The plane was spacious for economy and wide open. That being said, we were able to get a whole row to ourselves, which just put the icing on the cake."
Negativ: "At such high altitudes, for a very long period of time and for the latter half of the flight, flying over desert sand, I became very dehydrated and constantly had to ask for water. When I asked the crew if my travel mate and I could just have our own bottle, we were given one bottle to share. As a frequent flyer I try really hard to be as little of a pain as possible, ensuring I bring everything I could possibly need with me on a flight. It is suggested, for every 2 hours you're in the air, you drink 8 oz of water, which for us would've totaled 48-56 oz. it's almost impossible to carry that much water with you while flying. That would honestly be my only gripe, full 16-24 oz bottles of water to the passengers or more water service."

Diabetic diet: Chocolate brownie snack? Carb and Sugar-laden foods bring blood glucose levels sky high. (Intentional pun). All the rice, pasta, and bread/muffins included in my servings mean I don't get to eat all my meal. Then get a snack like a brownie or pretzels? Any type of meat without sauce or gravy, eggs, vegetables like zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, or squash. No potatoes, no bread, no fresh fruit other than blueberries or strawberries. Even with exercising my willpower to avoid the foods I shouldn't eat, my glucose shot up by 40 points.
Their business class on this Airbus flight was just Economy seats with the middle seat blocked off with a fixed table. No extra space at all. Food was ok but not worth the extra expense imo.
Ich wurde ungefragt umgebucht, hab meinen gebuchten Flug davon fliegen sehen, obwohl ich beim Boarding stand. Dort wurde mir nämlich gesagt ich sei jetzt in einem späteren Flieger und der wurde dann gecancelt. Bin in London gestrandet.
Am boarding pass hiess es Security wird am Terminal 1 in Wien sein. Leider bin ich den ganzen Weg hingegangen um nachher zu realisieren, dass es dich Terminal 3 war.
There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!

Dort wurde ohne Worte, Erklärung, Entschuldigung oder Hilfe umgebucht und eine neue Bordkarte ausgedruckt. Solch ein Desinteresse an Unterstützung habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt. P.S. Ich spreche fließend englisch, es war also keine Sprachbarriere."
