Besides that everything was great."

I will have to ask China Airlines to reimburse my Uber expenses."

Most other airlines label it as sporting goods and I pay the overweight fee, usually $150 CAD. Not this airline ! I could have booked another person for return flight and only added $300 to my bill ! Utter ridiculous how bad I got raped on this. Ok over weight yes. But over weith + oversize + oversize is a bit much !"

The return trip was delayed from Hong Kong to Taiwan and Taiwan to Los Angeles. Both delays were only announced at the time of the original boarding time."

Negativ: "My baggage was damaged on an earlier flight and China Airlines is simply not available to fix the matter. Ground staff are not their employees and they do nothing about it except pass you on to talk to people at the next destination...who are also not able to do anything."

Negativ: "The crew had the same problem as from LAX to TPE. A guy kept talking loud and the entire flight could hear him."
Negativ: "Food and seats were mediocre at best. Two of the flight attendants that we had the displeasure to experience appeared irritated and when asked for a glass of water we had to wait 30 minutes (after asking three times). On top of that, once we arrived to Tokyo they lost our luggage. We kept phoning the Tokyo desk, but then the airline went on strike and our calls were left unanswered. Japan Airlines, which handles all baggage for all carriers in and out of Narita couldn't do anything either. When they were finally operational I phoned again for two more days with no offer of compensation for additional clothing that we had to buy. Finally on the 7th day they indicated they found the luggage and it never left SF!"

The crew was extremely attentive. Food presentation and quality was excellent. Very comfortable seating and sleep accommodations (business class) I would definitely fly Turkish Air again.

If there was working AC. Ridiculous to have such a long flight and be so hot. They ran out of water bottles because everyone was so parched.

Häufige mutwillige Zerstörung meiner Rimowa Aluminumkoffer durch das Bodenpersonal: Dellen, Löcher, Kratzer (was zu langen Auseinandersetzungen nachträglich führt)."

Beide Maschinen veraltet, Unterhaltungstechnik von Entebbe funktioniert gar nicht, kein Bemühen der Besatzung, auch Bordtechnik im Airbus nach Stuttgart völlig veraltet! Keine Weiterempfehlung!"

Cabin crew

The crew was good. The change in the schedule delayed our connecting flight from JED to DMM for more than 10 hours. I had to schedule my important meeting early morning. SAUDIA is not helping to reserve other available flights as this delay was their mistake and we paid the penalty without any care to satisfy their customers. It will be the last time to travel with SAUDIA and I will post this story everywhere to tell all passengers the risk they need to take if they book via SAUDIA.

Negativ: "I searched for a certain date range and a well-priced option came up with vayama . I Bought it. It is probably my fault for not reading the fine print, but the flight I bought was not within the date range of my search and I didn't notice for a few days. I had to pay an additional $150 to change the flight. Never using vayama again, and this reflects badly on Kayak"

Negativ: "I’ll say the same thing about almost every flight I have, and this is mostly for the airlines. People might fly more and pay a bit more if you give us more room. Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable."

Positiv: "My checked in bag did not arrive to HEL... Nedless to say I did check the bag tag was properly labeled RIX to HEL... oh well ... bad score for Baltic Air ... truly hope to see my bag in CGK when I arrived. Qatar airways pls come to the rescue."

Negativ: "The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

Negativ: "Durch die Größe des Flugzeugs hat mein Handgepäck leider nicht in die Klappen oberhalb der Sotze gepasst. Dies war wohl allerdings auch meine Schuld, da ich sehr großes Gepäck dabei hatte."
Negativ: "Charging 30 Euros to check in at the airport is lunacy."
Negativ: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."
Negativ: "SEVERELY DELAYED"
Negativ: "They overbooked the flight and without any apologies on their behalf or without even informing me, they stop me and my fiance at the gate and just told is that we can not go to the flight I book and prepay 4 month at advance! The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"
Negativ: "bag measure frames in Riga airport used for aB are smaller than in most airports, as a results we were asked to check some bags in at the last moment. we have had connecting flight through Riga with two hand bags. lets call them big and small. judge by yourself: flight, aircraft, small, big ->Riga CS3, on board, on board Riga-> DHC 8-400, on board, check in ->Riga DHC 8-400, on board, on board Riga-> CS3, check in, check in as you see, the same bags on the same aircraft were allowed or disallowed by the same company based on weather one flies to Riga or from it. i believe there is absolutely no purpose for doing last second interruptions of such kind"

Negativ: "The seats are worn and creek with every movement. There is very limited leg room even for someone who is short. When the person in front of you leans back it is impossible to reach your hand baggage or do anything but lay back in your seat. The landing was safe but not at all comfortable."

Negativ: "The flight was cancelled, so I did not make to the my connection flight with different carrier. I had to reschedule the flight and stay in the hotel overnight. AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic."
Negativ: "In Stockholm they denied my boarding to Riga and Moscow as they told me that I need Shengen visa. When I was buying ticket I wasn't informed that I need to have Visa. I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."
