I paid $150 for an Uber at 4 pm. At 6:37, I got an email with news of a two hour delay. I would’ve appreciated an earlier notice. But much worse was the boarding experience. As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!"

Get to airport and ask for an up grade not possible but if I paid $200 when rebooking the flight I could have gotten one. Snacks were horrible and I have a delta card and was charged $29 to get in plus a charge for my extra suitcase. It’s ridiculous given the amount of money I spend on m card on the monthly basis. Very disappointing"

And then were coerced into having to purchase another 2 tickets on the next flight, instead of them transferring our seats from one to the other. Absolutely the worst treatment to a paying customer / passenger you can imagine."

Negativ: "It was awful. My original flight was scheduled to depart March 30 at 11:55. Then Aeromexico changed it to 1:35am in March 31. They refused to let me change flights when this happened. I wanted to fly standby on an earlier flight, so I called everyday for 2 weeks to confirm how many seats were left. Everyone I talked to told me I could fly standby if it was he same day as my ticket. I got to the airport and the flight attendant at check in told me “standby doesn’t exist.” When I asked how much it would be to change my ticket, she just said “very expensive.” She told me she’d have to check me out of my current flight and risk me losing my seat on that flight, because it was overbooked just to see the price for the earlier flight. I told her I’d be willing to pay up to $200 to switch to the earlier flight and she told me it was very expensive and she wouldn’t do it. I came back later that night and took my scheduled flight. I carried on my bag from SFO to MEX. On my second flight from MEX to BOG, the attendant told an older woman she had to check her bag because the overhead was going to be too full. I volunteered to check my bag instead so she could keep her bag. Then Aeromexico lost my bag. When I got to BOG, they told me I couldn’t have a voucher because it was my fault for bringing a bag that was too big. Finally they gave me $100 because the next day was Easter and I had no clothes for church. I wasted over 2 hours of my vacation at the Bogota airport while Aeromexico searched for my bag. They said they’d call as soon as they found it. No one ever called. I called and they asked “what color is your bag?” I said “red” and the attendant said they had it. It was delivered several hours after this call despite the fact that the airport is less than 20 minutes from where we are staying. I didn’t think an airline could be worse han United, but Aeromexico steals the cake."

Positiv: "The comfort level on Aeromexico's planes to Mexico City and beyond is beyond belief, in this age of shrinking passenger space. In an ordinary ("back of the bus") seat in coach there was more than ample legroom for a more-than-six-footer, and row 28 has two windows to look out at the scenery aft of the wings. And food was even provided at no extra charge! In this situation there certainly was no need to purchase at an additional cost whatever Aeromexico calls its "premium economy" seating."
Negativ: "The entertainment system is limited --- there are no games on the seat-back installed machinery. In addition, the earphones provided are only ear-buds, which don't work well in my ears. (I prefer the miniature headphones other airlines provide.) The volume controls were also poorly scaled. The lowest three levels of volume weren't enough to even hear a single sound, the next level up was a little soft or quiet and the highest level far to loud to preserve a listener's hearing."
Negativ: "The Guy didn't assign seats together for us even though there were enough seats, so we had to explain him to do so, I to not understand why do I have to take tings away from my luggage to my hand bag in order to document it for free, the plane will carry exactly the same weight but inside the cabin; I suggest to use an overall weight including the passenger weight for allowance. The guy didn't tell that we had to pick our luggage in Mexico City and put it to the connecting flight."

But I change my mind and decided to have a cary on. when I arrived at the airport I told an agent that I wanted to bring my suitcase as carry-on and she said that it was too large. So I had to wait in line. When I finally fot to the counter the agent and the agent realized I had already paid. She said that I could try take my suitcase under my own responsibility because she thought security would send me back. I was very surprised to hear this because it is a computer case. I did not have any problems and was able to embark. The plane had not bern clean. The pocket underneath my table had a used kleenex and the table of the person seated next to my had coffee spilled. During the 5:50 hrs only once were we offer a drink. Really bad service for an international flight."

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

They took us off of the plane and did not rebook us. It took everyone over two hours to get rebooked for the next day or even two days later. They almost had a revolt on their hand since they did not have a representative talk to us until the passengers started yelling at them. Very poor customer service. Just horrible."

Positiv: "I brace myself every time I fly Air Canada. Things often go wrong or are frustrating in some way. So I prepare myself mentally. Although there was a takeoff delay and the boarding procedure was confusing, this flight went fairly smoothly, compared to other fiascos I have had with Air Canada."

I think it is either a corporate culture that does not see things from the customer perspective, or a morale problem that shows up as ground staff who do not want to be there. Also, Terminal 1 is a hassle. You check in at the kiosk, only to have to line up for 30 min. to drop your bag off. If I could, I would only fly WestJet."

We were stuck on that plane for over two hours, and you can't get people water? - Gate check was not available, meaning that I had to check my carry-on when there was no more space available (my bag met the carry-on size requirements)."

I don't like that I have to pay extra for a seat with adequate legroom. I don't like being charged for the most basic of Wi-Fi connections. (Delta's and Amtrak's are free). Although this was a very short flight, the passengers could have been offered the option of either cookies or pretzels, instead of everyone being stuck with pretzels."

Bad service."

I was informed that a business class ticket isn't sufficient for using the lounge when flying domestic. It is only good when flying international. They call that customer service. I generally avoid domestic airlines because of the customer service. The flight attendants were not happy to serve you. It's a small flight but they didn't even offer a snack -- you had to ask for it. And then they brought over a small basket with nuts, chips, candy bars, and a muffin. I took a muffin and it stuck to the roof of my mouth -- very poor quality. When I asked for a snack the flight attendant replied cocktail or soft drink never saying whether or not a snack was available.. She said this a couple of times before I could repeat that I wanted a snack to which she replied you want something to drink with that. I've been on many short flights in Asia and they will deliver a full meal and you don't have to ask for it. There was no entertainment but United did send an email explaining how I could purchase entertainment to play on my own device."

Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"

There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency."

The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers."
