I have flown this airline for the last 8 years in business travel, with no issues. For some reason in the last two years, the level of efficiency in baggage transporting has tanked. In the last 3 trips, my-or my colleague's bags have been lost FIVE TIMES. One time it took FOUR days (on a 6 day trip) to get our luggage, this time we received our luggage 2 hours before departing for the airport to head home. Unfortunately this is one of the few airlines that actually flies the route we need to take. I'll revise my entire trip to avoid taking this airline in the future."
