ein und stand deshalb relativ unbeaufsichtigt in der Gegend rum."
Negativ: "Time consuming during check in. Was not allowed to do the pre check in, so arrived to airport, waited around 20 minutes to check in, including my luggage. After that, had to wait around 45 minutes to drop my suitcase. After that, process was good and efficient. Plane left on time LIMA to Miami, and then Miami to NYC."
Negativ: "Seats are too narrow"
Positiv: "Do you really think there is anything to like about flying these days. We are sardines pack on a your planes."
Negativ: "Purchased business class seats, boarded in group 5. Had no where to put my 1 backpack. All the storage up front was gone. Why should I pay extra for a seat if I have to wait for everyone to get off the plane so I can go back 10 seat rows to get my bag. Dirty tray tables."
Positiv: "Pleasant and helpful staff"
Negativ: "Im Prinzip war der Flug in time gelandet. Aber dann 40 Minuten gewartet bis ein Gate frei ist. Danach ewiges warten auf den Koffer. Sehr schlechter Service, keine Informationen."
Positiv: "We were up and down and I’m happy there was a direct flight to St George from Phoenix. But the price was higher than going to Salt Lake ."
Negativ: "Plane was very old and we had to walk a loooong way to board."
Positiv: "Nice staff!"
Negativ: "Rediculously boarding process! Packed and unorganized."
Positiv: "I liked that we were given cookies with our drinks that was a nice touch. I also enjoyed that it was a very quick flight from Dallas to Cincinnati. Shout out to the crew members, they work really hard to help us feel comfortable."
Negativ: "The sound of the turbo engine in the beginning made my head feel really dizzy, but the buzzing went away after a while. Other than that, I think that the tiny planes should still have some sort of entertainment, even if it's just a single movie playing for all to watch."
Positiv: "Flug Personal war OK aber für sitze waren sehr klein und musste Arm gegen Arm mit Sitznachbarn fliegen. (Unsere Maschine war ein Boeing 787)."
