No room between seats. Seat arms do not lift, which would allow more space if needed.

Everything was perfect. on time, clean organized. I was pleasantly surprised

The flight crew directed me to the wrong aisle during the boarding process. Reaching my seat while pulling my luggage around was a hassle for me, as well as for the other passengers. One of the crew members almost refused to let me bring my carry-on onboard because they thought it wouldn’t fit in the overhead cabins. I use this bag for all my travels, and when it came to storing it above my seat, it fit. 2 other luggages fit alongside it without issue. That person made unnecessary hassle for me and left me feeling uncomfortable at the possibility of having to pay extra fees because of their incorrect and unneeded opinion. The entertainment was extremely limited with about 10 movies available, as well as 7 shows. This was a 15 hour flight, so it would have been nice to have more options.

Leider sind die Sitze etwas ins Alter gekommen, denke wäre wieder einmal Zeit die Kabine auszutauschen.

Da ich praktisch den ganzen Flug durchgeschlafen habe kann ich nicht viel dazu sagen 😁

Delay

Die neue Bordverpflegung von Swiss ist wirklich hervorragend: Frische und sehr gute Sandwiches von Sprüngli. Sogar ein Angus Beef Burger wird serviert. Preise sind etwa gleich wie wenn man das Sandwich in einer normalen Bäckerei in Zürich über die Theke kaufen würde.

Positiv: "2 Flugbegleiterinnen waren sehr freundlich. Aber der für uns zuständige Flugbegleiter weigerte sich leere Flaschen bei uns abzuräumen. Solch einen schlechten Service, habe ich schon lange nicht erlebt!"

The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..

4 flights in 3 weeks between arrival and departure and all flights delayed about 5 to 6 hours ! What’s going on with AF ?! Not a low cost and you paid for that service !?!? Not anymore

In honesty. I was very upset that my husband and uncle flight wascancel coming back from Peru. Going to peru also it was cancel two times one because the covid was not accepted The second time he could not board the plane i dont know why? the third time is when he finally left to peru but he did not notice that rhe flight coming back home was cancel. Latam split the tickes and send us two to Miami and two to NY. I could not believe what Latam did why they cancel our flight itenary coming back without telling us or sending us a message. I was trying to talk to you about this matter and your long distance numbers do not work outside USA. your work is very poor. I dont know if i should recomend your company to anybody. I shall get some money back too for all that we went through. Even my ludgage bag was missing. Positiv: "Da das Flugzeug aus Santiago de Chile kommt, handelt es sich um eine Langstreckenmaschine, in der die Beinfreiheit auch in der Economy-Class sehr komfortabel ist (ich konnte problemlos meine Beine überkreuzen). Das persönliche Entertainmentsystem bietet eine große Auswahl an Filmen, TV-Serien und Spielen und der Touchscreen reagiert sehr schnell und flüssig. Es gibt USB- und normale Steckdosen an jedem Platz. Zu Essen gab es ein belegtes kaltes Sandwich, einen Schokoriegel sowie heiße und kalte Getränke, was dem Angebot bei anderen Airlines auf dieser Strecke entspricht und aufgrund der Flugzeit zwischen Mittag- und Abendessen auch ausreichend ist."
Negativ: "Der Check-In-Prozess in Madrid ist aus meiner Sicht idiotisch gestaltet: Zunächst muss man sich anstellen, um an Selbstbedienungskiosken die Aufkleber für das Gepäck auszudrucken und an den Koffern anzubringen, danach muss man zum bemannten Schalter gehen, um die Reisedokumente kontrollieren zu lassen und das Gepäck aufs Band zu stellen. Durch das eigenständige Ausdrucken der Etiketten spart man dem Check-In-Personal eine Arbeit von vielleicht 10 Sekunden pro Koffer – die Reisenden verlieren aber mindestens 15 Minuten beim Anstehen am Automaten, von denen es nämlich viel zu wenige gibt. Es ist mir völlig schleierhaft, warum LATAM auf diesem zweistufigen Prozess besteht, da man letztendlich ja doch zu einem Check-In-Agenten muss (und nicht, wie bei Lufthansa in Frankfurt, die gesamte Gepäckaufgabe automatisch läuft) und somit noch nicht einmal Arbeitskräfte eingespart werden – im Gegenteil stehen bei den Automaten zur Unterstützung sogar noch zwei zusätzliche Mitarbeiter. Es sollte also entweder auf das eigenständige Ausdrucken der Kofferetiketten verzichtet oder auf eine vollautomatische Gepäckaufgabe umgestellt werden, bei der man wirklich zu keinem Menschen mehr muss. Beim Boarding stellen sich die Passagiere nach Sitzreihe sortiert an, allerdings sind die Trennbänder zwischen den Gruppen viel zu kurz, sodass am Ende der Schlange alle Passagiere vermischt stehen. Stattdessen sollten die Fluggäste nach Sitzreihe zum Boarding aufgerufen werden, sodass auch wirklich nur diejenigen anstehen, die auch wirklich gleich an Bord gehen werden. Die Filme und TV-Serien an Bord sind, wenn überhaupt, nur auf Englisch und nicht auf Deutsch verfügbar. Untertitel gibt es in keiner Sprache."

Zur besagten Abflugzeit war an Gate 48 kein Flugzeug und keine Crew. Die Leute, die dort warteten habe ich informiert, dass das Boarding an Gate 43 stattfindet. Die Innenausstattung des Dreamliners ist zwar etwas älter aber in der Business-Klasse sehr großzügig. Die Entertainmentauswahl ist umfangreich. Wie es sich für eine südamerikanische Fluggesellschaft gehört, gab es eine große Auswahl an Latino-Rhythmen."
Negativ: "Beim Essen gab es leider keine Wahlmöglichkeit. Dafür waren die südamerikanischen Rotweine sehr lecker. Die Filmauswahl beinhaltet aktuelle Blockbuster. Sie stehen jedoch nur in den Sprachen Spanisch, Portugiesisch und Englisch zur Verfügung."

WE LEFT LATE WE ARRIVED EARLT BUT SPENT 45 MINS ON THE RUNWAY WE THEN WAITED 2 HOURS FOR OUT BAGGAGE NO UPDATES PATHETIC ' ALSO WERE NIT MET BY WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE IN PHJLADELPHIA AND IT TOOK US NEARLY AN HOUR TO FIND SOMEONE EVERY ON SAID THEY HAD CALLED BUT NO ONE CAME I HAD TO WALK TIL WE EVENTUALLY BY CFANCE CAME BY THE WHEELCHAIR DESK. EVERYONE WAS MOST UNHELPFUL WHEN WE STEPPED OFF THE PLANE AND ASKED YOUR REP ABOUT THE CFAIE HER ANSWER WAS WE CONTRACT THAT OUT NO OFFER OF ASSISTANCE WHEN O COMPLAINED TO ANOTHER REP SHE TOLD ME TO WEITE A LETTER!!!!!! Pretty DISGUSTING CUSTOMER RE;ATIONS

Flight boarded, departed, and landed right on time. Great communication from the crew. I really like the planes with the phone holders. Only thing that I disliked is the bathroom in the middle right between seats which can be smelly!

There is no food or alcohol allowed to be served on the flight.

I had to wait over an hour for my luggage. A baby’s car seat jammed the luggage system.

Aside from the 5-6 texts for the flight changing the flight was pretty comfortable
