Overall the flight was okay. My problem was with the tepareture inside the aircraft. I was freezing entire trip.

No food available on flight.

We waited 5 delays from DFW because the maintenance on the plane to pick us up had so many that had not been done routinely. Instead of being home at 2:00pm. We were home at 7:00! After all that there was not even water given to us!!

Flight was all round smooth and we got there 20min earlier.

The antiquated plane had no seatback shelf to place cellphone when wat thing movie. The plane was practically empty -- both ways.

The entertainment display was faulty.

So everyone after that had to gate check. When I boarded there were at least 8 empty bins and I had not even gotten to my seat in row 22. The gate agent lied and slowed down the entire boarding process because she want to win a fight and show dominance over a passenger."

Their business class on this Airbus flight was just Economy seats with the middle seat blocked off with a fixed table. No extra space at all. Food was ok but not worth the extra expense imo.

Am boarding pass hiess es Security wird am Terminal 1 in Wien sein. Leider bin ich den ganzen Weg hingegangen um nachher zu realisieren, dass es dich Terminal 3 war.

Die neue Business Class von BA ist sehr gut!

Nach 6 Stunden (12.30am bis 630am) im Flieger wurde der Flug abgesagt. Dann ging es erst richtig los: keinerlei Information, kein Support von BA team am Flughafen, stattdessen wurden wir zunächst zu falschem Bereich im Flughafen geführt, nach 25 min waste of time dann Korrektur. Um 7.50am kam dann endlich das Gepäck. Wir mussten dann mit Emirates nach London. BA Kundenservice war nicht verfügbar. Auf refund warte ich noch. Fliege ~50-80x pro Jahr und kann sagen: BA - Worst airline ever.

Nette Crew, schlechtes Catering. Business Class innereuropäisch lohnt sich nicht

There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!

Es gab kein Interesse zu Helfen, keine Entschuldigung und keine Erklärung. Beim Sannen der Bordkarte vorm Security Check wurde elektronisch angezeigt, dass ich mich an den Kiosk wenden sollte. Dort wurde ohne Worte, Erklärung, Entschuldigung oder Hilfe umgebucht und eine neue Bordkarte ausgedruckt. Solch ein Desinteresse an Unterstützung habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt. P.S. Ich spreche fließend englisch, es war also keine Sprachbarriere."

Negativ: "Das Flugzeug bedürfte einer dringenden Generalüberholung. Viele Sachen war ausgeleiert, teilweise sogar zerfetzt. Der USB Connecter hing halber heraus. Eine Ablage im Mittelgang ging nicht mehr zu während des Fluges. Eine Stewardes hat dann mittels eines Schraubenziehers diverse Befestigungen nachjustiert, danach ging die Ablage wieder zu. Meine Frau hatte einen Rollstuhl für Heathrow bestellt, welcher bei der Ankunft nicht da war. Angeblich musste die Maschine ausserplanmässig an einem anderen Ort andocken. Das Handgepäck wird anscheinend nicht richtig geprüft beim Check-In. Mehrere Leute hatten so schwere Koffer dabei, dass sie 2 Leute brauchten um diese in die Ablage zu wuchten. Das Video-Angebot ist sehr dürftig und auch speziell für Deutsche Sprache kaum vorhanden. Auch die Screens sind absolut nicht mehr der technischen Möglichkeiten der Zeit entsprechen."
Negativ: "Our BA flight from Vienna to London was 30 minuets delayed and we almost missed our connection. BA crews and captain never apologized or explained the reason. They didn’t bother to check and announce the gate of major connection flights like some other airlines would do. They just said “Check the departure information board when you arrive.” We made to our AA flight only it happened to be in the same terminal."

Anschluß verpasst, das ergebnis war eine um einen ganzen Tag verspätete Ankunft am Ziel. Das ist schon das 2. Mal mit BA, ich hätte beim ersten mal schon daraus lernen sollen und diesen Billigflieger nicht mehr nutzen sollen.,"

Person behind me was kicking me during flight. Breakfast was terrible. Need fresher croissants. Dinner good. Bread terrible. Stale. Boarding extremely slow.

+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

To be honest the experience I had was awful both of my flights were delayed and ended up stuck on a 5 hour layover in Vancouver after my first flight was also delayed by 2 hours turning what was supposed to be a 4 hour trip into almost 12 hour run around definitely disappointed by the overall first air canada experience all around

Yeah, you can pay extra for an ipad or to get food, but for most decent flights these days you get at least something to eat for free. Especially on a 7 hour flight from US to CAN. My knees nearly touched the seat in front of me. It wasn't that small of a plane, i just think they really wanted to pack us in. If they removed a row or two and gave everyone just an inch more space how much would that REALLY set them back?"
Negativ: "Air Canada was one hour late leaving the gate. This in fact was a great improvement as when we left Montreal on Dec.21 they were 4 hours late and in the best of xmas cheer didn't even offer us a free drink. Way to go AC."

Negativ: "Where to start? How about, the planes are so old and so poorly maintained that our plane was almost three hours late taking off while they fixed something. At least two other flights from Dublin to Toronto took off around us, but we were never offered to be switched over to other planes so we could make our connecting flights. As a result, a plane full of angry people hassled by a serious lack of customer service focus landed in Toronto and had to, AGAIN, get in a huge line to be processed with all of the missed flights. They knew we were coming--WHY weren't there more preparations made for a much smoother transition?? I hate Air Canada and will never again knowingly book that airline. They need to change out the entire fleet of old, crappy, smelly, falling-apart planes."
Negativ: "Have you heard of an International flight without entertainment? That's just the surface. Our flight from Athens to Toronto was delayed 4hrs causing us to miss our connection to NYC. When customer service was called for assistance to get another flight, we found there were no flights out after 8 pm. I appreciate the vouchers for food and hotel. But after 35hr of traveling to NYC we come to find that our luggage was left in Toronto. Traveling with Air Canada was a series of poor customer care and negligence. I was very disappointed."
Positiv: "Everything was as expected which was wonderful. No stress makes flying more enjoyable for me. I appreciate the hard work that goes into making the flight safe and comfortable. Thank you."
Positiv: "I liked the meal that was served and that if you didnt want to pay for the ipad, you could access TV on your phone."
Negativ: "I didnt like that there were not individual TVs for my 10 hour fllght. I would have appreciated the entertainment on such a long flight, especially the movies which I could not access without the app. I also felt that more snacks should have been provided."
Negativ: "* Worst food I have ever had on a plane. The crew did not even know what was in some of the food, which is not comforting if you have allergies. * Entertainment system earphones were so bad they were unusable."

Negativ: "Seats had least legroom of any plane I can remember. I'm not that tall and my knees were in the seat pocket the whole 5 hr flight. Also, the seats could stand to be a lot cushier. I felt like I was sitting on a piece of cardboard after the first 2 hours."

Negativ: "We're on a flight for 10 hours and our breakfast was a piece of banana bread. After a very disappointing dinner. Really didn't cut it. Have to access entertainment on my device - no thanks. Overall they just did everything on the cheap."
Negativ: "Air Canada as well as WestJet charge exuberant amounts for local flights. They offer services and leg room of a budget airline while charging prices at the top range of a regular airline. Lack of proper competition in Canada allows Air Canada and WestJet to charge whatever they want since there are no other real options"

Negativ: "Were forced to check our carry on bags and charged $25 each."
Positiv: "My family and I flew Air Canada to Narita in Japan and back. The service was outstanding, the flight was without delays and the cabin and restrooms were clean."
Negativ: "The food could improve, not asking for gourmet but a but more quality in their offering"

Negativ: "I was put in overbooking, and was concerned about not being able to get on the flight. Everything worked out fine in the end, but still did not appreciate this. Given the risk of not being able to board, I will likely not use this airline in the future."
