The flight attendants were unreasonable and forced me to put my medication on the top bin despite the fact I had told them it was extremely delicate, that it that to go upright, and that I needed to keep it with me. Dienstleistung wurde nicht geliefert wie gebucht und ich musste trotzdem Stornierungskosten übernehmen. Nie wieder.

Mehr MNS Kontrollen während des Fluges, einige Fluggäste haben Maske nicht korrekt getragen Getränke Service inkludieren. Erwarte ich mir bei einer Premium Airline

Getting luggage after flight at Dulles took a really long time, but I think that is more of an airport issue as getting my luggage from another Austrian airlines flight to another airport was a breeze."

The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."

The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

They canceled our flights but they flew anyway.

The plane was warm and the AC barely came out. Wi-Fi dropped out numerous times. Crew didn't seem as professional as other crew we've encountered and only did one pass thru to collect service items. Pleaded with passengers to bring trash to the front on exit and not leave it in/around seats. Only 1st Class and main cabin from row 23 up to 13 got beverage service. Rows 12 and forward were out of luck.

Comfortable. Great flight attendants. Great pilots. Best landing in a AA unit ever

having three seats to myself .

Guy sitting next to me didn’t wear his mask the entire time and flight attendants didn’t ask him to wear it. Strange since they usually do, but he took it off immediately upon sitting down and it wasn’t addressed for the 2 hour flight. WiFi wasn’t operational.

AA has consistent maintenance problems that causes customers to miss connecting flights. Of course, we get the perfunctory, I’m sorry you have to spend the evening in the airport.

I was in an aisle seat and every time I started to fall asleep, someone going down the aisle slammed into me, making any sort of rest impossible. And the flight attendants had the typical U.S. flight attendant perma-rage, of course. I feel sorry for them, underpaid and overworked, but always p***ed off. Anerican Airlines needs to look at Emirates and other non-U.S. carriers to learn how to treat their passengers."

Negativ: "Online check-in did not work for me. When I called, I spent 40 minutes on hold before giving up. I went early to the airport to sort out the issue and the reps lied to me and then sent me to a different airline counter even though I booked through BA and was having an issue with the second leg of the flight which was indeed operated by BA. My issue wasn’t resolved until I spoke to a manager."

Stuff was extremely polite helpful and professional

Their business class on this Airbus flight was just Economy seats with the middle seat blocked off with a fixed table. No extra space at all. Food was ok but not worth the extra expense imo.

Am boarding pass hiess es Security wird am Terminal 1 in Wien sein. Leider bin ich den ganzen Weg hingegangen um nachher zu realisieren, dass es dich Terminal 3 war.

Boarding in Heathrow was a total mass due to staff shortages. 3 out of 4 flight legs were delayed, some considerably. Food is as always mediocre, but plentiful. IFE is a bit dated with imo poor movie choices. Cabin staff was always amazing, friendly and helpful. Always available and smiling, even through the mask. Very clean lavatories and comfortable seats in business, although the product does feel a little dated by now.

Nette Crew, schlechtes Catering. Business Class innereuropäisch lohnt sich nicht

There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!

Negativ: "Das Boarding und Disembarking hat schier ewig gedauert, weil der Flieger nur 1 Tuer hatte, die Gaenge viel zu schmal und die Gepaeckfaecher viel zu klein sind. Kann ja verstehen, warum das so sein muss. Vielleicht sollte man beim Boarding einfach regeln, dass die Leute in den hinteren Reihen zuerst einsteigen und zuletzt aussteigen, damit es nicht so ein fuerchterliches Gewuehle gibt. Und es sollte moeglich sein, Gepaeck kostenfrei einzuchecken."

They didn’t bother to check and announce the gate of major connection flights like some other airlines would do. They just said “Check the departure information board when you arrive.” We made to our AA flight only it happened to be in the same terminal."
