Leider gibt es heute für unsere Business Class Gäste nichts zu essen! Die Stewardessen schämten sich, die Eco feixte!

Gepäck kam leider nicht an und wir wurden erts nach langem warten informiert. Swissport team hat aber einen fantastischen Job gemacht und unsere Lost&Found Formulare mit uns ausgefüllt.

Wie beim Hinflug auch beim Rückflug Verspätung von fast einer Stunde. Auf Nachfrage zunächst keine Informationen und unfreundliche Antworten. 50 Minuten im Flieger warten müssen bevor der Start erfolgte. Erst auf Nachfrage gab es zur Überbrückung ein Wasser. Schade, dass man als Gast immer darauf Selbstverständlichkeiten aufmerksam machen muss. Dabei möchte LH angeblich immer ein Wohlgefühl an Board vermitteln. Das behaupten sie zumindest immer in der Durchsage. Enttäuschend.

Das Boarding ist bei Lufthansa auch nach zwei Jahren Corona immer noch eine Katastrophe. Keine Ansage der Gruppen, so das alle gleichzeitig zum Boarding rennen. Das gleiche beim Aussteigen. Volle Gänge keine Ansage über einen geregelten Ausstieg. Leider kümmert sich die Lufthansa offensichtlich wenig um die Gesundheit der Passagiere.

Frankfurt - Paris ist der Business Class lohnt sich nicht - es gibt kaum einen Unterschied!

Für einen Linienflug ok. Hygiene voll in Ordnung. Alles in Allem schon ganz gut.

Mit Laptop, Tablet, Rasierer, Ladekabel und 1x Wechselkleidung knackt man das ganz schnell. Lufthansa Group ist bei manchen Flügen penibler als Ryanair! Es müssen ja keine 23kg sein, aber selbst KLM bietet 12kg."

Plane was over an hour late.

+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

One of the crew members essentially harassed one particular people about having their mask up higher while others were wearing theirs below their nose the entire time. Seemed like a power play and out of line. It was awkward and discomforting overall.

Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Took into consideration who was travelling together and left a positive impression! Plane boarded early and was loaded and ready to roll AHEAD of scheduled take off time."

Positiv: "Staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I need wheelchair assistance and they handled that beautifully, asking thoughtful questions about my needs and adapting their plans to my answers. They also helped me with stowing my carry-on since I would have struggled alone."
Negativ: "Unfortunately, through no fault of the flight crew or gate crew, we got one of the few remaining planes in the fleet that are so old that they can't fit a full carry-on bag in the overhead bins or under the seats. Larger carry-on items had to be checked through to final destination, which made a lot of passengers upset -- either because they were business people who needed to be able to work on the flight, or they had important baby gear in there that they would need before that, or they were traveling far away using multiple airlines and were rightly worried about lost luggage."

I was forced to check a luggage that was my carry-on on the outgoing flight so there was no reason it was not going to fit on the upper compartment, but the counter agent forced me to check it anyway, even with it being under weight limit. The line was huge and there were 5 counter agents, but 3, and at times 4 agents, at a time, were only pulling from the priority boarding line. We had to wait more than one hour to check in. Than to the boarding, the same people from the counter were the boarding agents. The boarding was extremely slow and again unorganized."
Positiv: "The trip to Edmonton was very smooth and right on time. Everything was very good.....including the baby behind us. I will fly Air Canada again."
Negativ: "I didn't like the change in gate at Edmonton to Vancouver. No one told us until boarding time. Even tho there was ample time to get there since it was the next door gate, I was in a wheelchair and if it had been any further, it could've been a disaster. We arrived right on time. I'd go Air Canada again."
Negativ: "By the time the food arrived at our seats the protein version was no longer available. This happened on the flight to Paris as well. A customer complained about a small child and the child and parent were moved to behind my seat. After an hour of the toddler kicking my seat I asked to be moved to any other seat on the plane. Was told too bad, nothing they could do. Spent the 8 hour flight being kicked and listening to yelling."

Negativ: "There was no in seat screens for entertainment. Space was much more cramped than other Air canada flight we had. Knees were against seat in front. No snacks provided only drinks. Food was available for purchase."

Negativ: "Only in Canada they make you remove headset for takeoff and landing."
Positiv: "I liked the fact that the seats had plenty of leg room as I am tall and hate having my knees hitting the seat in front of me."
Negativ: "Flying from US to Canada was a challenge because of all the customs requirements. But,. better safe than sorry . This four hour flight did not even offer pretzels"
Positiv: "Great Crew. The entertainment package was very nice."
Positiv: "The crew was very nice and helpful."
Negativ: "No TVs, you had to download an app to watch movies (could you at least have warned us this was the case? The flight was over 9 hours!) Gate was ridiculously crowded, boarding was chaotic, left over an hour late and my friend missed her connecting flight."
Positiv: "The food was good"
Negativ: "I was put in overbooking, and was concerned about not being able to get on the flight. Everything worked out fine in the end, but still did not appreciate this. Given the risk of not being able to board, I will likely not use this airline in the future."
