Excellent flight. Wonderful inflight service. Check in in Mumbai could have been better but overall 10/10.
If they have fruits as snacks that would have been good.
Friendly staff, excellent food, a whole lot of good choices for onboard entertainment, comfortable ride, and good legroom even in the economy.
Check in took a long time although I had already checked in via app; it took a long time to board; Seats we’re not comfortable; The way food was served was very weird and unpleasant since some people were served first even when we were sitting next to each other. Food was awful! Flight attendants were not very attentive.
The service was outstanding and cabin crew were friendly and approachable. Beverage service was regular throughout the flight, but the quality of the food could have been better, even for Premium Economy.

The flights were delayed by a few minutes, which led to me stressing to make it on time to my flights, and I felt dehydrated and nauseous. Also the website doesn’t specify that we will have to purchase meals either before hand or on board, and that the airlines only took cash and no credit card. It was miserable, a whole 20+ hour flight with lots of stress of catching my flight, checking and the checking my baggage, and being hungry and thirsty because I didn’t carry enough cash on me."

Extremer Stress nach dem Upgrade auf Business class. Super advisor war extrem unflexibel. Meine Kids wurden extrem unfreundlich behandelt. Nach diesem Flug hat Qatar einen treuen Business Kunden mit mir verloren.

The bathroom is not that good.. dirty.. the sink is not properly draining.. (all bathrooms - all flights- back&forth) . There was no toilet paper seat either going to DC. Crew is not picking up trays/trash right away. Once, we even brought our tray in the back. Food should be mix of western& middle east. middle east food is a bit too much for some passengers- too smelly, spicy,— The crew are nice though. Very helpful and friendly.

Very Spacious flight you can ask to move where someone is not seated. inflight entertainment was great, and great food! Bathrooms were clean. Service was lovely with members going round taking polaroid photos for memories of a journey. This was my first long haul flight and it went so smoothly thanks to the emirates team.
The boarding process took FOREVER. I arrived three hours before my flight and barely made it to the gate in time for boarding and there was no waiting as all to pass through the security checkpoint. Emirates simply was understaffed on Jan 7th 2022. More importantly, the flight crew made very little effort to enforce the mask requirement and the result was everywhere you look you could see passengers with their mask not covering their nose, and then after seating many didn't have the mask covering their mouth either. It was a total health hazard. Unacceptable.
Die First Class von Emirates ist sagenhaft. Kann ich nur schwerstens weiterempfehlen. Die Kabinen, Toiletten/Duschen, das Personal, Essen und Onboard-Unterhaltung wird man nur schwer toppen können.
Tjue legt me strandes on Iraq and the Manager would not speak to me and tell me if I was rebooked or what, I had my PCR test, was four hours early and complied with everything they asked. I am sickened how they treated customers, I needed to spend $2300 to get back to the US.

The flight attendant would not attend to me despite me pressing the button and twice skipped me while giving out meals. I had to call them back and ask for it. The bathrooms were SO dirty and yet no flight attendant took out the trash or cleaned it even though we are in the midst of a pandemic. We were also not given hygiene kits to keep ourselves safe. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE."

Negativ: "Boarding: by bus at BKK on a Boeing 777, not as expected with emirates, gate was set as “G1A”, we read this as Gate 1A, but needed to run from A1 all the way to G1, got late on the bus. Food: Chicken with peppers average, no good taste Drinks: had to broken cups, one on the top (changed that), one at the bottom with a hole in it. Red wine spilled all over my trousers and pullover. Shit happens, but (a) what about the quality of the goods and (b) how does the crew handle this? Crew/Service: Generally friendly, but the guy who served the red wine had no clue how to handle this: 1. Red wine on cloth is bad to clean 2. After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

Negativ: "It was overall good goong there, however my trip back from Manila to Ontario was cancelled due to employee strike and i had a 12 hr lay over in Taipei and diverted my flight to LAX and have to pay almost $100 for my Uber ride. I will have to ask China Airlines to reimburse my Uber expenses."

Positiv: "Though the boarding process for this flight had the passengers take a shuttle to board the plane, I actually preferred this, because it seemed that the process was more efficient. The crew was quick to get everyone settled and our flight departed within just a couple of minutes from the original departure time. Seemed as though it was way faster than the normal gate departures of most flights I've been on."

Positiv: "The second plane was lovely, with an outlet, comfortable decor, and awesome entertainment system. The first plane economy was roomy for an over seas flight compared to planes I have been on in the past."
Negativ: "Airlines could not check me in their system without me having a return ticket, which I did not need for Indonesia as I was receiving a visa upon arrival which does NOT require a return ticket. I was told this as the flight was boarding, so I had to spend $$ on a last minute flight in a panic to anywhere - that I couldn't get a refund for just so I could board the plane."
