Set an example, especially since you are offering flights to Raja Ampat. One flight attended (name started with KOR...) was not friendly and helpful at all. I asked if could safely store some fragile items and she said put it in the overhead bin. I said it would get destroyed and she just stopped the conversation and asked me to go to my seat. That is not helpful, nor is that good customer service."

Then they put us in a bus which took a loooong time to get to the right terminal. I was sick at that time so this was very inconvenient."
