Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

This is something we do every flight we take with no issue, but despite the gate agent confirming that the items would meet us on the jetway, when we landed, we were informed that we would need to pick them up in baggage claim. This meant that instead of having our infant sleeping in his car seat as we spent an hour + going through customs, we had to carry a crying baby around the entire time. In addition to the fact that we asked the gate agent told us the wrong thing, instead of being handled with care, the stroller and car seat were sent down the baggage claim carousel with all of the other bags, getting banged up. This was incredibly frustrating and a terrible customer service experience."

Dandy attendant tells the guy in the aisle seat That he was such a good passenger that if she had a metal she would give it to him. I’m sitting there like WTF I have only Peed once in 13 hours because the baby was in the bassinet sleeping and I didn’t want to disturb it. And the WiFi didn’t work"

Boarding passes needed to be purchased by paying extra if my husband and I wanted to sit next to each other. I tried calling the customer service line through kayak and waited on hold for a long time with no indication of wait time. When the gate agent arrived, we asked and were moved to seats next to each other right away. The ticket agent at initial check in was very abrasive and non-solution oriented. if what she was saying was true— that we only paid for tickets and had to pay extra for boarding passes together— that was never made clear during the booking process. It’s unlikely I’ll use kayak again unless I know for sure what I’m buying."

As a customer, i dont need all the rambling explanation every ten minutes about the issue. I was told that we could board another flight leaving in 30 minutes, so i went to that gate, crew was not there and we boarded the plane. We had to de- board and wait for the crew. After the crew showed up, the rest of the flight was pretty standard."

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

It was a hassle to get some kind of compensation and just having to wear the same clothes for 2 days. Also the Hong Kong to Vancouver, and Vancouver to Seattle flights were also delayed"

Positiv: "Entertainment and Food on Board was better than US carriers. Campbell Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup was not hot enough and not enough broth, Cheese was ok."
Negativ: "We had yet another weather delay. Why put us on the Aiplane just to sit on the runway, Ground Stiop! The Custom process is not well explained and takes far too long. Very Bad! Because of all the delays for weather and a tight connection at Toronto we lost our Luggage. One day later at 11:00 pm we finally have our luggage. Bad!"

Positiv: "I loved the trip back to Philadelphia. Somehow the crew upgraded my trip, and the crews are super nice. Love it!"

Negativ: "We got a hotel in St. Louis so we'd be plenty early for our morning flight. Got to the airport more than 2 hours early, checked in and waited. They announced over the overhead speakers that our flight was delayed due to mechanical issues. Then delayed again. Then cancelled. We were on the phone with both the airline and priceline ASAP. By "on the phone" I mean "holding for the next available representative...", which was more than an hour wait for both. The airline didn't have another flight they could fit us on until next week. We asked priceline to get us on the next available flight. We held, were disconnected, held, held more, disconnected, held more...until the day was gone. That evening they finally said they booked us on a 6:15 a.m. flight. I asked for an email confirmation and when it didn't arrive several hours later I called back. "Please hold" was the catch phrase of the day. Eventually a rep came on the line and said that we had a 6:15 a.m. flight, gave me the flight number, etc. and said the email would arrive shortly. We went to bed feeling good. We got up at 3 a.m. to get to the airport by 4 a.m. The airline didn't have anything on us. We had two hours to get this straightened out so we weren't TOO worried. "Please hold" When the priceline rep finally came on the phone she said we had reservations and the airline should let us on. Even though it was 5 a.m. now there was a long line at the airport check-in. When we got to the front of the line the guy dug deeper into his system, said he could find our reservation, but that priceline just hadn't purchased the tickets. I told this to the priceline rep on the phone. "Please hold" We watched as our flight left. We spent the day trying to get priceline to get us on a flight, but I was never able to speak to someone able to get us on a flight."

Negativ: "No monitor available to follow route .Too long trip w/o any entertainment."

Negativ: "Why is it that Air Canada is the only airline that makes you take off your earphones during take off and landing? Are they stuck back in the 1950's?!"
