She never came. Eventually, I asked another attendant who put me in another chair and cleaned up. During the flight, NO water was distributed at all. Normally, this is done every 1-2 hours."

Knowing the menu and meal timing on the in flight screen would have been nice. There was some instructions for getting the menu; but it required wifi and other steps that did not work on first attempt. Just make it simple. Like how you show flight information for the plane. Just show Estimated meal serving start and menu. Nothing fancy, just simple and direct. Why all the wifi business? I apprecieated seeing the maghrib, etc salaat timing on the screen. That was very useful.
Die First Class von Emirates ist sagenhaft. Kann ich nur schwerstens weiterempfehlen. Die Kabinen, Toiletten/Duschen, das Personal, Essen und Onboard-Unterhaltung wird man nur schwer toppen können.

Food: Chicken with peppers average, no good taste Drinks: had to broken cups, one on the top (changed that), one at the bottom with a hole in it. Red wine spilled all over my trousers and pullover. Shit happens, but (a) what about the quality of the goods and (b) how does the crew handle this? Crew/Service: Generally friendly, but the guy who served the red wine had no clue how to handle this: 1. Red wine on cloth is bad to clean 2. After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Positiv: "The CDG airport is very bad in terms of finding your connections, the flight to CDG from LAX had a very old entertainment system and was hard to use."
Negativ: "shuttle from terminal to plane takes a long time. Flight left late"
Positiv: "Over all everything was great, except the bags check in"
Positiv: "The plain was ok, the crew really nice and attentive. The only “problem” would be the food, mostly for the breakfast that was awful."
Positiv: "Not much expected as it was a budget trip."
Negativ: "Poor timing in between connections, barely made in time to my first connection being the last person to board"

Negativ: "The food was not heat correctly it was cold and I felt that the crew rush to give out the food. The seats are terrible, if the person in front of you reclines you won’t be able to see the screen if your watching a movie and you will see the top of the persons head."

Negativ: "Not enough bathrooms on Economy class area due to aircraft design."
Negativ: "Flight was delayed, seated in the last row and non adjustable seating, so very little leg room. Dis-enbarkment was very slow."
Positiv: "From the boarding, to the friendly hostesses to the food and the business class seat, I was impressed all the way. My first time to fly Air France business to the US and it was great. I recommend it!"
Negativ: "I just expected better toilet bag for business but what was given out was just basic."
Positiv: "Enjoyed my food, especially tasty for airplan fare!"
Negativ: "Not enough leg room"
Negativ: "I am not sure why this happened, but our daughter, travelling away from home for the first time, was targeted at every step of her journey. From the terminal in DCA to Cincinnati, to CDG. Delta/Air France clearly singled her out. i am outraged! I have traveled many, many times and have sent hundreds of students on nearly the same trip -- and none have had as rough a time as she had. They will be hearing from me."
Positiv: "The cabin crew were excellent"
Negativ: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"
Positiv: "The service was very professional."
Negativ: "Everything went well."
Positiv: "Yelling, cheering and literally rolling in the aisle made for a really annoying flight"
Negativ: "Infusions bad behavior. Also, flight number was changed and AF. Was understaffed to handle questions on squirrelly luggage check."
Negativ: "CDG is a monster. The distances are long . The signage is poor and when I asked for directions the diirections I got were wrong."
