Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

Not the first time we have experienced defective entertainment system on this trip. It should be upgraded.

Negativ: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Fliegen ist wie Zug fahren . Ich habe auch mein Ticket (79 Euro ) mit der dB für eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 19 Euro tauschen können .. und die was nicht schuld und hat einen schlechten Ruf ;) gerne flexibler werden wenn Flexibilität von Passagieren erwartet wird . In mid season a week before departure, we were notified about the change and it was impossible to get a same priced ticket so close to departure. Kayak inserted a whole other stop into my itinerary and I didn't know about it until I checked in and I had Oslo written on my boarding pass instead of the layover I thought I had. How are you not going to tell me I'm going to Norway? Because of this new addition, I missed my flight to Warsaw, and now I'm stuck in Sweden for the night.

Flight crew was excellent.

Positiv: "Crew on EWR to ARN was so-so. They lock restrooms at the back because they don't people hanging around the kitchen in the back. Also, the one cabin crew does not say Excuse Me when he needs to pass- he just touches you and pushes you aside Also, the one cabin crew"

Shopping system worked great, every time I ordered I received my food/drink within minutes. Boarding was carried out in number order and worked well as they give themselves loads of time. There was no backlog of passengers waiting for that one person (there is always one!) to arrange their overhead space perfectly!! Would definitely fly with them again."

Diesmal ging das Einchecken wesentlich schneller. Ob das damit zu tun hatte, dass die Einreiseanmeldung nicht mehr abgegeben werden musste oder ob es tatsächlich besser organisiert war, kann ich nicht mehr feststellen. Insgesamt aber erheblich reibungsloser als früher.

Obwohl der Flieger Verspätung hat, lässt man die Leute nach dem Einchecken in der Kälte auf der Terrasse stehen. Da löst sich dann der Unterschied zwischen Priority und Nich-Priority in Wohlgefallen auf. Das könnte man auch anders organisieren, jedoch wird aus Kostengründen scheinbar immer darauf verzichtet.

Das Einchecken in Kiev eine Katastrophe. Das Personal völlig überlastet und ohne Wissen um die erforderlichen Dokumente. Einige Passagiere sind deswegen nicht mehr rechtzeitig in den Flieger gekommen. Das muss unbedingt besser werden!

Beim Einchecken eIne Minute zu spät online eingecheckt und pro Person 40 EURO zahlen müsssen. Ganz mieser Service. Nie mehr WIZZ Air. Auch Der Bergamo Airport ist eine Abzocke. 3 Tage Parking für 53 EURO

Die Pünktlichkeit von Wizzair ist überragend.
