There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

Negativ: "When I bought my ticket last Nov , I paid extra to select seats, only to discover no aisle seats available for the 15 hour flight from LAX to Guanghzou. I tried many times to call CSA LA office using toll free and regular number, but could never speak to a human. Last November 7 I missed my flight home due to the Thai King's motorcade causing the road I was on to be closed for more one hour. I arrived at the CNXairport nearly one hour before the scheduled departure time, only to find CSA check in counters already closed. CSA Bangkok made me pay for a one way ticket home on Nov 8 even though all 3 flights were not full. I arrived well I'm advance and checked in. CSA began boarding 30 minutes before the time shown on my boarding pass and closed the aircraft doors shortly aftethe boarding time listed. No wonder I missed my Nov 7 flight! I wrote CSA LA a letter including the receipt for the one way ticket and requested a refund or at least a reply or home call. I never received a reply. I have flown CSA/Delta from Detroit, MI to Chiang Mai, Thailand 5 or 6 times in the last 3 years. It seems they don't care about customer loyalty. In the future CSA will not be my first choice and I will pay somewhat more to fly another airline."

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

The flight was a couple of hours late

+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

Flight attendants were efficient and friendly. Flight was delayed 1.5hrs then no ground personnel at destination in Toronto. Over 2 hours late!!

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

After the first one resolved, we were inches away from takeoff when the captain came on to tell us something went wrong and we would need to be towed back to the terminal. After waiting for the ground crew to come rescue us, we started pushing backwards but then forwards again. Captain came on and said the problem was fixed. Once we landed at Toronto Pearson from Mexico City, there were no available gates. The movies see election available through streaming on Air Canada Rouge had fewer movies and shows than the tablet you could rent from the airline."

Positiv: "Flying to/from the US in a wide body is always more comfortable than a smaller plane. Air Canada buy on board, ability to purchase Business Class meals in economy (pending availability) and swayback entertainment continue to be Air Canada’s strengths."
Negativ: "Air Canada can speed up the boarding process by making announcements asking passengers to step out of the aisle to let people pass AND remind passengers to place one bag under the seat and one in the overhead bin like they do on US carriers. Service is always pleasant but nothing exceptional. I find FA’s on American to be friendlier."

Negativ: "Inexperienced crew. Had to circle the departure airport for 1.5 hours and then land again due to a mechanical issue. They didn't tell us what was going on exactly. Sat at the gate for another 40 minutes. Finally departed. Everyone on boar missed their connections. I personally missed a whole day of my European vacation due to this error. Stuff happens from time to time but it would have been nice for them to have handled it better."

I paid extra for a seat closer to the front yet had to store carry on in the rear of the plane. when asking the flight personnel for assistance regarding the matter, he promptly gave me a glare and turned away totally ignoring me. In waiting until everyone had exited the plane before being able to retrieve my bag, it completely defeated the purpose of the extra expenditure. perhaps boarding the rear of the plane first. regardless, my biggest concern was I felt like the flight attendant should have responded but elected to snub me. amazingly I lived to talk about it :-)"

I called and Air Canada put me on a same day flight on Delta. That flip was delayed, and I would have missed my connection. Finally, I was rebooked again, but didn't get in until several hours later than I would have gotten in."

The attendants messages is never clear and focus. It's like Air Canada is employing teenagers with NO work etics or professionalism. I am a frequent flyer and will NEVER flew with Air Canada again. The cheap ticket is not worth the cheap aircraft and cheap service I received."

I didnt notice until boarding the plane. I showed the customer service agent at the gate and that's when she told me I didnt have a seat on the plane and that they had to get me one before I could board it. Everything ended up working out in the but the same problem happened with another flyer and they couldn't get her a seat. So she had to wait for the next flight!! I felt bad for her because like myself she paid for a seat on that plane and because of Air Canada's horrible system she missed her flight. Also, my flight to Newark was nightmare because my flight from London to Toronto was delayed, and my connecting flight to Newark left without waiting for me and other passengers on the delayed plane. I think that's the most crazy thing because all us passengers paid for that flight and we had no choice but to wait the next day. We were accommodated with a hotel after waiting hours and hours but it was still very frustrating."

Auch hier keinerlei kostenlose Versorgung und viel zu enge Sitzplätze. Schade die Besatzung ist du nett und die Enttäuschung war schon groß. Keine Zeitung oder etwas Musik. Das Angebot muss wieder dazu kommen.

Der Flug war sehr angenehm, schade das es nicht mal ein Gls Wasser umsonst gab. Sie Betreuer bedauerten es auch und wir hatten die Möglichkeit dort etwas. an Getränke und Essen zu kaufen.

War sehr voll und sehr eng. Maschine ohne USB ports :-(

Fast Komplett volle Maschine. Chaos und 10 Minuten Verspätung weil die Genies Kinder von der Warteliste Notausgangssitze gaben ... Man wollte dann ganze Reihen tauschen, da musste ich protestieren. Ich hatte Notausgang gebucht. Eine Toilette hinten ohne Wasser im handwaschbecken ... Wurde in MAD nicht repariert.

Ich hatte einen Notausgangs-Sitz gebucht! Die haben das Flugzeug gewechselt und ich sass dann hinter der Notausgangsreihe. Vor mir sassen welche, die auf der Warteliste waren und einfach irgendwo platziert wurden ... So kann man loyale Kunden verärgern!

Riesige Schlange beim Iberia Check-In in Madrid. Nur 2 Schalter geöffnet. Kein Personal. 2,5 Stunden vor Abflug da gewesen und trotzdem den Flug fast verpasst.

Glück gehabt, statt Iberia Express ist Iberia selber geflogen, mit einer lie flat Business Class. das war sehr angenehm!

Iberia Express ist pünktlich und wenn man Glück hat, kommen die Koffer an und bleiben nicht in Madrid hängen! Ansonsten von Boadrding angefangen eine absolut chaotische, unsympathische Airline! Und oft recht teuer!

Iberia hat eine echte Business Class eingesetzt, mit lie flat Sitzen!

Unfreundliches Personal. Schlechter Kundenservice. Erhielt den Platz in letzter Reihe in der Ecke ohne Fenster. Gern hätte ich mir gewünscht dass mir dies am check in Schalter von der Damen gesagt wurden wäre. Da ich unter einer Clausophobie leide, hätte ich noch am Schalter um Umbuchung auf einen anderen Platz gebeten und die Mehrkosten dafür auf mich genommen. Vor das Boardpersonal war unfreundlich und bis überfordert und sagte mir die Maschine ist voll, ich hätte ja online zuvor einen Platz reservieren können. Ok, ich habe dazu gelernt. Auch dass ich so schnell nicht mehr mit Iberia fliegen werde, weil neben all der Tatsachen der Check-In Schalter und die BoardStewardess sehr unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert waren. Schade!

Die Crew von Iberia war in dem Hinflug und Rückflug sehr unfreundlich. Die wollen einem den Flug nicht schön machen. Sowie ist englisch nicht etwas das man bei Iberia sprechen muss. Wenn man nicht Spanisch spricht wird man nicht gleich behandelt.

Negativ: "1 - Gepäckbestimmungen bei Hin und Rückflug ( 1 x 20 kg Gepäck) bei Linienflüge wie Condor und Iberia wurde nicht berücksichtigt sodass ich 1 Gepäckstück 20kg bei Rückflug extra bezahlen muss. 2 - Ich habe 3 x Sitzplatzreservierungen bezahlt weil Iberia die Fluggesellschaft geändert hat ( anstatt Iberia plötzlich Vueling) und es keine andere Alternative bei der Check inn Online gab. Ich musste 3 Sitzplatzreservierungen bezahlen, 1 davon völlig unnötig. 3 - Gate Änderung von 92 auf 98 in Palma de Mallorca unmittelbar vor der Rückflug sodass ich fast mein Flug nach München verpasst habe. Den ganzen Stress und 2 extra Gebühren kann ich mir ersparen wenn ich mein Ticket direkt in der Reiseagentur kaufe."

Also, the supervisor who intervened on my check-in issue lacked basic customer service skills!"
