The boarding staff near the gate were awfully rude and unprofessional. From my flight to MSP , as well as my flight from SLC. They were speaking to each other in their own language and it seemed like they were talking about people who were boarding on the plane. Completely unacceptable. However, The crew member of the plane were all nice.

Absolutely the worst seat ever that I have had flying. While it was a short flight we were supposed to get serviced during the flight, but there was no cabin service unless you were in 1st class. So much for the perks of Comfort Plus as there were none. Not even a glass of water. Wow! When we landed late obviously because we left late we were late and there was no ground crew to get our plane to the gate so we sat for over 1/2 hour on the taxi way waiting for ground crew to be available for us to get to the gate. To add insult of injury when we did get to go to the gate there was no gate available for use so we had to deplane in the rain down the emergency stairs. They said that if you had a problem with the steep stairs that they would make other accommodations. Probably would have been another delay so we all carefully went down the steep slippery stairs. I doubt that the stairs met any OHSA or safety requirements except for emergency issues. They were wet and slippery. This was the absolute worst trip that I have taken with Delta. It will seriously influence my future trip decisions."

As my patience ran out i went up to the counter and tried to just get my bags checked so we can be on our way to our gate and of course i get the answer that i have to wait because i still have enough time (our flight was leaving in 40 minutes). then they brought a supervisor over to tell me the same thing- there was absolutely no help. By the time we were able to go on to our gate we had exactly 20 mins until our flight left. Very unacceptable. It looked like it was everyone’s first day at work and no one knew what they were doing. we fly delta all the time and i know Aeromexico now works with delta but they need a lot more training on what customer service is all about"

Their business class on this Airbus flight was just Economy seats with the middle seat blocked off with a fixed table. No extra space at all. Food was ok but not worth the extra expense imo.
Gefallen hat gar nichts. In unserem Flieger saßen hinten eine Gruppe von offenbar betrunkenen Männern, die den ganzen Flug über und auch schon davor lautstark lachend "Gespräche" führten. Die Crew unternahm nichts. Man hätte erwarten können, dass da jemand mal was sagt. Sowas geht gar nicht. Eine Stewardess puhlte sich im Gespräch mit Fluggästen mit den Fingern in den Zähnen - ohne vorgehaltener Hand. Ekelig. Zudem hatte der Flieger fast eine Stunde Verspätung bei Abflug plus 15 min Verspätung beim rausgehen. Bereits an Board wurde uns gesagt, dass der Anschlussflug um 20.30 Uhr - für den wir 1 Std. 25 min Zeit hatten, verpasst wird und wir erst morgen früh weiter können und ein Hotel bekommen. Wir wurden dann zur Information von British Airways geschickt, wo wir fast eine Stunde gewartet haben, bis wir an die Reihe kamen zur Klärung wie es weiter geht. Dort sagte man u.a., wir bekommen ein Kitt mit Waschzeug, wenn wir unser Gepäck nicht ins Hotel bringen lassen. Das gab es dann aber doch nicht und war aus, wie wir an anderer Stelle erfuhren. Wir wurden mit einem Shuttlebus mit anderen Wartenden eine halbe Std. durch die gegend gekurvt, in ein Hotel gefahren. Dort haben wir 22.45 Uhr eingecheckt. Essen war damit auch gestrichen, da Küche bereits zu war. Auschecken war dann um 5.00 Uhr morgens. Hinfahrt mit Taxi, da Bus so früh zu Terminal 5 nicht fuhr. Fahrt für 23, Pfund für 10 min. mussten wir selbst bezahlen, da wir nur Bus-Gutscheine bekommen hatten. Aber dafür dann halbwegs ordentlicher Weiterflug um 7.00 Uhr, aber auch mit 15 min Verspätung. Fazit: Alles insgesamt eine einzige Katastrophe und nach Möglichkeit nie wieder British Airways. Entschädigungsforderungen folgen noch.
Am boarding pass hiess es Security wird am Terminal 1 in Wien sein. Leider bin ich den ganzen Weg hingegangen um nachher zu realisieren, dass es dich Terminal 3 war.
Die neue Business Class auf Langstrecke ist Klasse! Also die Kabine. Service wie immer sehr unterschiedlich. Board Bar (Self Service) war nach einer Stunde leer. Verpflegung war furchtbar! Es gibt keine deutschen Filme mehr :-(
There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!

Dort wurde ohne Worte, Erklärung, Entschuldigung oder Hilfe umgebucht und eine neue Bordkarte ausgedruckt. Solch ein Desinteresse an Unterstützung habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt. P.S. Ich spreche fließend englisch, es war also keine Sprachbarriere."

They didn’t bother to check and announce the gate of major connection flights like some other airlines would do. They just said “Check the departure information board when you arrive.” We made to our AA flight only it happened to be in the same terminal."

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Negativ: "The fact that there is NO bottled water on the flight and only "tap" water from a plastic jug. As a kosher consumer, I was unable to drink the water from a kosher perspective and I never drink tap water anyway! I found the staff to be less than friendly until the flight was over. Our flight was cancelled and we had a longer wait for the next flight. I missed an evening appointment due to this cancellation. I never understand why the back of the plane doesn't board first, other than first class."

An hour later, they announced the flight was cancelled and we were briskly escorted out of the terminal, told to go through customs and pick up our luggage, which had never even made it on to the plane. They were not re-booking flights at the airport, and the phone lines went to a voice mail message telling us to call back in a few days. I was stranded in Toronto with no phone and no where to stay. It's a week later and I still have not heard anything from from, even though I've called and emailed and sent snail mail."
Negativ: "No leg room, no snack. I had requested wheelchair service and was not met with a wheelchair as I exited the plane. Had to walk up the jetway. No onboard entertainment."
Positiv: "The crew were helpful and professional."
Negativ: "The options for movies and music for the inflight entertainment were not that good. The AirCanada app for mobile devices was not as user-friendly as I expected it to be."
Negativ: "At least snacks could have been given..."
Positiv: "Can't really complain; a typical, good flying experience with Air Canada. They're the only ones that go direct between YYZ and SFO, so not much choice there, but their staff are always friendly and courteous, and usually the plane provides wifi (for a price), which makes the hours whiz by."
Negativ: "There was a slight delay in boarding at SFO, but that was more due to the lateness of a different plane/airline, so not really Air Canada's fault."

Gifts that I bought all got broken, the bag all torn. Air Canada refuse to upgrade my flight as a compensation. All their representatives did not help or provide any support. Other than stating "we are sorry". I and my family and friends will never fly with air Canada again."
Negativ: "Boarding was slow and chaotic because of the number of passengers bringing oversize carry-on bags, presumably to try to avoid the checked-bag fee. The overhead bins filled up early, and passengers squabbled over the available space and objected when flight attendants told them they would have to gate-check their bags. The aisle was congested and blocked for long periods of time as people tried to fit their bags into the bin, and the plane left the gate more than 15 minutes late because of the slow boarding. There were about 100 people on the flight, but only about 20 at baggage claim (including at least two family groups), another indication that the checked-bag fee caused passengers to bring oversize carry-on bags. The overall rating for this flight would be significantly higher if it weren't for the boarding process."

Negativ: "This is an old plan that desperately needs upgrading: it's visibly worn down, the seats are old and uncomfortable, bathrooms were gross, etc. I was also surprised to have to pay for food on a nearly 6 hour, international flight. But even with that said if you're going to make people pay have a decent menu and make sure you have everything available that's on the menu. Amazing how different this flight was from our Munich to Toronto flight."

Negativ: "I was in the middle seat, and the man on my right elbowed me and did not give me room. But the worst thing, besides the awful food, was that my suitcase did not arrive! I hope it arrives today."

Negativ: "I was put in overbooking, and was concerned about not being able to get on the flight. Everything worked out fine in the end, but still did not appreciate this. Given the risk of not being able to board, I will likely not use this airline in the future."
Positiv: "The staff offered a hotel and voucher for for 24hr delay but I was still unable to make up for lost travel time."
Negativ: "I missed my connecting flight to Dublin because the plane was delayed nearly three hours. I received a new ticket for 24hours after my oringial connecting flight. When I arrived in Dublin my baggage had been placed on the wrong flight."
The online check in and the baggage check-in drop off were very convenient. While our plane was forced to wait an hour on the tarmac the pilots were able to make up 30 minutes so the flight was only delayed by 30 minutes. The complimentary cookies, however, could be improved. They are not flavor-able in either taste or texture. The flight crew was great, very hospitable. The sound through the head rest entertainment center could be improved too - audio was tinny.

Negativ: "My final destination had a total of two flights a day available on United. The first leg I originally booked was pushed back and back and back b/c of weather. I was stuck at the Houston airport for 12 hrs after agreeing to take another one-stop flight, making it a total of three flights taking more than 24 hrs. I then had to cry to even get food vouchers. Where would I sleep? On the flor in the Houston airport, the most inhospitable airport I’ve ever been in. They have a hotel *in* the airport, but because it was “weather” causing the delay they refused to put me up. There was a woman whose birthday it was and she was trying to get to her husband having surgery the next day and a double amputee all in the same boat. It was absolutely a nightmare. I got maybe 1 hour sleep the whole night despite trying for 5-6. Never again will I fly United unless under duress or some emergency."

Due to turbulence there was nothing served on the flight, which is beyond the control of the crew. They knrw ahead of time about the turbulence, perhaps they could have quickly passed out pretzels or cookie before the flight took off."

Over $1600 paid and still wanted $80 for my seat of choice. How Greedy."
