Their customer service as specially those in Frankfurt is worse
We lost all our baggage When we inquired they said the baggage wasn’t loaded from Singapore due to bad weather. Then we have got a email saying they haven’t still located the baggage. How can that be?
I felt there were rules for some and different ones for others in the same class which I felt was unfair even though it didn’t necessarily affect me.Water (especially) and snacks needed to be brought round more often especially for people that don’t sleep. I found all the staff really pleasant.

Someone from the airport employee open our luggages and stole Nike air 1 shoes and Bally shoes, and 6 Nike dri fit shirt, and lots of chocolates.
Nothing much to expect for an hour flight
Everything is excellent eventhough our flight was cancelled. They provide us accomodation in the hotel and food. I understand why the flight was cancelled and I’m glad they did cause it’s for our own safety.

They gave a 250NT lunch voucher and asked to what til the next flight in the afternoon. That was the longest flight I experienced coming from New York."

So, that might fill the vacancies in business and make me a faithful passenger. The disability assistance was very good in Bangkok and Taipei. Disability assistance was horrible(wheelchair) assistance in SFO. I had NO assistance for 90 minutes to obtain a wheelchair while .d waiting to board my departure from SFO . The same was true but worse on the return to SFO. I was let off the plane LAST and the wheelchair was not there and I waited. The wheelchair person parked me outside the gate and said NOTHING and walked away. After 15 minutes waiting for his return, I went on my own and nearly passed out waiting in the horrible immigration line. It took 120 minutes from leaving the plane to getting in my car at the airport. Ridiculoius and a violation of Americans with Disabilities ACT."

Worst experience ever, never ever flying with etihad again.
Overall experience except baggage collection in Chicago was good. In Chicago, baggages from many flights routed to single domestic carousel that had caused lots of mess and many had to wait for more than 90 minutes to collect the baggage as Etihad baggages were released in pockets due to priorities given to other domestic flights baggage

Negativ: "Catering !!!!!! Meals need to be upgraded internationally to fit all tastes !! Travelers on board on route AUH-LAX are not all from Gulf or India or far Asia. Actually the majority are either from Middle East including Arabian Gulf counties and from United States. But menu on board is always splitted into two choices: One choice fits all and another fits only Indians !!! This would be a great favor if we are on board an Indian airliner, but not for Al-Etihad Airways !! And this is a true problem because any passenger from Middle East or Europe or America CAN NEVER eat that Indian meals which was served on board !! I’m a doctor.. You will have a diarrhea straight forward for the rest of the flight. It’’s hot spices mixed with anything pasta or chicken or vegetables and that’s it. That maybe so much tasty for certain group of people but in a restaurant not on board a flight on air. They are blocking passengers’ choices in food in the other option whatever it is. And situation may got worse if the only other option is for instance is meat because my wife doesn’t eat meat (she’s exceptional.. That’s right) but then she poorly can not eat any meal on board this flight and has to wait for the second meal after another 6 hours. Maybe she will be lucky and she can eat the only second available option for all because we all can not eat the first choice meal which is a must to be Indian. And here I’m specifying it. It’s Indian, not vegetarian meal. Vegetarian meal would be a nice choice acceptable to try for anyone. This must be considered!!! Passengers have nothing to eat except what air-hosts serve them for 16 hours !! So Al-Etihad should kindly know that not half of its passengers on board are Indians. They made me transfer my booking for another day and told me to go to the embassy for a visa. Then they didn’t issue the boarding pass for the replacement flight"

My flight from Dhaka to Riyadh in Saudi Arabia was an 6 hour flight during the flight I get hungry and I asked cabin crew members to Have some snakes unfortunately they replied me we dot have any meal we only have some snakes. It was horrible experience for me to stay hungry. I was traveling business class and I asked them to have some drinks but they told me we don’t serve any alcohol. No food No alcohol No good music I will not suggest anyone to board this airline."
Positiv: "Very nice and comfortable flight. Good crew, entertainment and food is good. The best best part they deducted a special space for prayer where you can’t find it on any other airline."

The crew did not treat us well and they speak as if they don't want to do anything and in a rude way. Also the pilot have no experience in flying with the plane as the plane vibrates strongly even while mid-air and at constant speed and altitude. There were a lot of noise and babies crying in the plane and the stewardess just left us and didn't want to serve me even a cup of water. And they also come late. The entertainment screen was always lagging and ads are everywhere. Leg space was very small and I can not relax or sleep in a long haul flight."
