Arrived early. Smooth ride
Great flight attendants. Super smooth & beautiful flight.
Cramped seats. No "food" service due to the short flight. When was the last time real food was served on any domestic flight? Crew not too friendly. Poor sound system to hear the pilot and flight attendants.
The passenger next to me was intoxicated and obnoxious. Seat 6B. He also never wore his mask the entire time.

Negativ: "My sister’s checked in luggage was in poor shape when we got it in Albany. We noticed an outside compartment was unzipped. So we checked to see if anything was missing and a souvenir from Mexico was gone. Then we realized a zipper was missing from the luggage and then decided to check all the other compartments and realized her bag of jewelry was gone. The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again."

She was rude and unprofessional. Taking off and landing was a little rough. Entertainment on the plane was limited and a little outdated."

Negativ: "temperature during flight. Freezing then hot, freezing then hot and never a comfortable temp. Food was terrible. Entrees were flavorless and smelled terrible. Time they served food made no sense at all either. Within the hour of getting on the plane, they served a meal which made no sense because most folks ate before getting on the plane. Stewardesses were not friendly (only 1 made me feel valued and welcomed)"
Negativ: "Wir hatten uns für den teureren Direktflug entschieden - dieser wurde zweimal geändert, letztendlich hatten wir einen Stop in Orlando und sind viel früher losgeflogen als ursprünglich geplant - was zur Folge hatte, dass die Kids quasi nicht geschlafen haben weil wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen und zu allem Überfluss wurden unsere Sitzplätze geändert - in die Reihe vor dem Notausgang, an der sich nicht mal die Lehne zurückstellen lässt... also extrem wenig Platz wenn der Vordermann seine zurückstellt..."

Negativ: "We were split into two boarding groups, one for priority and one for everyone else. This was good but the priority line was just a bit too far away for the announcements to be heard. This added a little bit of confusion. This was at gate B36 at JFK Airport's Terminal 4."

Negativ: "In between Delta and Aeromexico changed my flight and made me travel more than 24 hours. In addition, I was traveling with a suitcase and nobody was able to pick it up for me. Layover time was 6 hours originally. Service from Aeromexico at JFK is the worst"

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Nur war mir etwas kalt im Flugzeug.
Their business class on this Airbus flight was just Economy seats with the middle seat blocked off with a fixed table. No extra space at all. Food was ok but not worth the extra expense imo.
Beim nächsten Mal würde ich gern für den Anschlussflug nicht ungefragt umgebucht werden, während ich in der Luft bin und dann nicht mal eine Info darüber bekommen.
Am boarding pass hiess es Security wird am Terminal 1 in Wien sein. Leider bin ich den ganzen Weg hingegangen um nachher zu realisieren, dass es dich Terminal 3 war.
Die neue Business Class von BA ist sehr gut!
Die neue Business Class auf Langstrecke ist Klasse! Also die Kabine. Service wie immer sehr unterschiedlich. Board Bar (Self Service) war nach einer Stunde leer. Verpflegung war furchtbar! Es gibt keine deutschen Filme mehr :-(
There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!

Es gab kein Interesse zu Helfen, keine Entschuldigung und keine Erklärung. Beim Sannen der Bordkarte vorm Security Check wurde elektronisch angezeigt, dass ich mich an den Kiosk wenden sollte. Dort wurde ohne Worte, Erklärung, Entschuldigung oder Hilfe umgebucht und eine neue Bordkarte ausgedruckt. Solch ein Desinteresse an Unterstützung habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt. P.S. Ich spreche fließend englisch, es war also keine Sprachbarriere."

Negativ: "Our BA flight from Vienna to London was 30 minuets delayed and we almost missed our connection. BA crews and captain never apologized or explained the reason. They didn’t bother to check and announce the gate of major connection flights like some other airlines would do. They just said “Check the departure information board when you arrive.” We made to our AA flight only it happened to be in the same terminal."

Negativ: "They were late, once we were ready to board the plane it has been changed to another gate due to Brittish delay, so we had to do nother security review. We faced a bad attitude in the countter that was very dissapointing."

+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Positiv: "Compared to the flight going the other way, this one was much more comfortable. I didn't have someone's seat back in my face the whole time, and was able to enjoy games on my own device. I like that both USB and normal power options were available, so I was able to play games and charge my phone so I could use it after landing. The food was passable as well, which was surprising."
Negativ: "It's unavoidable when flying between multi-lingual locations, but having movies and stuff pause three times for each announcement gets annoying. The rolls served with the meals were very dry. These are small nits, and the flight was generally enjoyable."

Great free movie selection -- don't forget your earphones or you'll have to credit card one on the plane (the ones for iphone 7 don't work, so get normal plug-in earphones). Smooth flight."

Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Negativ: "I don’t know if it’s the Vancouver-Mexico route or if it’s the seats but there’s just something difficult about it. First time I flew into Vancouver I was exhausted which makes sense as I had to fall out of bed at 3am, but this time I was awake and well rested and it still felt draining (which generally doesn’t happen to me with flights). Maybe it’s the leg space and the seats? Not sure. Could also be the odd time zone crossing."
Positiv: "We neglected to pre-order a vegan meal bu the flight attendants went out of their way to provide us food we could eat. They never showed signs of frustration or impatience. We were so appreciative!"
Positiv: "I flew through Vancouver from Boston on my way to Brisbane, Australia and back. I was nervous at first because of the 2 hour connection windows. This might be a testament to Vancouver Airport more than Air Canada. The entertainment was ok. It had a decent variety to select from but i only ended up watch a few things and entertaining myself or sleeping. I paid to sit in an exit aisle as I only had middle seats to select from. It was worth paying for the freedom to stretch your legs and get up anytime without disrupting your row."

Negativ: "I didn't like that the security/passport control was the slowest of any airport I have ever been in! We almost missed our flight because security was looking through (literally) every single bag and then the passport control only had 2 people for each visa/passport holders. Then, after running to catch our flight, the flight was delayed an hour AFTER they had already let everyone board the plane. People were telling them they had alerts on their phone, while boarding, yet still let everyone board. Overall, bad experience."

Negativ: "We were delayed taking off. We boarded on time but then had to sit and wait in the plane for almost an hour before taking off. We had a connecting flight in Toronto and thankfully made it but some people missed their flights."

Negativ: "They were weighting carry on luggage. My luggage was was 22pound and they asked me remove one pound. Plain redicules. They don't provide any snack. West jet is much better option. They have screen TVs. Very boring . Extremely tight leg space. Air Canada is coping Spirit Airlines since they are monopoly. Not many airlines have direct flights to Montreal. They are taking full advantage of it."

Negativ: "at atlanta airport i was refused to board the flight because it was aircanada and i wasnt told anything about that infact i had to pay 130$ extra for rebooking my ticket wihout any reason and the airline person didnt talk properly it wasnt my fault that i was given a air canada flight i booked a turkish airline flight,infact i had to wait at the airport for like 24 hours!contact me back asap this is the worst ever experience i have had with you!i have been booking with you guys for a long time.i hope to hear from you soon!"
Positiv: "Service was good. Friendly and responsive."
Negativ: "Food was very mediocre. Entertainment was ok once you figured out how to load the app, but there were fewer choices of content than I expected. More importantly, this was only two of five AC flights we had on this trip that departed on time, and when we got to the gate, the plane was stopped 10 feet short of the gate, so everyone had to reseat so the plane could be towed to the gate. I was really surprised at the consistent delays across the board."

Positiv: "Once we got in the air, the flight was a short 35 minutes and fine."
Positiv: "At $320usd per person per direction, you can't beat the price thanks to whatever magical gremlins Kayaks employs to fix prices for them...we flew Air Canada and we'e very pleased with their fleets new addition of 787 dream liners. Do yourself a favor and find a flight on this aircraft. From takeoff to landing, there was never a question about our safety and comfort, and the sleek, organic aesthetic of the dream liner somehow met a new standard for both ergonomy and tech/entertainment. I especially found the sub ports in my personal screen useful."
Negativ: "Transatlantic flights are too long. Hurry up Science, magic me up some low earth orbit/sonic+ future jets already...Jaesus..."

Positiv: "From the comfort of the seats to the movies to the great tasting food, there isn't anything they could have done to make my flight any better. Thank you Air Canada."

Negativ: "Air line decided they didn't want me to take my connecting flight. Removed my luggage without consulting with me. Offered me a disgusting hotel. Forced me to pay out of pocket for food, taxis, transfers and my own hotel choice. Staff were so rude. No explanation to why they removed my bags. I made it in plenty of time for my connecting flight but airline had just decided. No staff member was interested in answering my questions or helping. They all just wanted to sod off home. they just didn't care."
Negativ: "The food was the worst. Did not feel it was even edible. For an 11 hour international flight there were zero amenities. If you wanted to watch a movie, you had to pay $10 per person for an iPad. You could not even use your own & link to their wifi unless you are in their earned points program."
Positiv: "The staff was accommodating."
Negativ: "The flight had two legs: from Boston to Toronto and from Toronto to New Delhi. The layover was 1 hr 6 min, which was tight. After checking in our bags, we found out that the first leg of our flight is 2 hours late, so obviously we couldn't take the second flight. Looking at the TV monitors, I noticed that pretty much ALL Air Canada flights are seriously delayed. Luckily, there was an earlier flight to Toronto (which was scheduled to have already left, but it did not leave because that was delayed, too). The staff put us on that flight and double promised to make sure that our checked in baggage gets transferred to this alternate flight. The checked bags did not get transferred. When we arrived at Delhi, after an exasperating 1.5 hour delay after a 20 hour flight, the airline told us, and many others in the same situation, that our baggage did not arrive, and we have to come the next day to pick them up. The issue was, we were not staying in Delhi, just transiting through it. No luck, the airline said, because the customs have to be cleared at the port of entry. We are still waiting for our baggage. Oh, and if that was not enough, the airline allocated well separated seats for all the members of our family. I'd think it would be a common sense that people who have been booked on the same ticket must be assigned consecutive seats. But apparently Air Canada does not have much common sense. NOT flying with them ever again!"

Negativ: "A little ineptitude with boarding and the flight was delayed with confusion. Some of the staff were not aware of what exactly was going on."
