Because the 2 tickets were from different carriers, the airline charged us $1600 to buy new tickets. I would never buy tickets this way again."

Positiv: "Actually, the flat bed seat is not an Aeromexico virtue, this is part of the 787-800 series. Fortunately, All Nippon Airways is serving Mexico City and there is no doubt what is gonna be my next option."
Negativ: "1. Delayed departure. 2. Mediocre flight attendants with poor understanding of what this kind of long haul flight should be in business class. 3. The two only meals were uneatable. The chicken was carved 2 weeks ago and stored in permafrost before serving. 4. I've flown 7 times the same route with Aeromexico and this was the worst of all of them."

Negativ: "The gate wasn't posted on any screens (which I realize may be the airport's issue, not the airline), the plane were on had very old, worn, and uncomfortable cotton seats (there was a permanent dip where people had been sitting, and my husband's seat cushion wasn't held down in any way - as in, he could remove it completely). On our flight down, we all had our own TVs allowing us to watch whatever, but on this flight there was only the drop down TVs, and there were a lot of crying children (which I also realize is completely out of your control, but didn't help in adding to our experience)."

Ha, I wouldn't give AeroMexico another cent. Garbage establishment, can't believe Kayak does business with such a low end partner."

Negativ: "Stated "free wifi" on plane by the door entrance. But once seated and trying to log in. You have to pay. So it is not "free" In my opinion that sigh is false advertising."

Negativ: "The flight was delayed 10 hours, we finally boarded as I was going to put my luggage on he over bin a passenger tells me I couldn’t use the space because she was saving it for her sisters who were not on the plane yet the flight attendant was next to me and allowed this to happen. There were also some very obnoxious passengers and again the flight attendant did nothing to control the situation. By far worst flight and service!"

They never mentioned I had to be 2 hours earlier to be on board, I didn't got heads up, i came like an hour and 15 minutes, and they told me I was not able to go in, because the gates were closed. I told them about my situation that I was late because I was in a funeral, and they didn't really care about it. Customer service was not really nice to me even though when I got there not to late. They didn't really care. Sad about it. I though they were going to considered my case. The attitude of some employees were unacceptable."
