The check-in boarding counter only had 1 employee, the flight was running 20mins late.

Delayed departure. Made me have to pay more for parking and had to call out of work.

More upbeat team at board warm boarding crew but not as upbeat as they need to be in my opinion

Anyone that purchased a Delta 1st Class seat should have access to the Delta Sky Club. My wife and I purchased 1st Class tickets for a Delta flight from SeaTac to Washington Dulles but were denied entrance to the SeaTac Delta Sky Club because we did have an American Express card.

4 flights in 3 weeks between arrival and departure and all flights delayed about 5 to 6 hours ! What’s going on with AF ?! Not a low cost and you paid for that service !?!? Not anymore

Negativ: "I asked for an upgrade as we are on our honeymoon. The ground staff only wanted to get us on the plane and not try in anyway to recognize us. Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Trotz online Check in wurde die digitale Boardkarte akzeptiert. Es wurde na h Kontrolle des Personalausweises eine Papierboardkarte ausgestellt. Im Flieger sind die Sitzreihen noch enger als bei Lufthansa. Der Service an Board war recht unfreundlich. Selbst Wasser gab es nur auf Nachfrage, ansonsten geht der Service an einem vorbei.

Sehr unfreundliches und wenig bemühtes Bodenpersonal. Zwang sämtliches Handgepäck aufzugeben, anschließend war weniger als die Hälfte der over Head bin’s leer. Hinweis auf elektrische Gegenstände im Handgepäck wurde ignoriert.

ees gibt kaum einen Gund, Business Class mit denen zu fliegen. Reihe 1 hat noch nicht einmal eine Overhead bin, man soll das Gepäck nach hinten bringen.

europäische Business Class lohnt sich nicht. Sie versprechen Dir Lounge, aber es gibt sie weder beim Start noch beim Ziel. Nur in Lissabon beim umsteigen. Und da werden fürchterlicher Kaffee und die schlechteste Pastel de Nata, die wir je erlebten, angeboten. Ganz ärmlich alles.

Für die Abgabe des Aufgabegepäcks 1:45 Min gewartet.

Umsteigeverbindung zu Eurowings, Gepäck durchchecken nicht möglich, also genug Zeit einplanen um das Gepäck abzuholen und wieder einzuchecken! Nach dem getränkeservice versammelt sich das Bordpersonal hinten im Flieger zum schnacken."

Negativ: "The only thing that I felt was not appropriate was that they made me check in my carry-on at the gate. Apparently, the airline requested 55 passengers to check their carry-on bags...but they just selected the first people who were closest to the gate. I purposely did not check a bag because I had limited time to make a train connection at my final destination, plus I had to go thru customs and I knew that in itself would be time consuming. I explained this to the airline staff, but they did not care. I think they should have first asked for volunteers; and if still needed, then randomly select people to check in the carry-on. Also they only were making people with the “suitcase” carry-on to check them in....anyone with a duffle-looking bag was not even bothered. Luckly, I’m mange to make my train connection, but I was running to do this...not fun at all."
Negativ: "The flight was delayed and I missed my next flight. They charged me for the next flight (from Lisbon to Porto) full price but put me on wait list, contrary to their representation (Tap Air as well)."

Insgesamt war der Flug ok, nach dem Desaster davor mit verpasstem Anschlussflug und den lautstarken Mitreisenden, wo niemand etwas unternahm von der Crew. Insgesamt hatten wir ca. 15 min. Verspätung.

I found my flight from London to Dusseldorf very satisfactory. All crew were friendly, professional and competent. The flight was a bit delayed but, otherwise, everything went without a hitch.

Am boarding pass hiess es Security wird am Terminal 1 in Wien sein. Leider bin ich den ganzen Weg hingegangen um nachher zu realisieren, dass es dich Terminal 3 war.

Nach 6 Stunden (12.30am bis 630am) im Flieger wurde der Flug abgesagt. Dann ging es erst richtig los: keinerlei Information, kein Support von BA team am Flughafen, stattdessen wurden wir zunächst zu falschem Bereich im Flughafen geführt, nach 25 min waste of time dann Korrektur. Um 7.50am kam dann endlich das Gepäck. Wir mussten dann mit Emirates nach London. BA Kundenservice war nicht verfügbar. Auf refund warte ich noch. Fliege ~50-80x pro Jahr und kann sagen: BA - Worst airline ever.

Nette Crew, schlechtes Catering. Business Class innereuropäisch lohnt sich nicht

Die neue Business Class auf Langstrecke ist Klasse! Also die Kabine. Service wie immer sehr unterschiedlich. Board Bar (Self Service) war nach einer Stunde leer. Verpflegung war furchtbar! Es gibt keine deutschen Filme mehr :-(

The site was misleading, and I resent being peneluzed for trying to be efficient. A two week work trip needs to include a checked bag."
Negativ: "For a new plane, seats are very cramped. If you drop an earpiece on the floor, you pull a muscle to retrieve it / or make. Everyone in your row stand up. Decent movies mean a box under the seat cuts into legroom. A cramped, miserable 7 hours for this 6’0 tall American. Staff was as helpful as they could be, but my knees still hurt."

Negativ: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."
Positiv: "Das Flugpersonal war hektisch beim Servieren. Das bezahlen nur mit Karte war anstrengend und zeitraubend. Eine Stewardess hat Ihre Schuhe nicht richtig.angehabt. Ein Fuß war außerhalb des Schuhs. Waren insgesamt nicht sehr charmant. Sollten sich ein Beispiel an Lufthansa nehmen. Die kassieren für einen Snack und was zu trinken nicht. LH ist besser"

Mal mit BA, ich hätte beim ersten mal schon daraus lernen sollen und diesen Billigflieger nicht mehr nutzen sollen.,"

Negativ: "I can't remember a more cramped and uncomfortable flight. Missed connection on way Paris and we arrived 6 hours late. It took British airways 3 days to get our lost luggage to us. Delayed on way back, adding 4 hours to our trip because the first plane was not "serviceable" and they had to get a replacement. They arbitrarily decide who has to much carry on luggage and force you to check it last minute at the gate while letting others with same size bags take them on the plane. Certainly no better than bargain flights and possibly worse. Why pay extra? No more British Airways for us."
