The irony is that two wheelchairs were there until just. Edited boarding time and both were taken away."

They didn’t announce priority boarding at all. Needed to walk up and check at gate

My luggage was delayed because the flight arrived late and I almost missed my connecting flight to Atlanta. My luggage was delayed and it took 3 days to receive my luggage once it arrived in Atlanta. The baggage department is horrendous and non-existent. I did not get a call, I had to go to the Airport and wait for manager to board a flight, waited 3 hours and then they got my luggage for me. I understand staffing issues but there should be a better process for baggage services.

The airport staff of Qatar airlines was UNFRIENDLY and UNHELPFUL. They all acted like we were bothering them. They gave no help in moving from one station to another. In general they gave an extremely bad first impression of Qatar airlines!!

Negativ: "I requested a chicken meal and I told the steward that I would wait because he did not have anymore at that moment. He never came back until it was time to pick up trash. I proceeded to tell him I never got the main course, he apologized and told me that there was only an egg entree left. I went ahead and took it, then as a way to apologize he offered to get me a piece of fruit, a banana. I accepted but he never came back with it. It was not a big deal but I did not appreciate being offered something and then no follow up. Next time do not offer something and then not follow through."

The menu choices were amazing and the wine selections were very good. What made the difference was the attentiveness of the cabin crew. I would particularly like to commend the purser and the flight attendants on flight 707 DOH-IAD for their assistance and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty"
Negativ: "Flight 707 was supposed to have the new Qsuites in Business Class, so it was disappointing that without prior notice the airline switched to an aircraft with normal (but quite good) business class seating. Nevertheless, the purser and the flight attendants made the flight memorable in a very positive way."

This is not the airline's fault but I had a crazy lady next to me who was very disoriented, who could not speak English and needed assistance. No one would deal with her! She had a little pouch with her name on it -- like a UM -- so someone knew something was not right when they put her on the flight. I bought drinks inside the terminal for this 14 hour flight but they were all confiscated at the additional security at the gate!! WTF"

I was put through 3 security checks when I already went through security in KTM. On the 3rd check my Dutyfree whiskey was taken from me because they would not let me take it in my carry on. They said I could take it if I checked my carry on bag (one backpack). My carry on has everything I need for a 16 hour flight. Plus, I had my very expensive camera gear in there too so I could not do this. This was unfair and Qatar needs to step up and return my Dutyfree whiskey and reimburse for the flight without TV. I will never suggest Qatar to anyone."

Negativ: "Kayak a howed my gate as something that didn’t exist at the terminal. I went to a kayak help desk to have a ticket printed that showed my TSA precheck because it wasn’t showing on my mobile ticket, and no one was there to help. I waisted for 10 mins. It then took me nearly 2 hours to get through security. I asked if I could get through quicker and was told I could not, despite it being passed my boarding time. I then ran to my gate where I waited for another 10 mins (no one was there, again) and then an employee came out and said they couldn’t let anyone board once the door was shut. He then directed me to the delta help desk (there was at least 20 people behind me who missed their flight). I then had to pay an additional $75 to get a later flight. The whole experience was awful and I’m disappointed with Kayak and the gate confusion, but mostly Delta and the lack of customer service."

Positiv: "I didn't get a chance to get the gentleman's name at the gate, but he was able to get me on the earlier flight (since I had NO luggage and only 1 carry on that fit under my seat) and didn't charge me the stupid fee for filling a seat that was empty when I was giving up a seat on a later flight that would accommodate those who missed this earlier flight. Nice to see kindness in an industry that seizes fees on every opportunity."

Got to watch bag handlers throw and drop luggage like true gorillas. Delta, this time you truely are the worst. Wont book you again."

Alles ist gut abgelaufen. Es war ein kurzer Flug und wir haben eine schöne gute Aufenthalt gehabt. Dann haben wir ja sehr gut gelandet.

Gepäck kam leider nicht an und wir wurden erts nach langem warten informiert. Swissport team hat aber einen fantastischen Job gemacht und unsere Lost&Found Formulare mit uns ausgefüllt.

Wir konnten den buchstäblich erstklassigen Service also länger nutzen. Die Flugbegleiterinnen hatten in der Ausnahmesituation alle Hände voll zu tun. Wir haben uns trotzdem bestens betreut gefühlt."

Das Boarding dauert schließlich auch unendlich lange/ Maschine war komplett ausgebucht. Besser wäre gewesen, von hinten nach vorne die Maschine zu füllen, nicht kreuz und quer durcheinander, bis jeder dann sein Gepäck verstaut hat - das kostete zusätzlich Zeit."

Negativ: "Online check-in in Mumbai war äußerst holprig und Bordkartenausdruck ohne Vorankündigung "due to administrativ restrictions" verboten. Widerspüchliche Aussagen machen es nicht leichter, man braucht ja einen Ausdruck um überhaupt ins Flughafengebäude zu dürfen. Anstatt um 2.55 Uhr nachts dann eine dreiviertel Stunde Verspätung. Am Online bagage drop off äußerst zurückhaltender Service. Der elektronisch gebuchte Sitzplatz wurde nicht auf der jetzt ausgestellten Bordkarte übernommen, sondern ein willkürlicher, weit entfernter Platz. Die Dame am Schalter konnte auch keine nebeneinander liegenden Plätze für mich und meine Frau buchen. Das sollten wir mit den Passagieren ausmachen, die würden vielleicht tauschen. Und ein Blick auf den Sitzplan, das ist leider verboten. Bei so einer Kundenorientierung kommt die Lufthansa üblen Billigfliegern gleich. Vielleicht sind dort die Flightattendents jedoch weniger hochnäsig."
