Flights departed and arrived on time at each destination. First time ever!! I was shocked and happy!
I followed all airport, tsa & delta staff regulations. They charged me a fortune. $750 to check luggage which went to Baltimore without me. I need two of those bags sent to Atlanta now. I will be on hold for an hour with them trying to resolve this. I will be flying home on America or United
Left 30 minutes late. Front lavatory was out of order.

Positiv: "Crew was attentive , quiet flight"

Positiv: "Friendly, patient and helpful employees."
Negativ: "Nothing could have been better. We traveled economy and were treated like 1st class."
Negativ: "Love flying Delta superb customer service"
Positiv: "The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling. The boarding rear to front should have been in place years ago and the deplaning was about normal front to rear with distancing."
Negativ: "Zero PPE or social distancing by crew"
Positiv: "When I asked for a seat change the crew was very accommodating"
Negativ: "With covid in Seattle I was placed next to a restroom. I did not see any bathroom sanitation occurring during the flight, and no sanitizer available anywhere."
Positiv: "Boarding went well."
Negativ: "Crew could be more attentive. They avoided passengers most of the time."

Positiv: "The gate crew were very responsive and told us accurate estimates about the delayed departure time. They even distributed snacks for us."
Negativ: "The flight crew was subpar. We had been delayed by 2 hours and they did nothing to assuage anyone’s frustrations. Service was minimal and lacklustre. In flight WiFi didn’t work with any streaming service. Plane was noisy and old. Seat was about worn through. Truly the worst in flight experience I can remember having domestically."
Negativ: "Smooth flight, great crew."

Negativ: "They were delayed. They wouldn't let us keep our checked sized bags which slowed us down even more. Our next flight left without us while we were waiting for a gate to open so we could get off the plane. There were no more flights so we had to fly to an alternate city and rent a car to get home."

Negativ: "Wir hatten uns für den teureren Direktflug entschieden - dieser wurde zweimal geändert, letztendlich hatten wir einen Stop in Orlando und sind viel früher losgeflogen als ursprünglich geplant - was zur Folge hatte, dass die Kids quasi nicht geschlafen haben weil wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen und zu allem Überfluss wurden unsere Sitzplätze geändert - in die Reihe vor dem Notausgang, an der sich nicht mal die Lehne zurückstellen lässt... also extrem wenig Platz wenn der Vordermann seine zurückstellt..."
Positiv: "Entertainment on the flight was fantastic."
Negativ: "Delta really struggles with trying to get everyone in the plane in an orderly fashion. Window seats must climb over all of the aisle passengers that got on before."

Positiv: "great crew, very nice and helpful often looking for ways to serve people. More leg room. I had a free upgrade to exit row seating. Food was prettu good for a flight of that length."
Positiv: "Der Flug fand immerhin statt"
Negativ: "Der Flug startete mit 4 Stunden Verspätung, die sich im halbstündige m Rhythmus ohne Angabe von Gründen aufbauten. Erst nach massiven Beschwerden mehrerer Kunden gab es schließlich ein Fläschchen Wasser."
Positiv: "Delta flew their way back into my heart this time around"
Positiv: "Everything was fine other then seating assignment"
Negativ: "I was traveling with wife but was not able to seat with her. I was stuck in the middle of 2 of the worlds biggest plus sized people. Armrest was a constant struggle. Willing to pay more next time to avoid hassle."
Positiv: "Staff are nice, and helpful"
Negativ: "Take far too long, efficiency is extremely poor, missed flight due to luggages being lost, requested vegetarian meal, when booking, confirmed at gate but didn't have me on the list for special meal. ECONOMY class has nooo room for a long flight...and no entertainment only 3 choices for western."

Positiv: "The plane was clean and well staffed. The crew was nice and helpful if I needed anything. The snacks and drinks are decent and what you would expect: small bags of pretzels or cookies and your choice of Coke product or coffee. Using the mobile Delta app made boarding and finding my gate a breeze."
Negativ: "The seats were hard, and it was hard to fall asleep."
Positiv: "Once again, the people were friendly, but I did not really experience much since I went to sleep as soon as the plane took off. I did, however notice that the seats reclined a little more than normal (which was amazing for me). I had a comfortable flight and caught a great nap."
Negativ: "I forgot my wired ear phone so I purchased the earphone. I knew i shouldn't expected anything for $2 but really I couldn't hear anything at all to watch the movie. It's used to be free, now even paid the quality of the stuff is really suck."
Positiv: "We were delayed about 45 mins. No extra snacks, service was slow (I was in row 10 and it was about an hour into the flight before I was offered anything)."
Negativ: "Slow service, delayed, and wi fi was terrible. Tried to watch a movie on GoGo, but it buffered so bad."
Negativ: "Staff were a bit rude. The boarding process was slow as everyone rushed up when they announced the first zone to board, and obviously this was not policed. We didn't get our seats until we got to the gate because apparently we bought our tickets too soon to take off, which was three weeks. Also, staff claimed there wasn't enough bin space so asked people to check their bags. We saw people with two big bags get on board at the start, and then staff made everyone at the back of the line check their bags. But there was plenty of bin space before take off. And we were seated in the last row which can't recline."
Positiv: "Food selection and quality were fine. I also enjoyed the entertainment options. Seat area was comfortable and spacious."
Negativ: "The flight attendants were uniformly rude and nasty to passengers from start to finish. As I boarded, I asked for a piece of art to be stored in the wardrobe compartment. This was treated as an inconvenience. During and after boarding, flight attendants addressed passengers rudely when encouraging them to take their seats in a timely fashion. Later, when my seat mate politely asked a FA to repeat the food options, she asked, "Excuse me?" several times and seemed very irritated to have to repeat the choices for him. Also, near the end of the flight, a pillow was on the ground and a FA asked those seated in my row to pick it up. We responded that it wasn't ours and she said something to the effect of, "Oh yeah? So how did it get there?" (Maybe because someone else dropped it and we didn't notice?) The FAs seemed irritated to serve passengers at all. Each time they passed through for beverage or meal service, I felt like I was imposing on them. I have never witnessed anything quite like it. Makes me wonder why they were all so upset and and felt it appropriate to speak and act disrespectfully toward customers. (Delta, do you have any insights?) I hope they all got a good night's rest after that haul."
