One of my pieces was a pair of light skis (5kg, well below the allowed 20kg) that were apparently too long for normal baggage. It is just another way to extract an extra fee. Seat spacing on Jet Star is dismal. Thankfully it was a short flight"

It was frustrating, because the mother did not seem to do anything to have her child be quiet. It makes it hard for everyone around them to have comfortable rest, especially as this was an overnight flight. I have flown over the years with up to 5 children and do know how hard it can be, but it is important to foresee the needs of the child. I wonder of the attendants could have been a little more firm with the mother to ask her not to let the child roam the aisle."

Because I felt quite comfortable, I slept five hours straight during the flight which is phenomenal to me. I will definitely fly with JAL again!"

Wir konnten den buchstäblich erstklassigen Service also länger nutzen. Die Flugbegleiterinnen hatten in der Ausnahmesituation alle Hände voll zu tun. Wir haben uns trotzdem bestens betreut gefühlt."

Gestartet ist die Maschiene dann um 22:05 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, das Bodenpersonal schloss bis zuletzt keine Annulierung aus."

Negativ: "I tried to reschedule due to a death in the family and due to the "small print" this was not possible. Then when I did travel, it turned out I didn't have the right for a piece luggage (again "small print"). I paid for the extra piece and I was double-charged (same amount withdrawn twice). Now I have opened a complained with Austrian and they haven't responded so far."

Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."
Negativ: "Besatzung Bordunterhaltung Verpflegung,alles mit Kartongschachteln wurdest nicht gefragt was du willst. Wurde einfach wauf den Klapptisch hingeknallt. Alles in allem sonst ruhig sauber und in Ordnung."

Positiv: "Dass ich sogar einen Kaffe und einkleiner Snack in Form von kleienem Keks bekam. Ich war vorbereitet, dass ich nichts erhalte.Hatte etwas zu Essen dabei. Freundliches Personal Bordunterhaltung nur bezahlbar und übers Laptop oder Handy Hatte Auflade Möglichkeiten beim vorder Sitz.."

Positiv: "The flight was early to arrive. There was also a rather frightening bit of turbulence, and the pilot explained why it had occurred, which I found very reassuring."
Negativ: "The food was definitely below average. It's virtually all carbohydrates.Other airlines provide you with a printed description of the menu options, so it's easier to make a choice. "Chicken or pasta" doesn't give the passengers any idea of what they are actually choosing. This time the chicken dish was served with pearl couscous, so it was basically pasta as well. The salad I was given was brown and wilted, and while the cabin attendants were kind enough to give me two salad that were in better shape (after meal service), I just think that quality control should have prevented a inedible salad from being served in the first place. I am also extremely opposed to American Airlines Transatlantic luggage fees. Since I was moving abroad rather than taking a short trip, I was not pleased about paying 100 USD for a second bag on top of an already expensive flight."

Negativ: "AA cancel flights recurringly and has no ability to help their customers. Got I flight cancelled yesterday, and was move to another flight later (10:30pm) that supposed to leave ate (3:30pm). After several delays, they started boarding us at 1:00am, but the boarding process so messy and confuse, the plane couldn’t took off before 1:40 by 1 minute and they had to cancel the flight with 200 people inside the plane. An absurd! Flight was rescheduled to today at 10am and obviously took off 1h delayed because AA can't organize simple things to expedite the boarding process."

We were at the farthest International Airport gate M20. After 10 minutes one "pusher" arrived and moved my wife to the bottom of the ramp, approximately 100 feet and left her sitting in the corridor unattended. Although I had 2 Rolla boards I had to push her the full distance to Immigration and Customs. Our bags were sitting on a stationary baggage conveyor, the last from our American Airline flight. It wasn't until we're were ready to leave Customs that 4 people from "Prospect" asked if they could help, saying that they were SORRY!! They had just been standing around. A year ago I had the exact same thing happen to me from gate M1 and my wife had to push me the full distance. BTW, I 'm 71 and my wife is 68."

Negativ: "Im Prinzip war der Flug in time gelandet. Aber dann 40 Minuten gewartet bis ein Gate frei ist. Danach ewiges warten auf den Koffer. Sehr schlechter Service, keine Informationen."

Negativ: "The Avianca flight was over 4 hours late leaving Trujillo and blamed it on weather. Why don't they rearrange and prepare for this if the airport often gets fogged in during this time of the year? Instead they and other airlines leave dozens of travelers stranded. We lost our connecting flight to Iquitos, and after Avianca refused to reimburse us or put us on a different flight we had to purchase another flight with Viva Air with our own money. No accountability or respect for the consumer."

Negativ: "The trip is still ongoing 6 hours after it was to have been over and we still have a couple more hours to go. I understand that things happen, but most of the problems today seem to have been preventable. First, our plane in Lihue was delayed for over 3 hours because they could not get a working fuel truck to fill the plane. Three hours? This caused us to miss our connection in LA, although just barely. We had to wait onboard so that we could use the same gate that our outgoing plane was departing from. If we had just been sent to a different gate we. Oils have made our original flight. So, they put us on a flight to Chicago because there were no more flights to Minneapolis. Then, once in Chicago the incoming plane was delayed and we sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes before deplaning. Then after an hour delay we were told the crew was on the ground and we were boarded. Sat in the plane for another hour, then we’re told we were still waiting for crew members that were delayed so we deplaned again. Another 90 minutes past and we got back on the plane and sat for another 45 minutes. We are finally pulling away from the gate. Hallelujah!"

Negativ: "Bathroom line for some reason was always long. Entertainment via wifi was just ok. Older movies only. New movies on the tiny screens that come down every 4 rows or so."

Negativ: "it was not BA flight American Airlines. For a 6-hour cross-country flight, there was no entertainment of any kind. More than that, no blanket or a pillow was available which made the trip so much worse. Worst of all, the last 90 minutes of the flight all the toilets ran out of water so they can't even be flushed. First time I have ever come across such a problem. Absolutely terrible."

Negativ: "We were not permitted to board the plane until later than expected, but were told we would still take off right away and regain lost time, no mention of a delay at last call or immediately after, despite the 20 minute delay by this point. After taxiing, the pilot informed us of withheld information, that ATC would delay our departure for ~40 minutes, but we could STILL try to make it up in the air. This was a bold faced lie. It was finally  9:52pm before we even took off from SFO. While idling, the cabin started to reek of jet fuel, and people started coughing and sneezing. Upon landing at LAX at 10:46pm, we were told that there was no gate for us, and that we would have to wait for an amount of time that kept changing every time there was an announcement. The toxic jet fumes started to permeate the cabin again, and people started coughing and sneezing in response. Ultimately it is 11:21pm by the time we reached our gate. At this point, the jetway was broken/failed to open, but despite this, the air conditioning was switched off and pax crowd the aisles without direction. Finally we managed to escape at 11:31pm."
