Tight space, No onboard entertainment, food served not so appetizing. There are other $food$ choices but you have to pay extra.

Friendly staff, excellent food, a whole lot of good choices for onboard entertainment, comfortable ride, and good legroom even in the economy.

The crew was fantastic. They did their utmost to accommodate our needs throughout the flight. Definitely Singapore Airlines is the best.

At $200 roundtrip, I was worried there were going to be a bunch of charges for things as well as delays. But low and behold, UNI/EVA seems to have figured out cheap tickets that run on schedule and includes all the normal perks like luggage. 1:50am flight is perfect, left Vietnam on time and even arrived in Taipei ahead of schedule! I would definitely fly them again."

Unterhaltung könnte besser sein

I had bought a ticket with two checked bags but when I did the check in they made me pay for the second bag saying it wasn’t included in the ticket. Plus, I had asked for vegetarian food when buying the ticket and they didn’t gave me special food. Don’t know if it is eDreams fault or Turkish Airlines.

Positiv: "Hallo ich habe bezahl über meine Kreditkarte Flugticket trsbzon München leider haben sie geld genommen aber nicht bestätigt über Email oder SMS weil sie mich immer geschreiben das ist mit die Karte Problem also hab das wegen andere flug gebucht möchte die geld zurück danke für Bearbeitung soyygit iveta.."

Beide Maschinen veraltet, Unterhaltungstechnik von Entebbe funktioniert gar nicht, kein Bemühen der Besatzung, auch Bordtechnik im Airbus nach Stuttgart völlig veraltet! Keine Weiterempfehlung!"

Negativ: "Catering !!!!!! Meals need to be upgraded internationally to fit all tastes !! Travelers on board on route AUH-LAX are not all from Gulf or India or far Asia. Actually the majority are either from Middle East including Arabian Gulf counties and from United States. But menu on board is always splitted into two choices: One choice fits all and another fits only Indians !!! This would be a great favor if we are on board an Indian airliner, but not for Al-Etihad Airways !! And this is a true problem because any passenger from Middle East or Europe or America CAN NEVER eat that Indian meals which was served on board !! I’m a doctor.. You will have a diarrhea straight forward for the rest of the flight. It’’s hot spices mixed with anything pasta or chicken or vegetables and that’s it. That maybe so much tasty for certain group of people but in a restaurant not on board a flight on air. They are blocking passengers’ choices in food in the other option whatever it is. And situation may got worse if the only other option is for instance is meat because my wife doesn’t eat meat (she’s exceptional.. That’s right) but then she poorly can not eat any meal on board this flight and has to wait for the second meal after another 6 hours. Maybe she will be lucky and she can eat the only second available option for all because we all can not eat the first choice meal which is a must to be Indian. And here I’m specifying it. It’s Indian, not vegetarian meal. Vegetarian meal would be a nice choice acceptable to try for anyone. This must be considered!!! Passengers have nothing to eat except what air-hosts serve them for 16 hours !! So Al-Etihad should kindly know that not half of its passengers on board are Indians. This was a very pleasant experience to travel with Saudia. From booking to traveling back was very smooth and efficient.
